I went to get a salad for dinner from the salad bar at 7. There was no lettuce and the said they would not put anymore out for the night. I was so sad.I went back and gave it another shot tonight at five after 7. We were craving soup after my flute recital. All the soup was put away at 7 PM. I walked the isles for a bit and left with a can of tuna. A can of tuna!Also, I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in Cleveland.

A nice neighborhood grocery store. It’s a manageable size and sometimes gets crowded at peak hours. Prices are standard for Whole Foods. Excellent prepared foods and superb cakes. Love the tea selection.

Love it here for many reasons! Size, nonstrip location, density, staff -- that is, the vibe. Keep it up!(Leaving this note for assurance that the person running the coffee bar has adequate backup in case of pressing phone calls calling for her total attention, like the one this am for apx 10 minutes.)

This must be the worst Whole Foods on the planet. I've been going for 15+ years (first as Wild Oats then WF then WF by Amazon) and I'm not sure why I still go. The people are kind but that's about the only good thing I can say. They overcharge for products (literally, by prices on your receipt not matching what is listed on the shelf - not just in the 'Whole Paycheck' way. They will fix it when you point it out, but how often do you look at your receipt in detail?) and they are constantly out of products (peanut butter, English muffins, cottage cheese, red lentils...just depends on the visit but that was today and just a sampling from my list) - no exaggeration that I will come in and find empty shelves of multiple products. To add to that, the employees are not well versed on their own store (I asked three people about a product today and no one could answer my simple question). I don't find this to be the case at other Whole Foods. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere.

This store does an impeccable job with not only their cleanliness and stocking of fresh fruits and veggies, but their kindness and compassion. I’ve consistently been greeted with a smile and asked how they can best help me during my experience, and it makes it the best store to shop! The farmers market feel makes it less intimidating than usual Whole Foods stores, while still having everything we need!

I felt poor and semi dumb because I just wanted a salad from the salad bar and it smelled so good and I desperately wanted to care about myself and family like the people around me and then there were cookies and I realized I am a prime member but self checkout make that really confusing because there a PALM thing and people seem agro in there. At least the people shopping....I will be back.

This location always has everything I want in stock and readily available. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's also great that there's an Amazon returns center located near the front of the store, just past the fruit and vegetables. It's not a very big market but what it lacks in size is made up for convenience of location, plentiful stock and employees that go the extra mile. It's my favorite location in the metro Denver area. I highly recommend this establishment and I've made it my neighborhood grocer!

I went in for a specific item, which, unfortunately, wasn't in stock. The employee I requested help from was lovely. He put down what he was doing & gave me his undivided attention. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about his store.

Great little store great produce manager. That is where it ended. I give five stars for the produce manager, and take away three for everything else. Self check out attendant was beyond rude. Manger was more concerned with getting my information and disciplining his employee then customer satisfaction .Spent an hour there shopping and ended up leaving empty-handed.

We shop here a lot, several nights a week. It gets pretty busy, but the lines move fast. Produce is stocked well, sometimes the meat gets picked over, but I’d rather deal with that then waste. Only negatives I can comment on are the heavily pierced gentleman in the meat department that is always a jerk (not blaming the piercings) and the cake decorating department (they were rude, seemed confused and produced this cake).

Shout out to the wonderful, helpful Produce Manager staff person (whose name I've neglected to remember) who chops the huge cabbages in half upon request and is just really nice. Otherwise, this store always meets my needs, lines move quickly, staff are good, they run out of some things around holidays but I've never not been able to get what I need or close enough. Parking is easy, and there are lots of bike racks (yay). I find random good stuff on the sale rack. I come here about 2-3x monthly and have never experienced any issue with management or customer service even during covid such as mentioned by others 🤷🏻‍♀️. It's not one of the massive WF with a big dining area, and they don't do sandwiches, which for some can be a drawback.

Super rude employee when I asked her where should I pay for the coffee. She goes like, " what, what do you need? Do you want to pay by cash?" What is wrong with these people to assume stuff like that be so rude.

The staff here is either very unhappy or racist. I had a hard time pegging which was true but both the employees I interacted with left me with a cold feeling like I wasn't really welcome in this store. The store itself was nice with good products and no one was overtly rude or mean so 3 stars is appropriate I feel. This was my first time in this store in over 15 years so I will try again to see if i get a different result. I leave lots of reviews and ones like this are super rare so I hope that maybe these folks just had a bad morning meeting but the next visit will tell a more complete story.

Excellent ready-made soups. I always shop at this store for lunch. Affordable and delicious. It turns out the same thing that I had lunch at McDonald's. But it's healthy and delicious. Nothing beats a full meal

Absolutely the worst WholeFoods in the greater Denver area. They are constantly out of everything that you are looking for and the employees here are unfriendly and unprofessional. If you have an option to go to another WholeFoods do yourself a favor and go to the other WholeFoods.

Small decent store. Some of the employees there are nice and all, but then some of the management or "leadership" like how they call themselves, are bit of a joke. It shows in how the store is ran and employee morale. Not the worst, but also not the best Whole Foods. With their increasing prices and inconsistent stock, I say go somewhere else.

I like Whole Foods. If it wasn’t owned by Amazon I’d go there far more often.During my last visit I was informed that this store does not accept digital ID via the Colorado app. Management must not know that it is required by law to accept both digital and physical forms of ID.Once again, Amazon seems to believe themselves to be above the law.Otherwise, great store. The staff actually doing the work (cashiers & stockers) are friendly and knowledgeable. Management seems to be on a different spectrum, however.

The quality of this store has gotten better, but I stand by my opinion that has Amazon degraded the quality of Whole Foods without lower costs much.[original]Whole Foods has really been going down hill since the Amazon takeover. Cold case is usually empty. What is left isn’t good. Lower quality, for moremoney. The last two times I’ve gotten pre-made food here, I have gotten sick. The last egg sandwich I had look like run over McDonald’s.Natural Grocers better.
