The staff is always so friendly. Very much appreciated. The gal, Heidi I think her name is, she is the best. My dog loves her, she’s very patient and does an excellent job trimming and buffing my dogs nails. Thank you for always taking care of my dog!It would be nice if the grooming department would answer the phone more often to schedule grooming appointments.

Allie does a great job and cares so much for my little dogs. She makes good decisions on how they should be groomed and is always very careful since they are older.

This was the second time bringing my pooch to Petco for grooming and i was a little disappointed. The first time i brought her there it was wonderful. I paid for the shed control package and she was so soft and didn't shed for 3 wks afterwards and they gave her a cute bandana. This time upon picking her up and after paying for the same package i noticed she was still damp and had so much loose hair still on her.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOODLE HERE. Or any dog for that matter. If I could give 0 stars, I would.We came here as a last resort since our normal groomer was booked, and I wish we hadn’t. They shaved our dog and did not ask/tell us that was the plan. I understand mats make them have to cut it shorter, but our usual groomer takes the time/effort to at least keep some length.We also found cuts/dried blood crusted to both ears when we got home. Our dog is SO uncomfortable since she shaved several parts of her basically raw. There was absolutely NO reason (or warning) to cut her hair so short.Not to mention they made us pay before bringing our dog out to show her to us.We will NOT be back to Petco grooming or Petco as a retailer ever again.

I took my dog in to get the mattes cut out from behind her ears and butt end. ( shes a border collie) like I did last year. Now they wanted to do instead was give her a bath and do all kinds of other things to her. This was at 4 pm. I didnt have time for that. I couldnt persuade them otherwise. The lady that was gonna do it also had another older dog. As I watched the dog was upset she had her tied up so tight. And she was busy typing a text while the dog struggled. No shes not gonna do that to my dog!!!! So I left. You lost a good customer and we wont be back

I’ve been going here for over a yr. I started two new aquariums (all fr this Petco)I went in to get a bala shark & was asked a lot of questions & finally I was told I was unfit to buy this 4$ fish. Without letting me know why or letting me buy the other plants I wanted, I was told it’s her dept & she makes the choice to send me out.

The price I paid was not what was told to me over the phone and also they thought my baby shots was out dated. I should have known from that conversation, not to go there. I will never go there again for grooming or anything else! Also, my baby was sick when I got her home. She was throwing up

Very unfriendly and rude staff in the grooming department. When you take your pet somewhere, you want to feel comfortable leaving them in their care and I definitely did not get a good vibe from them as far their attitudes and the dirty and careless work environment. I had to walk out with my dog. I won’t be back. I would not suggest taking your dog here unless you want to leave your dog in careless hands.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a store ever all the employees where incredibly rude and they let another customer insult us and are dog while we tried to get him groomed never ever will I return here or to any petco I recommend taking your dog to pet-smart where they actually care about you and your dog
