Had a really great experience @ the self wash with my new foster & 1 of my personal dogs. Fiona @ the register was kind and very helpful. Self wash station was convenient and clean, and I was more impressed by the prices. New to this side of town, and will be coming back often!

I was pretty nervous taking my kitty~friend for her first ever grooming experience but Kimberly did AWESOME! My kitty~friend is so soft/clean 💜 The front staff was friendly, greeted me coming in and going out and the cost was reasonable.

Horrible conditions of the animals sold here. The poor ball pythons and corn snakes are covered in stuck shed and severely dehydrated. They mist the enclosures which all have red lights and aspen bedding that molds causing tons of respiratory issues. They sell “live bug cups” that are full of already dead bugs. The workers are not educated on fish or reptile care and cause sick animals. Their prices are outrageous for the quality you get. I would never shop here. Corporate has been contacted about animal abuse and unsafe conditions. You’re better off going somewhere else. 0/10

Jinx does such a great job grooming my dogs. She grooms them once a month and they always come back happy and looking fabulous. She keeps a very clean and organized station. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for your dog grooming needs.

So happy to find an excellent groomer at our local Pet Supplies Plus location. We are over the moon happy with Kimberly's skill and finesse in getting our dog's nails trimmed. We have a dramatic and strong girl and she was able to trim her nails quickly and professionally.

1st time coming here for the self serve dog wash. Great 1st time experience. The cashier was very friendly (i didn’t catch her name).Self serve area shares multiple tubs- so if your dog is anxious be mindful other dogs/pets can be in the area too.They provide different shampoo options, 2 towels, pet scrub brush, a bucket. There are aprons hung on the wall if you don’t want your clothes to get wet which is nice.The dryer hose we had with our tub had a small hole by the nozzle connection allowing air to escape not for drying our dogOverall, super clean and organized!

June 2023, Manager Tony stepped up. there were a few problems with Dog bathing today, in mentioning these problems Tony the Store manager STEP-UP!! EXCELLENT TEAM WORK! Thank you!!Extreme customer service oriented!! The dog wash are is fantastic!The manager is great, always checking if we need more & if the bathing tubs are working. They are always well stocked, the bathing tubs are up high and have warm water with a selection of great shampoos and conditioners.The best stocked store, especially the customer service is stellar!!The manager is more than polite and will offer at any time a bit of help is necessary, very involved with his customers. Place is clean, cashiers are friendly and helpful.Excellent store. I wish them great success.

As a 4 year employee, I am happy to say this is the most fun I've ever had at any job. Working with animals and animal lovers is a good fit for me. Being able to interact with both high quality managers and local ownership has been a good balance between working for an established company while also knowing the person that signs my paycheck. Every time I have shown an interest in learning something new, I have been given that opportunity.

In the midst of trying to find a food my highly allergic dog can tolerate: they let me return a bag today that just wasn’t working for us after a few days of trying it with no problems and I purchased more food because of it! Will keep going back to this location, even though it’s out of the way for me

We love pet supplies plus! The customer service and variety of food and treats available is unmatched, you’ll never want to go to a chain pet store again. We have discovered so many new treats and goodies that are just not found anywhere else. The staff is great and we love checking out the animals each time we are there. The self bathing section is an extra plus for those who want to wash their dogs in bigger tubs.

Drove 30 minutes out of my way to get dog food as this is the only location listed OPEN UNTIL 9PM. 8:27 I walk up to the door. Its closed! Completely unacceptable edit your hours.

I had my dog groomed there. I really feel like the groomer was rude and was not accommodating. She did not inform me of what it would be to have my dog groomed. I might’ve made different decisions had I’ve been informed. Anyway, she was worried about her commission on the deal. I was willing to pay I just didn’t think it would be $100 at least close to it. Did not like the grooming experience. The store in general is good.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I had purchased 2 Groupon's for dog wash and nail trim. Their groomer had left for the day so instead of making me use my Groupon's Jenna let us have 2 free washes since they couldn't provide the nail trim! Really appreciate it since we drove up from Castle Rock to use the Groupon's. Then she checked on us a few times to see if we needed any help. Great customer service, she made our ride out there well worth the trip. Thank you!

I have only used one other Pet supplies plus self wash facility in the past and it was okay. This facilities self wash station was the worst I have ever been to. At least one tub was over flowing because it had been so long since it had been cleaned. The tubs are not cleaned between use, so multiple different types of pet fur were all over each tub. The dryers barely blew out any air and I was just really appalled at the state of the wash room. I will not be using their facilities in the future.

Love this store. Tony and his associates always serve you with a smile. Some of my favorite items they no longer carry, so thats a boo, but their selection is still wide and varied. I love curbside pickup for convenience, but also appreciate the store's hours. Great neighborhood pet store; my go-to.
