I am new to this area and my small dog needed emergency care. I was told that they didn't have any appointments available and couldn't get her in. She passed in my son's arms. Couldn't care less about an animal in distress. Thanks for nothing.

The Dolores Animal Hospital is always kind, caring, and professional. Nothing but compassion and care was shown when we put our bulldog down a little over a month ago.They remember who we are and treat our animals like they are family. Highly recommend.

I've been very happy with the service I've received here. The office staff have all been very helpful and friendly, and I can't say enough nice things about Dr Kris. She is very thorough with our dogs exams and patient with my constant questions.On a Sunday afternoon while hiking around outside, she still was patient and helpful when I called with questions that couldn't wait until office hours. She's great!

Very professional! Caring as well as informative. Gave many options of care for my pet, as well as prices, so we could make an informed decision on care. Very clear on direction and plan for care and I felt my pet was in the best hands. Didn't make me feel pressured into costly tests or proceedures, and even spoke with my daughter, who is a vet tech in Denver without hesitation!. I would highly recommend Dr. KRIS Muscari and the Dolores Vet Clinic!

Dr. Kris has been amazing to work with. Our dog started to have seizures and she met us at the hospital after hours with no issues. She gave us a game plan for treatment and has been incredibly helpful. I can't thank her enough. She is now our go to vet.

This is honestly the best vet clinic I've ever found. The staff was very knowledgeable, they were very thorough and fast. Called to let me know my fur babies came thru their surgeries just fine. Even let us take a loaner kennel so both kitties could be comfortable. Wil be going here for all my fur babies needs

So pleased! We took our young puppy to Dr Wolfe in Farmington. Our puppy was misdiagnosed twice and dying. He wouldn't see our puppy within days, even when bleeding badly, and charged us hundreds of dollars. We called here hoping to find anyone who would help. She wanted to see him right away. Diagnosed him correctly, gave us the options and prices, and even told us health concerns of having the puppy around me with my health problems. He's already feeling so much better! Prices seemed reasonable. MUCH more reasonable than paying lots for a misdiagnosis. I recommend!

Dr Kris and staff are always there when i need to help my fur babies.Dr kris took in my old Boston terrier and helped in many circumstances and i have decided that all my animals will go to her and her staff. Dolores Animal Hospital really cares about your pets. They are willing to answer questions you might have. They became the vet of choice for my wife and I had and issue with our puppy. He had a face broken out in sores and his ears were swollen. I had him to a different vet who kept giving me different things to try and kept thinking it was something different each time. When his limph nodes grew and popped, my wife and I were worried. We called Dolores Animal hospital and they said they could see him right away. Dr. Kris diagnosed my pup with Puppy Strangles, and got him on the right medicine. He is a happy dog now who is still alive thanks to the care from Dolores Animal Hospital.

They turned me away as my cat layed dying in my arms blood all over me the dr wouldnt even see me unless i paid him up front, the nurse said I would then need to leave and wouldn't charge me a "walk-in fee" atleast they was so kind for doing that 😒 as i was walking out they said "i hope u can find someone who can help you " and "sorry" as my beloved cat was bleeding in my arms. If you are of a low in-come or a fixed in come dont come here they only care about getting payed, "sorry"doesn't bring my cat back. (FYI I did find someone who was willing to work with me for the love of the pet and sadly the vet said if she would of been helped sooner it would of helped her )Side note: even if it was only me looking for a vet I wouldnt pick someone who would need paid over the well being of a animal, thats why I go to the vet who worked with me I trust her

This animal hospitals could not help my friends kitty who was in distress but they were the only one in the area who recommended the Riverside Animal Hospital in Durango. Thank you so much for the suggestion, that hospital was amazing and was able to help the kitty.

This vet clinic advertises that they have a 24/7 hour emergency clinic, but was turned down for service in the night and then would not even see my dog for an emergency visit the next day. Very unprofessional and super unreliable, I definitely recommend finding a better clinic
