Cannot say enough good things about Durango Shade Company... high quality products and outstanding customer service. We needed to cover some large trapezoid windows to block out the hot afternoon sun, but still wanted the option of opening the shades. Ryan was fantastic - took the time to understand our needs and suggested a combo of 2 different styles which worked perfectly and looked great. He also quickly addressed an unexpected issue after installation that required half of the shades to be redesigned/replaced - he and Marlin made all necessary adjustments at no additional cost to us - their integrity was incredibly refreshing! We highly recommend!

We've had real challenges with SW Colorado area businesses calling back or showing up.At Durango Shade they were very good with returning phone calls and emails. They showed up on time for in-home viewing of samples and taking measurements, as well as the installation. They had some good suggestions that we incorporated. They worked easily within our schedule.The finished product looks great in our house. They even honored a coupon from the local coupon magazine. They applied it for all the window treatments, when we thought would only apply to one window!

Jim Boyer at Durango shade company was a delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products offered and meticulous in looking at what works with your home. He took the time to really look at each of our windows and suggest what treatments would work best. He thoroughly explained all of the options and made sure I had a clear picture of what I was ordering. Absolutely the best service I have experienced in Durango.In getting a new home, we have been working with various contractors and such for the final touches on the home. Ryan and Marlin are the only ones that pulled through with what they said they would do starting with the appointment, to the delivery time, to the final install and even showing me how to use the mobile app and creating scheduled settings for the shades.These guys are awesome and there is no need to look further!

My wife and I have now used Durango Shade Company at two different houses. One was a town home and one is a single family house. Both times Durango Shade Company has been wonderful, which has kept us coming back. My schedule is kind of nutty with work. Marlin and Ciarra were awesome. They would come over at 6:30 PM with samples (and did so over and over) so we could compare samples to paint. Once we finally chose the style and color, it took less than two weeks for the shades to get delivered and installed. Extremely fast customer service!The quality of product they sell is wonderful. We had the shades in our townhouse for close to three years before moving out. When we moved out the shades were in great operating shape.At both houses we chose to go with a cordless, blackout option. We have never looked back. If anything, the only down side is now we expect this type of service and product from all home improvements! We'd recommend them to anybody looking for shades.

I called and made an appt for an in-house consultation for some complicated windows. Marlin showed up on time and had some great suggestions on what to do. He was very knowledgeable. I ordered the blinds and they were very flexible working with me on the install as this was for a secondary residence and I live in another state. They did the install and the blinds look outstanding. Very high quality and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use the Durango Shade Company again and highly recommend them.

These guys are great!! I can't even explain how happy I am with their service. We originally used a different shade company in town only to have a very expensive shade break immediately. After multiple unanswered calls, we were told that we would have to pay to have the shade picked up and fixed (!!) Then they did not even follow up with me to make that happen. Out of pure frustration and not wanting to spend another dime with them, I called Durango Shade Company who came over right away and fixed our blind!! I was so extremely happy with their service that I ordered shades for the rest of our house on the spot. I am more than happy to give them the money and only wish I had used them in the first place! These guys are absolutely the best!

From start to finish our experience with Durango Shade Company was wonderful. They are professional, courteous, patient, absolutely delightful to work with and cost effective. I was really impressed with their professionalism and their ability to help us through making our selections. They offered us options we hadn't even thought of. We really appreciated the "artist's eye" of Ciarra. She helped us make the best color choices and we are so happy with our selections! My husband found them on the internet and almost cancelled the appointment because they didn't have a showroom. We are so glad we kept our appointment with them! Marlin and Ciarra brought the showroom to our home. We wanted motorized top-down, bottom-up in our master bathroom, and sadly Graber doesn't offer those. We had to buy those window coverings from another company. The difference was striking. Durango Shade Company excelled in all ways above the other company; in professionalism; price; and timeliness. It caused us to appreciate our experience with Durango Shade Company even more. We are deciding whether or not we want anything on our living room windows. If we decide to cover them, I will definitely call Durango Shade Company again. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
