I love petco in EnglewoodNot to long ago I made appointment for my cat Dannie to get a bath and a brushing & the groomer even cleaned his ears. It was a very good experience for Dannie and me your groomer was Just wonderful when I may be appointment the groomer had called me and asked me if we can change his appointment for a different day on a day when there was not so many dogs and I was So we did that when I did take Dan and your groomer was wonderful she did a great job. I’m not sure if she still there or not because you know how people come and go. When I went to go pick up Dannie She told me Dan was his sweetest boy.So I would love to take Dannie To your location At some point.

Absolutely the best experience in this pet store that I've had ever in a pet store. And it was the customer service. During the Cold Snap my dog door broke in half as my dog went out. I couldn't wait online to get a replacement door so I had to go to the store and find the right size and I took part of the old door with me. The lady met me at the front door asked if she could help took me a right to the spot, opened up the box to make sure that it was the correct size, walked me to the register and helped me pay for it.However that's not the end.The employee said, you know, we have a policy that if we have a cheaper online then it's marked in the store and I think it is I can give you that price.She looked online found that it was listed on the website for cheaper and reduce the price which was a big help. This employee didn't need to do that I was desperate and would have paid what they were asking. I probably won't ever go to any other pet store for anything I need except that one. It's close to work, you need to know it's far from my house, but they just did a great job.That employee was friendly and polite and professional and I usually don't see that retail.. Most people hate their jobs in retail and looking for something else but obviously this person's in the right job and I was so happy I wish I had their name.

Purchased our first bearded dragon today and a wonderful employee named Riley (sorry if it's misspelled) helped us out with everything we needed. Riley gave us so much information! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to reptiles. Thanks again for the great experience!We are happy to have Godzilla as a new addition to out family!

I love Petco, and this location in particular. I regularly buy a few specific items in bulk (we have a lot of cats), so I am at this store on a regular basis. The workers are super friendly, chatty and enthusiastic abut helping out. I've had times when I must to pop in and out quickly, and other times when I've lingered and chatted with associates about all manner of topics. In particular, Mikey's generous help and jovial demeanor brighten my visits.I am greeted when I walk through the doors and I always leave with a smile on my face.Petco's loyalty programs are second to none, and a screaming deal if you buy enough product through them. I am happy to have a brick and mortar store so close by and will continue to support them as long as I'm here.

Extremely clean and well stocked store 🤯Excellent customer service from ✨David✨ he is the best! Amazing fish 🐠 selection as well! They have a gorgeous variety of guppies, mollies, swords, snails, 🐌 shrimp 🦐 and tetras as well as saltwater fish and live plants 🌱 too!

I was so absolutely impressed with David, the young man who helped me with my purchase! He was so very friendly and welcoming and informative... David answered all my questions regarding my aquatic purchase and i really appreciate that... i now feel so much more comfortable with setting up my tank! David's customer service skills are on point and this company is lucky to have him as an employee!!! kudos David!!!

This was the first time I took my new rescue American Pitbull Terrier! I needed to get him a new harness and a new leash! I was thinking about going to Walmart to get those two items...but I thought why should I go to Walmart and get something that is going to be cheap and break within a week! So I decided to go to Petco! We were greeted with a friendly smile and Colby and were free to roam the store! Colby was loving it because of all the smells and the other dogs! Then we found where the harnesses were located! We looked at a few and thought these won't work then this person that worked there came over to help us out! And we got a harness that would stand up to Colby's power and also helped us out to get a leash to match! All and all this will be our store for Colby's needs! Do recommend!

I walked in for my usual science diet cat food, and left feeling like I won at life with how well the employees treated me. Mind you, i just left the doctor and got my flu+covid shot and blood panel done so i was not feeling the best. David is who helped me at the register and not only was he insanely sweet but he got me Free swag for my $10 donation (i always donate bc i use alot of reusable bags and petco has the best ones). Highly recommend this store for your pet needs because even the folks before me had a great experience with their cute doggo. Shout out David! Love you girlie!

This is my second time being taken care of by this specific cashier. I did not get his name but he was a young man working on Wed Nov 1st around 6pm. He is always so nice and goes out of his way to be helpful. He was very kind to my dog and made us feel taken care of! Today he continued his excellent service and friendly demeanor! Eric, Mikey, and the lady whose name I didn’t capture went well above and beyond to help us with the puppy we had rescued only a few hours earlier. Mikey will know the lady, they were restocking items near the dogfood/crates when we arrived. Seriously, even when Mikey told us he was having a rough day, he was the most pleasant, helpful, and welcoming associate. He said being with the animals and seeing new puppies go home with happy families is all the joy he needed. Relatedly, Eric was such a kind-hearted associate who helped my wife navigate the broad selection of products to give us the best puppy options. And the lady constants price-checked items for my wife and recommended alternatives when our first choices were out of stock. Plus she made our other dog Lucy feel equally special with love, pats, and treats since our new guy was the focus. I’ve been a petco shopper for almost 20 years and never had that level of interaction anywhere. Well done.

Your groomer was rued the one that has blonde short hair with the gages in her ears my dog looked as though she did nothing to him he came out of there upset and when Brittany worked there the dogs always looked great and were happy and she was tipped $20 a dog

Petco in Englewood always gives outstanding customer service. I take my pup in monthly for grooming and I love the job the groomers do, they take their time with her, she is very energetic and I’m just so thankful that they do everything to make her comfortable while getting groomed. All the employees throughout the store are so wonderful, I’m so glad I have a great place to take my pup in for grooming and food/toys/etc…

Booked an appointment in the morning, and the groomer did not show up. I was told they are always late. The other staff cited 45 minutes late yesterday. I would definitely not recommend coming here.

Great store. Always clean and well stocked/staffed. Cashier Denise is an absolute doll - very much enjoy seeing her whenever I go in!!! She helped me get all set up on the app so I can gather some rewards, and is always great conversation. My main loyalty to this store is seeing the staff that's always there - just excellent people

Extremely friendly staff who loved on my new dog and got him everything he needed (without breaking the bank). They walked around the store with me to get everything from a crate to dog toys. The store is well maintained too.
