Excellent service, fair prices, delivery options, and in-store shopping is always a treat as they have so many items you won’t find most other places especially in such a small town! The staff is friendly and helpful. This is one of the nicest pharmacy stores you will find anywhere.

This is one of the most unique stores in the entire area! The customer service is efficient and wonderfully friendly. The employees are treated like family members and are quite knowledgeable. They fulfill your prescriptions efficiently and with some of the lowest prices around. Finally, the selection in this store is amazing! Do you need an upscale gift? How about some travel items? Want to print out a bunch of your digital photos? How about a birthday card? Well...you get the point! This is a gem of a small business!

This business was unfriendly and unwelcoming. After over $100 of product was rang up and ready to be purchased they were unable to get a beauty product to scan. While waiting and waiting patiently I visually see the two employees scan the item on their phone and enter the price manually. They didn't say "mam the price is XX" or "I am sorry for the wait. We are working on this price for you". I look down to see the price is $23.99 and ask why it is so high and what is it based on. The older employee responds with, "Well I looked online and this is about half price from those so I think thats fair." I said, "You can't just make up a price. What is the actual price?". He just looks at me and calls the manager who is at home. He explains that the manager lives nearby and will be in soon to tell me the price of the item. I was told that I could "take a seat" to wait. Again, no apologies. Only made up information. I already was planning to buy and did purchase over $100 worth of product. The younger employee over rode the system and entered the item to be $9.99. The older employee said, "oh. how did he do that? I will have to refund you this amount." I am sorry, but this is truly disgusting behavior. The treatment of a customer is usually important. I had to receive my refund in cash because I used a debit card. I didn't want cash back, but this was my only choice at this point. Not a single thank you for shopping with us. Or thank you for buying this OLD stock off our shelves. Kiowa Drug: You will never sell this item I wanted at $32.99 which the manager claimed to be the price once he arrived. I suggest no one from outside the community support this type of behavior. They. might just make up any price they want for any item you want to buy because they found it on google. DON'T BE A PATRON HERE!

Can get my medicine right after my doctor's appointment at the Eads Clinic. Lots of shopping options so I don't have to leave town.
