The Walmart neighborhood store in Montebello area code 80239 located on Chambers and Green valley ranch boulevard. Is selling expired ice cream products for a dollar less of what it originally cost. Once confronted the manager who's on shift today March 11th 24 6:30 p.m. she said that it's not her responsibility to take down these items from the shelf, and still question me why was I coming to her it was none of their concern. Walmart has put a lot of food items on sale, and this eventually become a health hazard! Definitely contacting the food administration, and the health department!

Store had no bags so we had to carry items out by hand. They were also out of carts and baskets because the employees were too lazy to go out and bring them in during a light snow storm. To shop, I had to go out and get a cart for myself from the parking lot while employees watched from inside.

Waste of energy with all the open refrigerators and it makes it cold in the store. Limited selection of meats and produce. Not much organic.Employees are all nice though.

Rude employee! If you dont like your job,please my all means find another!ALSO,there is vacuum cleaner solution at this store, it's by the exit with the cleaning machines! Learn your store before you just interrupt & give information if your not 100% for sure. As you said,"this isn't a big Walmart!" Obviously it doesn't matter, the cleaning solution was there! Grrrrr!!

Walmart is a good place for families and single folk to shop on a budget-friendly tip. Getting the most for your hard earned dollars makes sense to me. Low prices might not mean much in high society but for the millions of hard working consumers who respect common sense pricing, Walmart is the place for your face.Decent parking. Friendly staff. Sometimes AP may sweat the wrong shoppers and mistake them for shoplifters but that comes from a lack of training. Ongoing training can help with that. I can spot a shoplifter a mile away.Overall, Walmart helps the community in many ways.Update: The shopping carts are not always available. There seems to be a shortage of employees to handle the workload.

It's 7;30 pm on a Monday night when people are trying to get home from work. There are four teenage fools in safety vests collecting ten carts in the parking lot (one of whom literally can walk no faster than 15 feet in 30 seconds), one manned checkout register's open, the self checkout is closed and there are lines curving through store for the remaining two self checkout aisles with at least ten people in each one. Is the management that stupid or are they trying to drive away customers? Nobody has time for this idiocy.

I lost my headphones here and tried to call supervisor and customer service 5 different times for almost 20 minutes. Pharmacy was the only people that picked up. Pharmacy is terrific, service sucks.

Worst store. All the checkouts were closed. One has to do everything themselves. You ask for helo and the workers get bothered. Also, there are 3 workers by the door just watching

I had surgery yesterday they sent my prescription to this pharmacy but by the time I could pick it up it was to late so the following day I sent my husband to pick it up the said they would contact the doctor when, I called back they kept questioning me and asking what I need for though it was prescribed to me for pain after my surgery even after I told her that she still didn’t wanna give it to me so I told her she could keep and hung up right after that they sent me a text that I could pick it up to me it unprofessional especially after I told her why I needed it and after she contacted my doctor 02-24-24

Horrible experience already bad enough you have to check yourself outI went to purchase items I got a shampoo & conditioner labeled $2.45 & $1.50 they would not honor the price. I showed them the price on the shelf, they said that the whole shelf was prcied wrong because the night shift dont know how to do their job. Wow I wish I could work somewhere and not care with no repercussion. horrible way to handle business even tho they were wrong they would not honor the price even tho it was their mistakeHorrible service will not be going back that's is embarrassing to put it back I had never bought that brand before I was in the market for new hair care wanted to give it a try ill just stick to buying from targetI spoke with Gerald a supervisor.

For a Neighborhood Market, this Walmart has a great variety of items other than food. They have a decent pet section and hygiene products .I’m a big fan of any establishment that uses self check out and this location not only has self check out, they have the ones with conveyor belts.

I won’t lie I usually dislike going to this Walmart primarily because I feel like it tends to be in disarray and for some reason brings many rude people but that could be just this day and age.This though is a post because of two employees that in fact changed my mind to continue shopping here.Zovanta and CJ, where two of the most helpful, friendly, and genuine employees I have come across not just in this Walmart but in truth any where I go to shop lately. I feel customer service is lacking greatly but these two showed exemplary service and Walmart is lucky to have these two employees working for them.

This Walmart is our favorite. The store is well stocked, nice and clean and the staff is so kind and helpful! We love the Garden Center and all the items on sale!

I don’t usually shop here for produce but when I do I never have a problem finding what I need. The staff at the pharmacy have always been friendly and fast when I pick my medication up. Not a bad location.

On Friday 8/4 I went to shop and there was no carts available. Everyone had to go looking for one. That is ridiculous, customers shouldn't have to get their own carts. Bad enough we have to bring our own bags, now the carts too.

I haven't been to many Walmart Neighborhood Market locations, mostly because I thought they were much smaller locations, but this one was huge with ample of parking spots, helpful staff, easy to find products, well stocked shelves, and most important they had all the products we were looking for, even some we had forgot we needed.

I went to Walmart to get some of the heated masks for my eyes. While I was there I picked up a few other items. I didn't realize that the masks were in one of the locked cabinets so I asked someone at the pharmacy if someone could assist. She told me to push the button. I didn't see the button at first but when I pushed it someone immediately came and assisted me. I went back to the pharmacy and the young lady checked me out. Thanks for the great customer service.

What a clean and we'll stocked store!!They had a great line-up of different speciality ketchups and a large Blue Bell variety! Lady working in produce came up and talked to us while we looked at corn... So nice to be spoken to☺ for a change!

We always have good service from the pharmacy to the cashiers. They make us feel welcome and take good care of us. Our favorite pharmacist are Bryce and Lisa. Yovany is the best cashier. Thank you!

Sometimes I wonder if my standards are too high or if I am Karen who would like to speak to your manager. Either way, here is a typical example of the only grocery store in Montbello.The shelves usually look like this. It's okay though, if you move a bunch of stuff around, perhaps to their dedicated home, you might find what you are looking for. Not cucumbers though. Not today.Following the order of the store, beef! How about just a simple sirloin steak for dinner? Lol, jokes on you, there is only one, it is brown, and also labeled top sirloin/tri tip? Pass.Also, a word of advice. Check your expiration dates. There were several loaves of Italian bread on the shelf. Great! They all expired Sunday. Ask if perhaps they baked today. Get sighs and eye rolls for the inconvenience. Get told no they didn't. Ask them to check the back. There are Italian loaves but not Italian bread. (Really. Honest to god. She didn't know it was a loaf...of bread.)Next up, tissues! They were exactly where they are supposed to be. Thank god for small miracles.And finally, chocolate syrup. The good ol' look all around a 5 ft radius of the item and you might find it. And so I did.Hooray.I hate this place.

Man, when the Costco opens down the street this place is gonna be in trouble.Not only are none of the employees managing the self-checkout aisle given keys to unlock "restricted" merchandise (in my case, Laundry Detergent), but when I was sent over to the Customer Service desk for the privilege of buying my laundry detergent, I waited for 10 minutes while the only employee behind the counter handled a Customer's money order.The General Manager (Robert) was sitting right behind the desk, staring at his phone and totally ignoring everyone in line while the one employee handled Customers. Eventually, he looked up from his phone long enough to go over to the self-checkout aisle and harass a customer that he must have suspected was stealing something. Once he finished with her, he was RIGHT back to his phone.The two employees in the self-checkout aisle were wonderful and extremely polite/apologetic for not having the keys. Robert should probably put his phone away and manage his store better, before someone decides to call corporate about his management "practices."
