Found a hat I wanted, came back later to buy it so I wouldn't have to carry it around all day, and the shop was closed at least an hour early. Stopped by two more days during prime time and they were also closed.

Very little stock though it was nice. She was very unhappy and told me to get out of her store when I took a picture of the tag since I’m a minor and unable to purchase something myself. I thought about coming back to look at something but after the service she gave me I don’t think I’ll ever come back. I understand small businesses get their profit from in store stock and selling however I have been to many stores before and they have been nice about it (especially clothing stores since sizes can be an issue). I would have at least expected her to be a little understanding and ask politely for me to not take a picture or to delete it instead of yelling at me and telling me to leave. I would have done it immediately. The way she handled the situation was incredibly inappropriate and emotional, you’re first response should not be yelling based on general assumptions. Frankly I will not be going back.

We have found good things there and were eager to look for more, but on this beautiful Saturday they were CLOSED. Very disappointed, it was on our list of things to do, coming from Kansas.

Purchased a custom fit belt for my wife. Excellent service. While I watched the belt being trimmed, the other owner conditioned the belt I purchased here 3 years ago as a complimentary service. My brother purchased a soft leather "hipster" wallet here that fit his credit cards and was tall enough for foreign bills. I plan on visiting again next time I am in Estes Park!

Good hats. VERY RUDE service. Man working the register sat outside while customers shopped. Saw him curse at an elderly woman who asked for service.Friendlier shops in town.
