My wife and I are just so impressed with the team at Poulson’s - our experience both over the phone with Joe and in person with AJ could not have been any better! We have been shopping for a new pellet stove and needed a lot of help and guidance to ensure we picked the right one to match up with what our heating needs were - both Joe and AJ were extremely knowledgeable in this area, answered numerous questions, were very patient with us and guided us toward the purchase of a great product! We are very thankful for the team at Poulson’s and look forward to doing business with them in the years to come!

The Poulsen Ace Hardware has the most helpful and knowledgeable staff I think I've encountered in any hardware store. I can easily be in and out of here in minutes because the friendly older gentleman who works in the back of the store always knows exactly where to find what I need.

I can always count on Ace hardware in Eaton/weld county. They have a great little gun counter, and when you are in an , and when you are in a pinch, they will have what you need .👍Everyone in there is happy to be there. They are happy to work and they are there to help you. I’ve never walked by anyone who hasn’t ask me if I can be helped. Thank you for years and years of service to the community. I count on them being there every day. They always have what I need or we brainstorm to make a solution. A gem in the community.If you want more and need more, then I guess you need to move a little closer to the big city .MT

The employees here are very kind and helpful. They know their store well and help you navigate it effectively. They have a very wide selection of items, more than any other ace hardware I've been too. The store is also very clean and organized. I prefer the Ace Harware in Eaton over the Greeley location because the vibe is so positive between employee and customer. The only aspect I don't enjoy about this store are some of the prices. I suspect that due to inflation and the store being located in a small town, the prices are rather high (ex. Almost $16.00 for a produce peeler). I'm sure anyone who has used a peeler innately knows that they have a very short life span.

Ruth and the team are extremely kind. This is the kind of store that offers modern products with a kindness and level of service that these days has been left behind in the big chain stores.Being a smaller store they carry a wide array of things but selection for any given type of product is limited. You may need to plan on a special order for our of the ordinary hardware.I'll certainly return to this Ace Hardware location.

I have to leave a glowing review for this store and especially for Deann and Jay. I had gotten what I thought was the perfect blue after 5 sample cans and try’s. It was just not the same when I got it home. These two worked at adding and adjusting the gallon I had purchased. It came out perfect. Just what I had pictured. I am very grateful. Best store and employees ever. I’ve been coming to Poulsens since I was a little girl and I’m 71 now. ❤️

We have been in the store a few times... This time I stopped by to chexk on a Treager grill and then into the gun store area. First thing was nobody was in there, the guy at the desk beside the room was very nice. He radioed for a person to that area, a few minutes later a guy shows up and explained to him that I was looking for an EZ pistol for my wife he showed me 1 he had in the counter asked if there were any others he said yes but would have to look for them. I also asked if he had any used at all he then said no. No worries.. I mentioned that I was at Cabella's and things went down hill from there. I started to talk about what they told me about purchasing a gun he then rolled his eyes at me and explained it was wrong. Ok... Im NOT a gun expert by any stretch but without a longer speach here, In my opinion I think the guy needs to work on more customer service skill's. You guys did lose my business as far as Im concerned. Loss of sale for a Treager and a pistol.... Around $2200.00........

Purchased a Harman P35i pellet stove insert. I just can't say enough about the customer service. Emails are returned very quickly with great detail and assistance. Phone calls are returned promptly by friendly and helpful staff. Every experience from price, delivery, service, follow-up and follow through has been totally top notch. I would be remiss if I didn't specifically thank Al Naranjo and Joe Hazard for going above and beyond in getting my new pellet stove dialed in. Thanks again team.

Bought a DR Push Trimmer in 2020. Was time to replace trimmer belt. Called, person on phone told me they carried belts, just bring it in to match up. When I arrived, after walking around five minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone, I asked for help. Clerk told me where to go, didn’t offer to show me. Couldn’t find belt, went back to clerk for help. He offered to find person who works in that dept. She said they don’t carry belts. Didn’t offer a solution. The first clerk did suggest Napa auto parts. At this point, since I had spent over $400 on this trimmer I would’ve loved if he offered to call Napa and check. I guess this Ace is becoming like the big box stores…no customer service. Lesson: buy your lawn equipment from a dealer that actually services what they sell.

Beautiful store I love it that's a little tight in there but they have everything you need especially the stihl repair shop they're amazing and the lady that's the mechanic there will take care of you and sell you whatever you need but she will not oversell you she is so amazing!!! Visit was okay. Wasn't very crowded, but there weren't any employees that could help me. I went in for a Keurig coffee machine (recently looking if they had them online), they had them but I looked around the store for a good hour or so because nobody could tell me where they were.

A nice little hardware store, great for the odds and ends, not so great for lumber or raw materials beyond dirt and fertilizer for gardening. Has as lot of stuff dedicated to pest control which is very handy.They do have a good selection of paints, and little hardware, such as screws or bolts. Most things I've ever needed in a pinch I was able to find here.Staff here is super competent and willing to help, I've come here with some non average requests and they've always managed to at least point me in a helpful direction if not outright solve the problem.Oh and they do make keys.
