It is a tradition for our family to come to Moose Creek each year to stock up on cowboy attire. They always have an excellent selection that doesn’t break the bank and caters to all ages.Moose Creek’s customer service is always phenomenal. This recent visit, Kylie and Rienne were hugely helpful and patient as we tried on different items, sizes, mix and matches, etc. I think we spent more than an hour in the store because we were having so much fun with everyone!Whoever owns this place, keep these ladies well paid and happy because they’re running the store exceptionally well.

Excellent selection. Excellent service and prices. Kayleigh helped me with sizing for a new pair of boots. My feet have went up half a size in the last few years and I am hard to fit. Wearing a women's 10.5 is hard to find my size. I bought my grandson's first pair there as well. A wonderful pair of boots for him. They look so great. They had a great sale so we ended up with a nice pair of Keens for my granddaughter.

Was in Estes Park for a short vacation. Had a shoe blow out. Kathleen was awesome...so sweet. She fixed this Southern boy up with some hiking shoes and recycled my old ones.

Excellent store!We were in on 06/17/2023 and for the record, out of the 15 or so stores we visited on this day, "this store" and one other (Trading Post of The Rockies), were the only stores that actually greeted us . Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for having such good employees.

Awesome little store! There's a nice selection of Western clothes, boots, and accessories that are all of good quality. The staff is super friendly! I got myself a pair of boots on sale, and he gave me an extra $10 off! Also Goose the dog is a good boy :) Will definitely come here next time I'm in Estes!

Excellent customer service very knowledgeable staff! Best shoe store ever!!! I come up from Golden Co to support this store because of customer service, and always a great experience, and the shoes I buy last at least three years!!! and I just bought a pair yesterday for working all day in the lab and they are perfect for balance, my back, weight distribution, and my feet are happy after a 12 hour shift!Thanks for everything in helping me staff!I give you all a Five Star rating for stocking excellent choices of shoes!! And helpfulness!! I’ll be back for new season shoes within a month!!! Happy Feet for sure!!!

Son purchased moccasins and got wrong size. Store (on phone same day) agreed to change out as long as they were not worn. Well I couldn’t even get them on. They refused exchanging them saying there was “dust” on them and the fringe was curled up. I’m handicapped and unable to show them my feet. I will not ever shop this store again and strongly suggest not shopping there you will be possibly mistreated!
