All the employees both the people who do the picking and the people who deliver the groceries do their best to try and give upstanding service as well as everything you put on your list. There are a few bad apples and I did go through an incident where they said 29 items were unavailable I ordered those items the next day again and got everything I asked for so I guess it's really who you're dealing with on what particular day. But for the most part everyone there is great. I ordered a cake while the cakes may not look like the pictures sometimes they always come out beautiful thank you everyone at Walmart you guys made my 7 year olds day. If it wasn't for all of you pitching in to make sure we got everything it definitely would have made the day a lot more complicated.

Visiting Durango from Virginia to ride Polar Express. Needed santa hats PLUS flip flops when we pleadantly discovered indoor pool access that was unanticipated in terms of clothing brought for a December trip. Thought about local downtown stores but a few minues drive led to convenient parking and selection. Only complaint was one of the two main doors (where I parked) was closed (it was 9 p.m.). Other door mindrr says due to short staffing it was closed later each day (without any Open/Closed neon sign which I suggested). Found everything needed for family of six.

The sweet bacon burger is the best burger we've had in a long time, if not forever! It was so large, the two of us shared it & neither of us went hungry. Yummmm!

Literally the worst Walmart on the planet. A majority of the employees especially the service desk staff and managers are rude and unhelpful. I had a self-check cashier ask me if I was stupid or needed glasses when I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the screen. They are rude about returns. The shelves are always empty. The new renevations have made the store even more chaotic. It's just generally an awful place filled with awful people. I would recommend going anywhere else but this store.

Love the grocery pickup. Staff is friendly, and they are getting better at not being out of the things I've ordered. They are currently remodeling inside, though, so it's pretty chaotic.

Love the large selection of products. So not love crowded produce area. Needs revamping on floor layout in this area and clothing areas. Hard to find a team member when needing assistance with finding a product on the floor or on a high shelf.

*Disclaimer* Google messed up and switched reviews with Walmart and Carver Brewing Company in Durango Co. Haven’t been able to fix it. Here’s the review for Carver. Delicious food, nice prices, comfortable vibe, friendly knowledgeable staff, great beer and drink selection, clean restrooms, wheelchair accessible and outdoor seating to check out the mountain views. An extremely solid choice for a pub style restaurant experience!

Need a charger for my watch. Most of the electronics are locked up which should tell you something about the local population. The person assigned to the area to help was clueless that there are different types of watch chargers and clearly didn't want to waste his time to help, even though you can't read the charger compatibility inside locked cages. We left this place and this town. Not likely to stay here again.

Stoped here on my way to Canon Colorado. Needed some transmission fluid my SUV stared making a loud noise. Auto service was nice showed me were the fluid was price is fair. Got my fluid put in my vehicle stared working like a champ. Good thing Walmart was here helped ...

Not happy about the new wifi blocking. You can't use your banking apps etc due to this issue. You have to leave your cart to step outside of the doors to use anything involving wifi. Totally ruins the shopping experience and makes customers want to shop elsewhere as its very inconvenient. Please change this immediately! I don't see this benefiting customers only controlling their employees.

I just relocated back to Durango and was surprised at the condition of this store. Nothing was in the labeled aisles, they were scattered elsewhere. It was significantly understaffed. I had a full cart but had to go through the 20 items or less line because no other registers were open. The restroom has no lighting, only 2 of 12 fixtures were working and one side affect the stalls were filthy. The exit door opened and stopped half way and remained stuck with no one to reset them and people had to navigate to different openings to get out with their shopping carts.I don’t know what has happened. At a glance it appears they need more employees and we all know Walmart can afford it. Given the economic conditions here, many locals shop here and these conditions are simply disrespectful to their patrons. Many visitors also go to Walmart and this paints a bad picture of Durango. These conditions aren’t acceptable and Walmart should step up.

The new "improvements" this walmart is trying to pass off onto the city of Durango are absolutely sorry. The new systems are already malfunctioning and customer service has decreased drastically. Jalen is a sorry checker with a bad attitude.

Worst Walmart we've ever seen. Employees don't have any common sense or customer service skills at all. Zombie employees walk around like they don't know where they are! No customer service here from even one employee. Management needs replaced or at least taught how to spend time teaching these people skills.

I received and online order to my house that I never placed but had been charged for. Tried to take it to the store to get my money back and inquire to the reason this happened. I was given a partial refund and was told that to reach out to walmart online for the other part of my refund. I did this and was told by them to ask the store for that refund or just dispute with my card company. None of this was my fault but now I am forced to spend my time to fix something that should have never happened.

Went to the store on Christmas Eve to get Tylenol for our sick baby. Showed up at 5:40 pm and the male at the door wouldn’t even let him in. The sign said 6pm closing. Extremely disrespectful.

This Walmart is, pretty large, has grocery. Looked for camp shower, didn't find. Decent selection overall especially in the food department. Has a water jug fill station.

The hunting selection used to be incredible and you'd have gear through all the seasons. There used to be 2 isles dedicated to hunters. Now there is not even half an isle and no decent selection. Produce quality has also gotten terrible. Nothing lasts longer than a day or so. The homeless have gotten very bad as well and I don't feel safe.

My wife needed hair products but you have to track down some one to unlock the product. Then you have to buy it now or be prepared to get checked out near the door. This is not legal unless they have reasonable cause. Meaning they never do but people are stupid and consent to illegal search when leaving a Walmart. People! Wake up! You don't have to have your cart checked on your way out of Walmart!!! Just say thanks and walk out. Walmart sucks

It's a Walmart. This store's outdoor section isn't as robust as some others, and they won't service your car here, but it's still a Walmart. Came in for some dish detergent, and left with a new rug, dishes, snacks, groceries, pet toys, clothes, batteries, and wiper blades. Couldn't find the detergent I wanted. Now I feel guilty contributing to global slave-labor with my impulsive purchases...Seriously though, now that plastic grocery bags are a thing of the past, it would be nice for Walmart to take a note from Costco and provide recyclable boxes by the registers for shoppers to pack their goods.Thanks Walmart!

Durango Walmart is always jammed packed but make sure you catch them in the morning at 7 am as the entire store is reset and's ready to go.Almost all morning employees greet you with smile and a "Good Morning" welcome,a excellent way to start your day. This Walmart definitely has everything and with their new grocery pick up ready to open soon, this Walmart definitely delivers goods in Grocery, General Merchandise, Tire and Lube, Sporting goods, Deli, Electronics and has a Pharmacy.
