Nice pet store. Seems to have everything you might need or want. I was searching for indestructible toys for my puppy. I also found her a collar. I was able to find her 3 toys that she did not tear apart within 15 minutes of receiving them. It is also nice that they take your name and put all of the stuff that you buy under your name. This way, you don't have to have a receipt, as we all know that our receipts are nothing but trash anyway. The ladies in the store were very nice. This store is worth visiting if you are looking for pet supplies.

Fantastic place! We're from out of town and stopped by for some dog booties. Everyone is so friendly and lots of options to choose from in every category.Getting to love on handsome Stan was a great bonus😊

Excellent staff at the front desk! They always answer the phone in a timely and professional manner and usually have the cat food brand I am looking for. If I need help finding something for my fur babies, the staff are quick to jump in. Plus they get their kittens from the humane society instead of a breeding mill!

Good prices on cat toys, and a huge selection to pick from, too. Dog bones, collars, accessories. And a wide variety of cat & dog food. Pretty much anything you could ever need for your pet is here. They also have some cats that are available for adoption near the entry.

I walked in and they had just what i was looking for!I wanted a thick bed for my little girl, Red and my eldest Honeybunny (she's 70 now) so I purchased the Rover Rest Bella and slipped a nice comforter over it, perfect!

Best pet store in Durango. It's amazing how many products they fit into their store. I really like buying dog food in person for the "frequent buyer" perks. I'll gladly pay a little bit more than Chewy to support a local business.

Great selection but very small store, will feel over crowded if 5 people are shopping. The ladies are often calling customers names as they leave the store and sometimes when they are an isle or two down which shows they could use some interpersonal skill work. Owner is super kind and fantastic but caters to the woman’s poor behavior. I may be disgruntled as the owner suggests, but this is an honest and fair review. Check out my groom room review next door. I am a man of honesty and integrity.

Best little jam packed pet store in the region. Great return policy if your pet doesn't like their new food and they also take donations to the Humane Society if you have extra food or supplies. They typically have everything we need and lots of good advice for picky pets and allergies.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I think the ladies name was Hayley. I came in for a harness she not only researched the ones that would fit my dog but also took the time to come outside and fit it to my lab who is a little excitable to take inside! My husband and I adopted a 5 month old puppy from the local humane society and they have us a certificate to take to Pet Haus. I stopped by after work one evening to be greeted by the most awesome resource of everything pet in this store. The staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable!!!! We will definitely be coming here for as long as we live in Durango! Thank you for making pet adoption and care for our fur babies a great experience!03-01-2022 we are still shopping there regularly for our sweet healthy puppy and the staff is incredible and always knowledgeable!!!07-02-2022 definitely still absolutely thrilled with shopping at Pet Haus! My dog and I love this place! We got a great deal on a cute fleece sweater for her for the cold winter months. I also had a sales associate help me fit my dog for a harness when she was a very wiggly puppy. The sales associate was very patient and seemed happy to help. They have a great mix of local and trusted-brand products. I always look forward to stopping in here to see the new things they have to offer.

I will say that some cons are pricing, some miseducation about dog food, and small stock.I will say that some pros are safe and appropriate sized frozen beef bones, the best toys for tough chewers, and they are the only place in Durango selling Zymox for ear infections in store.I will also say the staff is typically very kind and caring, and genuinely interested in your pets care and health.5 star because overall, they are pretty great!

The absolute best one pet store around Durango. Can’t beat their prices and quality when it comes to… just about everything but especially food. And the fact that they take back food that doesn’t/hasn’t worked for your pet has truly come in handy for us when we first got our standard poodle archie, and had to go through a few different foods + trial and error to find the perfect match for him. The staff is also top notch and so helpful. We don’t ship anywhere else for our boy.

This is an amazing pet store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We took our 65lb dog in to get a harness, and they helped is fit him with the correct size and style for his body type and activity level. They also have a fantastic assortment of pet supplies.

We love this place! It has a really fun vibe with friendly staff, and quality products. They let you bring your pet in with you. Our chocolate lab ,Buster Brown, loves going there for treats and play time with the other dogs who visit. He absolutely loves the imitation raw hide chews. Well done Pet Hause!
