The dog groomer was very sweet and for some reason my dogs are very much at ease here to get their nail trims. I highly recommend Petco. I wish they would keep the area cleaner. It feels kind of gross. Anyway, I’m still giving them five stars because they care for the animals and they do good work.! Fair pricing too!

My groomer was very accommodating and got Kaylie in and out quickly. She did exactly what I asked as I like to keep the hair long on my Australian Cobber Dog .

Groomer called and 1) blamed me stating I didn't warn them of my dog's behavior and 2) stated they couldn't finish due to dog's behavior. Shiba Inus cry. They get nervous. I did speak with the lady about this when I made the appointment. Groomer must be kind, calm, and collected for shiba to not freak out the entire time. Never had an issue with the Petco elsewhere. In fact, it was always fine. Top notch even. Recently got her groomed at the petco from before and the groomers there loved shiba and said they know the shiba behavior. Two stars because silverthorne petco refunded me for service and treated me well at the check out counter.

The groomers were amazing with my dogs and did such an incredible job! My dogs have never been professionally groomed before but I plan to get them on a regular schedule so they can maintain their healthy skin and coat. I highly recommend using their services.

Not my normal groomer since I’m up here for the summer. I was a bit nervous to take my pups somewhere new, but they did a fabulous job!!!

Kristi has groomed my dog a few times now and she is wonderful! She does exactly what we request and she is so kind with our dog. We moved to Silverthorne back in July and I am so happy we tried Petco for grooming!

They always do a good job grooming. They were able to accommodate an extra service for me (face feet and tail trim). The only issue is getting an appointment. I would have liked a full groom but groomers were booked into August (6 weeks away).

Debbie was a pro with Bob the cat. Watching her work was like watching a choreographed dance. As Bob twisted and squirmed she moved fluidly onto another area. I found her progressional and caring. Bob was surprisingly at ease when I got him home. This was our first grooming experience in our 16 years together.

Tendra is the best most loving groomer for our Smokey. Was his 1st big boy groom at 4 1/2 mos and she made it a happy, fun, loving experience for him. Was as if he was her's, she took so much care with him.
