Nastiest most rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The woman moved my shopping cart and very rudely told me I can’t take up two spots because they get really busy. I had the same horrible experience at the city market in rifle Colorado. I’m just trying to be able to get some groceries to be able to feed my family. I’ve learned my lesson for traveling out of state and will never visit eagle or rifle Colorado ever again.

for some reason google maps thinks mid this is a hotel but anyway… there’s a STARBUCKS! and SUSHI! the starbucks is okay but the sushi is AMAZING! try the vegetarian sushi it’s a 10/10 and not super expensive

Great selection and wonderful service. My newborn starting bawling once I got to check out and in a matter of seconds I went from having one cashier to a woman helping me unload the cart and another young man to bag my groceries. I could tend to my baby and not feel bad about holding up the line thanks to their quick response and willingness to help. Thank you!

Love the upgrade! Edit: this store keeps improving. From the staff to the quality of food items. Starbucks inside with outdoor seating. This is a booming spot, they are handling the changes with ease. Proud this is my home store.

Understand that supply chain issues are a factor but I seldom complete half my shopping list because of the "common" items that are out of stock. Basic items like milk, orange juice, potatoes etc. If they know via bar codes that inventory isn't sufficient on these certain items that continuously are running out then why don't they just stock more? Also the bagged lettuce assortments in the produce section sure as hell are not "Fresher than Fresh' as their advertising tag lines claim. More than half of it is browning garbage.

This grocery store never has anything available and is an absolute joke. Every time we try to make a decent meal they are out of some ingredient. Whoever does the ordering needs to get it in check. There’s only one dang grocery store in the town you’d think they could get it right. Go to Costco!

Bathroom by Starbucks is absolutely horrible. Like a hurricane came through. No TP at all. I told the girl at the Starbucks counter about it and she wanted me to walk through the store to tell customer service. A quick 10 minutes could remedy the issues but apparently it's the CUSTOMER'S responsibility?

The meat counter smells putrid. Every time that I shop there. I would never buy any meat products that comes from behind that case. It needs a deep cleaning. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Had all the food I needed on a disc golf trip. Prices seemed fair. Parking was fine, but snarled as they were in middle of huge construction project. Wonder how great it will be when they're done.

The produce department is back on point, from a few months ago. Actually called one of the Male produce employees out for putting the wrong product in the wrong place. He said "I didn't think anyone would notice." The lady's are super helpful and nice and have really turned it around. Keep up the good work.

I love this city market. It's even better after their remodel. However, the parking lot went from decent to absolutely horrible. At peak shopping times I've spent 10 minutes going up and down every single row looking for an open spot to park. And I'll park in the boonies if that's what it takes, but even that was full. They lost about half of their parking spots after remodel. Even the lines painted on the lot are confusing as it was straight on parking before, now it's angled one way or the other but the straight lines are still there o_O

Horrible service. I spoke with 6 people having to call back each time then got transferred to a completely different pharmacy in a different town. Then I asked to speek with a manager and they give me a tech. Rx's that needs to get filled and no proper communication.

Excellent market. Has everything you would expect from a food supermarket chain. Plus Starbucks and a new fresh sushi addition. Great deli products and meat selection is always great.

Had my daughter run in this evening since I'm 9 months pregnant and past my due date to get a pound of ground beef. She comes back to the car with "natural flavors enhanced" ground beef (instead of organic) I run back in to exchange. Literally five min. The lady would not exchange. I mean come on, really?! I said fine and went and bought another pound of healthy organic beef. It appears that if you leave the store you can't exchange. Common sense when dealing with your customers is important. Atleast in my business.

Eagle is halfway between Grand Junction and Denver - this is a great place to pee in a clean bathroom and refuel your supply of cold drinks and road trip snacks - stop here before you have to pay richity-rich Edwards/Vail prices
