Been a customer at this store long before it was Bentley's. I was in today and was informed that most of the dog foods and cat foods I buy will be discontinued in the store. They are only keeping the brands I won't feed my animals. Asked if I could order them...yes if I prepay. Prepay...when I can go down the road and get it elsewhere!! And just when will I get that? Friends have said it has taken weeks to get it!!!! This just tells me they are in financial ruin if I have to give them the money to buy something for me!! This company is pathetic!!!

I like the products in this shop, but the owner always just seems a bit pretentious and offensive. It's not a trip to Magic Dog without getting an opinion on my dog's weight or his food. These are topics I prefer to discuss with my vet, not with the pet store owner.

These ladies are great. Helped me find a food that our dogs would eat and not get sick on. After 8 months of dealing with puke we went with their suggestion and no more puke!!!!

I went into this store yesterday seeking some help for my dog who had an upset stomach. The staff was extremely informed and their recommendation helped tremendously. We will definitely be returning.
