The baristas, coffee, and food are excellent. Definitely preferred the environment of the old coffee shop, though. It was easier to have a conversation with all the nooks and crannies that used to be there. The open space makes it tricky. It also feels more like a "generic" coffee shop now. Don't get me wrong -- it's minimalistic, and that can be nice. But it seems to lack the charm that the old coffee shop once had.Not a huge fan of the live music on Saturday mornings either. I love live music in general, and the man who plays does a great job. He has a great voice. Nonetheless, it can be pretty loud. I find that coffee shop ambience helps me focus on homework, but it's difficult to do that when there's live music playing. I know that other coffee shops play live music too, but why in such a small space?

Coffee house 29 is such a great spot to grab a coffee and take it on the go while running errands or take your computer + work for awhile. The space is always clean and decor is attractive. Because it’s such a quiet +beautiful space it’s always mentally relaxing for me to go there! They’ve done a lot of great and much needed changes to the place since the new owners took over. It’s not cluttered anymore and the coffee taste excellent now!I love that the staff are friendly always have a smile for you! Thanks ch29 for providing a peaceful space to work or enjoy a latte with a friend.

This new place in Eaton exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere is inviting with a selection of antique pieces you can just admire or buy. There is also a selection of handmade items for purchase from women in underdeveloped countries and the coffeehouse donates part of their proceeds to a variety of causes. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our salads and coffee. Will definitely be back!

My new favorite spot when I work up north. Coffee was very, very good. Breakfast sandwich was cooked to order. Over easy egg, real bacon. This place is a real treat. Highly recommend you stop in and give this place a try. Won’t disappoint.

This is an amazing place! I was looking for a new coffee place to try that near my home and had no idea Coffeehouse Ten24 was here. I decided to take a risk and drive to Eaton for this morning's coffee and study time. The shop is located right off the 85 with a parking lot to the north. They open at 5:30am which is a huge benefit for early risers like me. When I walked in I found what looked more like a store than anything else, but then I noticed the coffee and restaurant part in the back. There are tables scattered throughout the store and plenty of seating. I ordered their Scottish blend coffee and a breakfast burrito with chorizo. The coffee is delicious and the burrito was spicy and tasty. I began talking with the lady who helped me and she walked me around and told me a little bit about the place. This is a great place to sit and study with the free wifi and awesome atmosphere. They are a non-profit store that supports a few different causes, to include sex trafficking, The Tabitha Center (support for young women in Congo), Saruni International (support for young girls in Kenya), and others. They have merchandise that was made by young women that sends 100% profits to the girls who make it. There are paid and volunteer staff to keep the store going and from my first visit I am very impressed with the work they do and their heart for people! I will be back to help support the causes and have tasty coffee.

Enjoyed their food, especially their energy balls. It was a nice place to sit outside in the back. They have umbrellas if its too hot.The only thing I didn't like was when I have gone on Saturday mornings they play live music and it's too loud. He plays good but you can't visit unless you yell and it's really hard on those that are hard of hearing that can't hear a conversation. I feel like live music should be for evenings and not when you want a nice cup of coffee in a coffee house, but that's my opinion. Some may disagree with me.

Really nice coffee shop. The people are so friendly and it’s got a very cozy feeling. You can have a convo without shouting and they even had some nice live music while we were there.

TLDR: This coffeeshop has amazing staff who are great, but mediocre coffee and limited food items that are overpriced in an uncomfortable and noisy environment. This makes the experience not too great. It seems like the owners do not listen to the feedback of the community, thus making the coffeeshop feel like it is a foreign product to the town of Eaton. It use to not be this way.Pros:+ Very professional and friendly staff+ Good hours for a small town coffeeshop+ Fast WiFiCons:- Menu items are sparse and rarely available- Very expensive prices for small portions (a large drip coffee costs $3.75 for a 16 oz drink. What other place has a "large" drink, costing almost $4, and is only 16oz?)- Loud environment because of the open space- Limited privacyBackground:I've been a regular customer to this coffee shop since it first opened (as Coffeehouse Ten24) in 2019. It is with sadness that I am giving a low review for this place. After the coffee shop changed owners in 2021, Coffeehouse 29 has unfortunately made some choices which has worsened (my) customer experience. In summary, they have cut many of the menu items and changed the environment while disregarding the feedback from their customers and the community of Eaton. They removed all the homey antique furniture which now makes the coffee shop open and barren. This means sound travels across the entire room easily, and makes it difficult to have conservations when there are 10 or more people in the entire coffee shop. The menu has been stripped down to less than 30 items, and many things such as delicious salads and pastries have been thrown out to the wayside. Not only this, but the menu is very overpriced and thus, you pay a lot of money to get food and coffee in small portions. This use to be a coffeeshop I visited multiple times a week because they had amazing coffee, delicious food, and a homey environment. Now I only visit it a couple times a month and only out of necessity (because it's conveniently 5 minutes away from my house). I wish the coffeeshop listened to the feedback from community of Eaton so it would be Eaton's coffeeshop, rather than an impersonation of the Windsor experience that Eaton did not ask for.I am fearful that Eaton may soon not have a coffee shop because this one seems to disregard to the community of Eaton's feedback, thus limiting their support and profits.

Coffee House 1029 is run by coffee fanatics. The new owners are extremely precise and excited about roasting micro roasting and the craft of making a drink. This coffee house was recently acquired from old owners and so the decor, the service and the menu have all been changed out in recent months.Today's coffee house 29 is not as cluttered but is more of a coffee house aesthetic. One might even say a little sparse. The menu has definitely been an upgrade the last several times that I've had food here. Food was really good. I highly recommend the avocado toast. The burritos have a bit of a kick in the spice department. If you want a cappuccino larger than a few ounces (cappuccinos in Italy are a specific size) then order a latte and ask for it "partially dry".Parking: Parking in the side lot between it and the thrift store is going to be your best bet. Sometimes that parking lot can get full. There are two or three spaces behind the building that might be available. It looks like an alley, but there are a couple spaces back there.Kid-friendliness: The menu here can be kid friendly, especially given that the staff are willing to modify almost anything temperature inclusions things like that to make sure kids have a drink. There isn't a designated kids menu but most dishes would be fine for kids. The fresh baked goods are excellent and what child is going to turn down a brownie, cookie, or cinnamon roll?

It seems nice, but was awkward for me as a shy person. I ordered my drink to-go and took a seat, wondering if my name would be called. Another customer came in and ordered. Barista made his drink before mine while chatting with him. Minutes pass, I hear her saying, "Have a good day." After he left, I went to counter wondering if my drink had been sitting on counter. No, it was barely being made. It made me feel iced when I wanted a warm latte. Should service customers in order. That was a bit rude and not a friendly start to day.

CoffeeHouse Ten24, “a gathering place” to get good coffee and good grub. Eaton has a new “coffee house community center” #coffeehouseten24. A not-for-profit coffee house that partners with several different ministries Saruni Intl, The Tabatha Center, Sex Trafficking Awareness, and many other local ministries.Take the drive pick-up a coffee, get breakfast or lunch and contribute to building community wherever you show up...and enjoy the ambiance

I love this local gem. The staff is amazing and welcoming, the coffee is great and the food is always delicious. There is such a warm and welcoming environment. My only complaint is hearing that the maple rolls will no longer be made, these were my favorite thing on the menu. To say they are amazing would be an understatement; I have never had a roll that was so delicious. I really hope the new management will keep these favorites on the menu, if it's only as a Thursday special or something.

Their food n beverages are great. But by taking all the decor out to make make room for more seating, it's very loud and echoes. Their service is chaotic. I waited over 40 mins and went up to counter 3 times checking on a breakfast burrito. On fourth time to get a refund because I needed to leave, it was just finishing. Argued re a refund because I needed to get going. Never even offered to put in Togo bag. Left with no refund n no food. Friend had ordered a vegetarian quiche and got bacon quiche. Seems like a lot of staff crammed into prep area n total chaos. Then ask for a tip when you order for no service. Something needs to change.

Have been here a few times and never been disappointed at all. Fresh food and the coffee is not overly sugary with great flavor! This is our new coffee and breakfast stop when we have a few extra minutes. Morning or afternoon noon the quality has been the same!

First time coming in today! Very cute boutique and warm atmosphere! I ordered their seasonal Peppermint Bark drink to try. Most places can't make peppermint drinks without making it taste like you're drinking straight from the extract bottle......this place made it perfectly!! I also ordered their spotted cow flavored drink and it tasted like drinking the milk after Coco puffs cereal! It wasn't obnoxiously sweet either! Definitely won a repeat customer :)

The coffee was great and so was the service. I enjoyed the ladies who work here. Prices and coffee are so much better than Starbucks. Plus, the food looked fantastic. I saw quiche and cinnamon rolls, but have not tried them yet. Seems like an old fashioned, small town coffee shop with super nice people. Ample tables throughout the antiques and crafts.

Quant place right on the main highway. Service was a little slow because they were pretty busy. Good pastries and several displays of farmhouse type decorations you can purchase. Loved the handmade wooden crosses.
