Every time I go in to pick up my horse feed they are either out of stock or say they are in stock but can’t find it. Today I waited for 10 minutes for someone to see if they had it. After I waited 10 minutes I was told they had it out back but had to unload a delivery before they could get it. This place is the Dollar General of farm supply. From now on I will pay the extra $2 a bag at the local feed store.

I shop here all the time today I asked a lady where I could find wood racks she was so rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to even look up to help me. Was very disappointed in her customer service.

Have shopped here on and off since opening, always welcomed n taken care of.2022 purchased a reasonable weed eater head yet problem with it kept occuring.Starting off this season same problem.Took into local TS service, desk and manager understood issue, referred Solutions. 6 calls, 12 to 28 minutes with no personal contact..Local store great Solutions suck.desk and manager related to issue but no longer stocked item. Referred me to Solutions, 6 calls, confusing menu, waited 12 to 28 minutes never connecting

People in Colorado are great. Protective of their state and a bit gaurded but that do good reason. Great customer service at one of my favorite stores.

Always have a good experience with Tractor Supply. They have exactly what I need for my trailers that I haul with. Whether it's the one in Mesa/Apache Junction Arizona, Gallup and Farmington New Mexico or the one in Durango Colorado the staff is ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and helpful. It's good to see that at every store

Excellent alternative to big box "lumberyards" and hardware stores. If it's available at Tractor Supply, it's likely to be less expensive and the same quality. While the range of inventory is narrower, if TS carries it, there will be a wider selection and deeper inventory. I love Tractor Supply.

Older employee maybe early 60s was extremely rude when I went in to exchange pants. I didn't even ask because I knew there was a discount on the pants I was returning already. The first thing that came out of his mouth was nice try like I was trying to rob them or something. All in a very snark and aggressive tone.

Best place to go for full pellets, weed killer, your basic farm type needs. You can also get some decent clothes and snacks. Employees have generally been helpful and friendly.

Store tries to stiff cash paying customers saying they don't have the cash for refund on wrong product. Only wanted to give a gift card ! When in reality they could have refunded to my debit card ! All a bunch of jokers in that store. And they lost my business .

Great place. Let me try out several sockets over 1 and 1/2 inch until I finally got to 2" which was the size I needed for for the RV hitch but. In return I spent $60.00 on the socket I needed and the breaker bar for it. Thank you Dorango Tractor Supply and the great checkout lady.

Jo and Dennis were the only ones in the store and it was full of customers. They did a great job on dealing with people in the high stress situation even when people were screaming across the store at the employees. GREAT JOB GUYS. Dennis took a lot of time too to help me find exactly what I needed and was very knowledge!

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the staff at tractor supply! I was putting on a benefit baseball tournament for my daughter who is in need of a heart transplant. I got to the fields early around 6:30 am to get them prepped and lo and behold the sprinklers were left on all night. I called tractor supply to see if they had any absorbent. They answered the phone said they had some. No even realizing they didn’t open until 8 am I got there a little after 7am expecting them to be open. Doors were locked so I called and told them my situation. The manager on duty opened the store for me for some absorbent and got me on my way. I am so thankful for them as I was able to get my games started on time.

Great prices and surprisingly good selection. Went in to look at a garage-in-a-box shelter similar to the one we wanted, and came out with tools, screw hooks, nylon spacers, work pants and a smile. Great store, pleasant staff.

The only reason they get one star is because I can't give less. Every time I have gone there, I am amazed by the lack of knowledgeable employees. It appears that training is non existent. The employees never seem to know anything about the items they sell or even where to find anything in the store. Yesterday is a perfect example. I went in and asked where the #50 roller chain was. The employee took me to where the chain link was, asked what it looked like, I told him it was by the sprockets, he gave me a blank look as if I was speaking a foreign language, then showed me where the aisle was for the sprockets. This seems to be a common problem with store employees not knowing where anything is.
