I have been coming to Urban Dogg for grooming the last several times I’ve taken my pup in for a bath/cut,etc. My 2.5 year old, ~50 lb Golden Doodle gets quite anxious at the groomer (he used to go to petco as a puppy & when I picked him up he had 8 cuts across his body… traumatic for him). Although my pup can be a bit difficult to groom, Laura at this location was so kind in explaining ways that we could treat his anxiety and even offered to take him on as a full time client so that she can continue working with him. Endlessly positive things to say about Laura and the team at Urban Dogg Wash Park - we will be lifetime customers. Plus my pup, Canio, came out with one of the best hair cuts he’s ever had!

We refer to our dog's grooming appointments as his spa day. He's been going to Urban Dogg Wash park since day one (he's 2 1/2) on a regular basis, usually every eight weeks. He's never afraid to go, they never rush him, and we are very happy with the consultation each time, clear communication, and fair price. I'm particular and am only loyal to a business when I experience excellence. I don't mind when it's hard to find parking occasionally because our animal friend is worth it.

I got my cat groomed for the first time with Sean. I was amazed at his handling of her and how much she seemed to trust him. She came home soft and smelled so good. I'll definitely return as occasionally as I can. Highly recommended for any cat owners who want their cat/s cleaned down.

The best place for dog grooming. My friend drives 65 miles from Fort Collins just to get her precious pup groomed. I often join her at The Blackbird Restaurant across the street as she waits, and I get to see the end results. Amazing. Her pup loves it as well, and has his own favorite groomer. Next time we'll take pics.

Don’t bring your dog here! brought my dog to Uptown many times but each time the groomer was different and the service took longer and longer. So I took my dog to the urban dogg in Washington park thinking it would be better. It was even worse! I asked how long it would take to groom my small dog. They quoted it would take two hours. After four hours I called them and they said it would be another hour. After an hour passed I didn’t receive a call so I called them and they said it would be another hour. I was extremely frustrated and calmly told them I couldn’t wait any longer I was coming to get my dog. When I arrived he still wasn’t ready. They apologized and didn’t charge me. Months later I decided to give Uptown one more chance. When I called they said I had a balance due and couldn’t bring my dog until it was paid! So I will NEVER return and I advise you not to waste your time and money. Don’t take your dog there!

Urban Dog is super accommodating and able to get my tri-paw in last minute! The groomer was so kind about her mobility issues and even carried her when she was too tired to walk! Absolutely recommend!!!

Always do a great job with my two dogs. Used them on April 17 2024 on my 5 month old pup . I was able to get him in, next day. Very accommodating . My pup looks great. They did a really great job! This is the before picture.

Our boy, Blue, couldn't enjoy his baths at Urban Dogg more if he tried! He started off a little skittish when it came to grooming but after a couple of years worth of baths, ear cleanings, nail clippings, teeth brushings, he doesn't even blink an eye when it's time to head over for a bath! We love the text reminders with discounts and the amazing service we receive every time we bring our Frenchie in for grooming! We LOVE YOU Urban Dogg.

I had my golden doodle groomed by them on Saturday morning 2/3/24 and it is a fabulous job they did and I have few compliments on grooming my dog from people I don’t even know that’s how nice Lily looks and I would recommend this guys to everybody. We've been taking our little guy to Urban Dogg for about a year for nail trims and full service grooming-- and he always leaves looking great! Our pup is pretty anxious about going to the groomers, but all the folks here are patient and sweet with him and make sure its not too stressful of an experience for him (or us). My dog loves Laura here, and Laura loves her right back! She does a fantastic job making sure my pup is well taken care of and comes back smelling fresh af and is perfectly groomed. We love interacting with Laura, thanks for taking such good care of my doggo! I recommend being around to pick up your dog the moment they're done as you will get charged an extra fee if you're late. Parking is questionable here as they only have one spot right in front of the store entrance on the side of the road. Definitely call and ask them about parking if you want more details or if the spot is taken.

Horrible job at understanding what we wanted. They almost shaves all of my dogs hair off after my husband specifically asked for a trim. When i contacted the manager he told me since last time they did shaved her they went up to a 5 when that was not what we asked for my dog was not nearly as matted as she was the last time. Horrible customer service on the managers part. I been going there for a while and they manage to loose me as a customer for the lack of anything ont heir part.

I live in the wash park neighborhood and I have a 12 week old morkie named Treasure we were looking for a groomer close by and discovered urban Dogg at first glance I thought it was a Boutique. I was so pleased to find an up scale shop for my pampered morkie . The staff was so accommodating and skilled . We loved the calming atmosphere and the staff treated Treasure as if he belonged to them we loved the experience and plan on making it our grooming home .

The groomer Sean groomed our senior cat. Our cat was matted mostly on his belly and butt. He shaved him and gave him extra care. He gave him a bath and clipped his nails. Wr are pleased with the outcome.
