Look it’s an expensive grocery store, but it reminds me of Fresh Fields growing up (acquired by Whole Foods back in the day) and it’s got the best selection (and widest) of Natural Products hands down of anywhere in Durango. Produce I usually shop at Durango Natural Coop and typically Natural Grocers is overall less expensive, but if you want specially products and an outstanding selection of Organics, Natures Oasis is your spot. Bonus points for the Deli with Bomb Smoothies and Juices and I heard the Meat selection is good (though I can’t attest because I’m plant-based vegan)

We stopped in during our travel through Durango. Nice clean store with all the brands one would expect. The deli had a nice variety of vegan options, produce looked fresh. Nice dining area as well as a sitting bar across the front of the store with nicely arranged houseplants for sale.Prices of organic food products were no higher than a Whole Foods.

This store is a tight ship. Very clean and well organized inside and out. They even have free WiFi! Great selection of alcoholic beverages as well as healthy foods ready-to-eat. I just loved the atmosphere tons of fresh flowers are positioned outside and there's plenty of seating in case you want to eat there. A little pricey, but I think it's worth it.

Lovely grocery store. They have all the things and more. Health foods to home products.Clean, well organized. It was a joy shopping here. The people of Durango are lucky to have such a beautiful place to shop for life's necessities.

Specifically pertaining to Jack’s. I came in at 7 this evening to get some fish, knowing Tuesday is a day it is delivered, so it’s fresh. Apparently my mere existence was a tremendous burden on too 😎 for work dude behind the counter. “Getcha something” was all I was offered for a greeting, then I was told fish wasn’t happening, already packed up. I get you need to clean the cooler, but you also have legs that can carry you to the walk-in and serve the only customer in front of you. Mind you, I came in an HOUR before closing….service is usually great. Get rid of this guy.

This is one of the first groceries I have visited when I first moved in Southern Colorado. At first my husband and I were delighted to find a wide selection of good foods, wine and snacks. However, this particular female cashier C66 at register n0.1, tall and wearing glasses was very rude and unfriendly. She didn’t even help me bag all the groceries I had purchased and she didn’t even manage to help or atleast had a courtesy to offer if I needed a bag or something. I guess, there’s something about her that made her “unique and special” to work in that kind of environment. The couple next in line had noticed her rude behavior too. She didn’t even offered them to help bag their groceries as well. Obviously, the whole situation was handled very poorly. The store management can review their surveillance camera and they could easily verify what was I complaining about. I can certainly understand the frustration of working a retail job but what I don't need is a scathing attitude. When I go to a to any store I expect to be greeted with smiles and courtesy and not to have some cashier make a scene about doing her job. Her attitude during the scene seemed to indicate that she felt she was "too good for this job". This woman employee was rude and no longer customer focused.*to the owner, thank you for the follow up response to my ordeal. I apologize for my comment early on I was upset and very disappointed with your employee attitude towards me. I’m glad to hear you will talk to her regarding this matter. I appreciate it very much.

Been shopping here for years and never complained about the high prices until now. Sat down this morning to enjoy some banana nut bread and a glass of milk. Somehow (just my luck) I get bad milk AND nut shells in my banana nut bread at the same time.

Wayyyy overpriced. $10 for a personal watermelon, $26+/lb salmon… continue to run out of produce for their smoothies despite having it up front. Was told I could go buy my banana for my smoothie but that they couldn’t use what the store had on the shelf… huh?

I went to the meat deli to look at what they have. I told the employees I’ve been a vegetarian for a long time and have slowly incorporated meat in but still unsure of what to get. Logan and Deena were SO HELPFUL, and SO NICE. They had so much knowledge to share with me, and Deena even gave some good recipes that would be good to try out with good meats to start out with. I’ve been in Durango for 6 years and rarely go into Natures Oasis but because of them, it will turn into weekly. MAKE THEM EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AND MAKE SURE YOUR PAYING THEM GOOD NATURES O THEYRE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Today was at this store, August 8,202. All items are beautifully displayed on shelves and in produce dept BUT my rating is including important factor of customer service which needs addressing. My comment about rudeness is not the only one on here. The guy in liquor dept was flat out rude. The deli dept was very disorganized. 4 people working behind counter but ignored everyone that was waiting. Finally when a gal asked what we wanted , she was very attitudinal; in looks and actions. Why doesn’t the store address need for needed improved customer service???? Better to go down road a little further.

We can do that here!!"The search was over and she was a hero! This place is amazing. I love the deli. I stopped by randomly one day while riding my bike along the trail and was pleasantly surprised. Since then I've been stopping by every time to grab a sandwich or anything really (it's all yummy). The ingredients are healthy, fresh and actually filling. My 3 year old also has no problem eating here which is a huge win considering what picky eaters toddlers can be. I'm obsessed. Give it a shot, there are so many delicious things to choose from!

So grateful for this store! I'm visiting from Austin and no matter where I am, because of the way I choose to eat, I always look for stores that have healthy, clean, organic, gluten free options. This store has been perfect!! I love their prepackaged foods, great for dinner and snacks! Amazing vegan and gluten free desserts in their bakery as well!

First stop when we got to town to get some supplies. Clean restrooms were so appreciated. Beautifully taken care of inside the store and out. The flowers outside are a nice touch. Great bakery items.

I understand the pandemic was not fun, and required much from staff at any of the businesses that weathered through the storm. That said, as much as I appreciate Nature's Oasis-we spend some serious cash here-, the service at any other market is currently far and away better than here. Why are your cashier's so unhappy with their jobs? rude, actually. Tyler is one who says hello, asks to help bag some groceries...you know, does his job with professional attitude. Missed you today, Tyler.

Nature's Oasis is worth a visit for their deli alone, not to mention the bakery and meat market that are also housed in this lovely store. Their lunch specials are fantastic and they offer a variety of vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options. Freshly made sandwiches, smoothies, juices, and even sushi are available as well. Their selection of skincare products is great and their bulk goods section is good as well. Sunnyside farms offers the best bacon I've ever tried while Serious Delights has scrumptious baked goods on offer. Their prices are not inexpensive, but no more than you would expect for a locally owned health food store. There is indoor and outdoor seating available for patrons; both areas are perfect for digging into your selection from the deli. Lastly, in late summer/early fall there's a man who sells roasted chilies out front. If you happen to see him make sure to buy some as they are delicious.

This is a rating for the deli foods. You’d think at $10 per pound that the deli salads would have some flavor. The quinoa salad- flavorless, bland. The ceaser chicken salad- very mediocre. This seems to be a theme with many of the deli items.This is a great business that could be so much better if they put some more effort into providing better tasting deli offerings.

Worst customer service experience ever and from the manager nonetheless. Nature's Oasis website states they pride themselves on customer service, they might want to reevaluate who they put in management because with Andrew, they're false advertising any sense of excellence. His rudeness to me was not only offensive but was noticed by other customers and employees whom I imagine he's supposed to be modeling behavior for. I shopped here weekly , took colleagues from out of town to the deli for lunch and have spent hundreds of dollars using the deli for healthy catering for events put on by the the large company I work for. Today is the last day I will be doing business with Nature's Oasis!

I love shopping here. They have the best variety of kombucha and unique, healthy foods and drinks. They have elk and bison here, as well.They have a gluten free bakery section. They have keto foods and snacks. The deli has awesome sandwiches with very friendly, attentive staff.
