The guy who works in the pharmacy is rude and impatient. I was forced to pay out of pocket for my prescription because he refused to listen to me or run my insurance. I tried to call to speak with someone else and everyone was just rude. Obviously we're at the pharmacy because we need medication, not to be treated poorly and like we are inconveniencing them. 0/10 I will never return and will have my prescriptions filled elsewhere. So sorry to interrupt your talking session, God forbid you have to do your job while at work.

Zero stars. We had to switch Pharmacies and it has been the worst experience ever. With the exception of Emily, she is helpful and willing to help you. Everyone else there seems put out when they have to assist, they are not willing to answer questions or help. I am changing pharmacies for me and my family and we will never use this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has been frustrating, inept and dismal for the last year. Recently cardboard was placed over the windows on the interior of the pharmacy so you can’t watch the pharmacists filling scripts and hanging up on callers. The pharmacy will be closed for days at a time, without notice or the drive through or in store pharmacy one or the other will be closed. Can’t get through to the pharmacy by phone to determine if they are open, which requires a trip to find out. Pharmacist not showing up for shifts, was told 30 on call pharmacist were called one day with no takers. This is dangerous, if the medicine you take is critical you can’t depend on this Walgreens. Our doctor’s office recommends we fill all scripts at another pharmacy in the area. And, in case you thought Walgreens was concerned about the issue, see the photo posted below on the pharmacy window last night.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever exerienced- been waiting for 2 days for antibiotics and they still haven't put it in my name. Went to the pharmacy 3 times and called multiple times and they just refused to fill it. Had to call the doctor to have it sent elsewhere as my infection continued to get worse.

I went to the pharmacy and even though I was willing to pay for my prescription they denied me service. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they were unwilling to help me find a solution so I can get my pain medication. It's wrong that they deny you service when you are a returning customer. I filled a prescription there a month ago and now they can't service me.

The lady running the register never acknowledged me, not hi, bye, thankyou. She didn't even look at me. Talked to her coworker the entire time and acted like I was an inconvenience. Very rude.

Waited 10 minutes in there drive thru only get to the window and they put up there sign Pharmacy Closed. If they wasn't so slow me and the person behind be could have gotten our prescription and been gone by the 7pm closing time. My god this pharmacy sucks for customer service.

Been filling my prescriptions here for over a year and there is always problems. The pharmacist I spoke with today is completely uninformed and incompetent. Go to any other pharmacy in Colorado and avoid this place at all costs.

Came here to get my passport photos taken. The lady who took my photo had my eyes halfway closed in the picture. When I asked her if she could retake my picture she told me no! Since I’m going to have this one picture of me for the next 30 years I decided to drive to a different Walgreens to have the photos taken again. This lady‘s bad attitude ruined my entire morning because it threw off my schedule for the rest of the day. I would never recommend this photo center to anyone.

I’ll never go here again! Mary Lou in the pharmacy is the rudest person ever. She’s very dismissive and not helpful. When I asked to speak to the manager Matt he wasn’t very nice or apologetic either. It’s almost like I was burden calling him with a complaint. Do not go here!

Pharmacy: Constant problems with prescriptions, hours of operations changing and long waits.There are also too many unprepared people getting their prescriptions filled which impacts the pharmacist’s ability to be expedient.People should not try to fill their prescriptions if they don’t know the medicine and / or prescribing doctor, address / birthday of the person they are getting the prescription filled for.I will say the employees at the Pharmacy have good empathy as they seem to allow the naïveté and are pleasant regardless of the need to ask the customer 20 questions to help them. Extra star for kindness.

I am a provider and needed to do medication verification and was placed on hold for 10” and then hung up on when they picked up the phone! Now been waiting another 10” so far! Where’s the customer service and professionalism? Update-waited another 30” on hold-was told 1 caller ahead-then went ringing and hung up on AGAIN!!! Now they’re at lunch!!!!!😡 I feel bad for my patient as no med verification so will have to wait for his medications-Thanks Walgreens

If it were possible to give negative amount of stars that would express the Value the Pharmacy. The times are always changing and you can always expect the opposite. If you go inside says sorry only drive up available. You drive up sorry we are short staffed walk ups only. For example today thay was the case so go inside, and 1 hour to fill prescription ok. Come back an hour later and there's a huge sign saying sorry emergency close will re-open at 4pm. This was at 1pm. Come back at 4pm and there are people who must have formed a lime @3:30 by the looks of it because it was from the back of the store down the isle to the front of the store. Get your act together and show some pride in your Pharmacy. If your going to serve this community its prescriptions please try and be considerate to this community. Or get some people in that understand how to work at a fast pace. Or maybe thats just the habits of lazy people so they become pharmacists so they dont have to work hard nor fast.

Attentive, polite tech and pharmacists.Feel so bad for them having to do all the regular pharmacy stuff AND vaccines with just one pharmacist and one tech. Corporate Walgreens clearly cares nothing for their employees-only profits. Will not burden overworked, understaffed employees again.Walgreens--read the other reviews and realize how poorly you're treating your employees, and by extension, your customers.

I'm tired of Walgreens! I have been with them for a long time and their service has become down right awful! I'm switching all of my pharmacy needs to King Soopers! I honestly feel bad for the pharmacy staff because they are so short staffed. But how can you rely on a pharmacy when their hours always change, sometimes it is drivethru only and it's hard to ever reach anyone on the phone.

All I can say is wow! I switched to this location for my pharmacy needs about 5 months ago and they ALWAYS gone above and beyond. Matt, the Pharmacist is very attentive and always makes sure I'm doing ok every month! They also make sure My side affects are too bad and if they are, they give me a solution to help it! Ontop of that, every single pharmacy tech is phenomenal as well. Especially because they deal with some super mean patrons, they have always handled it very elegantly. I'm probably betting most of the bad pharmacy reviews are people that couldn't get their way. But if you are courteous to them, they will give it right back! I have recommended these guys to all of my friends and family if they need a medication filled.Ps. Don't be rude, obnoxious, etc to the pharmacy techs, or pharmacists. It will get you NOWHERE. They are having a hard time as having people that want to work, so they are running a bit slower than not, byt if you are RESPECTFUL, and tell them how quickly you need your medication. They will accommodate. And on the other side of that coin, if you are rude to them, you will get absolutely no where with them. You can be a part of the solution and not part of the problem. And honestly if you do end up choosing to have your meds filled somewhere else because you think that hurts them, it actually helps the people that are kind and courteous to them to get our stuff even faster so thanks for that 😊

Absolute worst pharmacy service over the last couple months. Staff will not refill prescriptions requested on app or online. If your luck enough to get through on the phones (usually a 20+ minute wait) they will say "They're still working on filling the prescription and it will be ready within 1 hour". I have not had them fill a prescription after submitting a request without a prompts via phone or in person sense the staffing change.The last time I was in line, the staff accidentally deleted 2 of my prescriptions and deleted my insurance information while I was waiting at the window. My app notified my they had just deleted it, then when I asked the pharmacy tech, she denied it all and said it was never in the system and charged me full price for my prescriptions as my insurance was no longer in the system.I am currently moving all my prescriptions over the Amazon Pharmacy

Store closes at 10:00pm. Went in at 9:45. Was yelled at right away... store closes in 2 minutes. Keep in mind I’m not the only customer walking in the door at this time. A staff member makes an announcement stores closing in five minutes. They didn’t hang up intercom right as we could here them complaining about us coming to the store this late. Another staff member is at the door giggling and laughing why they let people in.Staff was VERY unprofessional, I understand it was cold out and snowing BUT did not deserve to be treated like that.I live really close and plan to go back but if it happens again I will not return.I did call and speak to a shift lead but not a manager about the situation

I have been going to this location consistently for the last 4 years and I would say they do a great job, they have great customer service,know how to build rapport when the lines are long but also keep the lines moving. They sometimes may be a little under staffed but do well with what they have. The shelves are always stocked and faced and if you ask for help you get it promptly. I have been to many other Walgreens in the area and none are as clean kept of a store or near the customer service thatthis one has. To the staff, keep up the great work, your regular customers appreciate it.

Twice in a row I called to get a refill and was told it will be ready the next day. I get there and there's no order in the system... Also had to wait 25 minutes for the 3 people in front of me. I mentioned how slow it's been lately and was told with in attitude it's not that they're slow, they're short staffed. Well slow is slow... This was from the same person I've seen chatting it up behind the counter when it's busy.

Terrible display of customer service on my visit tonight.. Front end cashier had 3 customers in line, so I hit the customer service button and waited. I seen thr manager and asked for help and she gave me attitude and told me " it's the cashiers job". The cashier had no personality and there was a charger priced at 7.99 it got rung up at 10+ and the dude just shrugs his shoulders clueless. Horrific training and no personality. Better when I used to work at this location years ago.. Unfortunate turn around

Does not stay open at the hours they have posted in the pharmacy. Has given me an Rx for the wrong person. Says Rx is ready but when I come to pick it up they don't have it in stock.Yesterday i came to pickup an rx at 12:45. pharmacy is closed with a sign that says they are closed for lunch from 1:30-230 on the window. today i showed up and they have the pharmacy closed and are only doing drive through.

Terrible pharmacy service. Stay away from this place!!! First off they only do drive through. Waited a long time in my car and when I got to the service window they said to come back the next day after 10AM. Next day, got there at 4:14 PM after work and immediately when I got to their service window again, waited in line two cars back, said they closed.

Absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service.... I don't think I've ever been this frustrated before in my life!!! My doctor calls in a prescription but the pharmacy is out of stock so I'm told it will be in the next day, which it didn't so they then said it would arrive the following day, which it didn't, so then they just close out the prescription without saying a word?!?!? Seriously?!?!? Unbelievable!!!! Then they have the nerve to tell me to have my doctor call in another prescription lololol, this makes no sense? Did they fill my script then steal it or something??!? Why do I need another prescription order?!?!? This is beyond crazy. And they could care less judging by the way they treat me..

The pharmacist didn't try to call my insurance and told me my insurance didn't answer her. I talked to my insurance for 10 min wait. She said it may take 30-60 min wait. They need to get the stuff done instead lying to people. They should text me when they getting my insurance information instead of tell me my subscription is ready because I told them I want to know the prices first so I don't need to waste my time to come back and pay the full price. Show some empathy when you didn't do your job correctly. You get high paid to do your job not getting lazy and lying to peple.
