I had a great experience at Beauty Bark. My friend recommended after taking her dog there the last few months.I am so thankful I found Tatiana and the team! We got in quickly and she did a fantastic job in half the time other groomers have done. Tatiana took time to talk about the cut before hand and Harvey looks and smells amazing.

I was really excited when this place originally opened. Really nice customer service and fair prices. They do a good job on cuts. I couldn't ever really notice if my dogs teeth were brushed or not after the service, but overall, my dog looked good. Customer service has gone down. I called recently to schedule an appointment. Super short on the phone, always sound rushed/in a hurry, and not friendly. Their prices have gone up significantly, and I'm not a fan of paying for rude customer service.Response: You are correct beauty bark. I have not been in since 7/2023. At that date and time I had my same complaint about the customer service. I called recently to give another chance because you all do nice cuts, however the interaction over the phone was unpleasant.

This place was not recommended but tried it out anyways. Went a few times for paw and nail trim. Seemed alright in the beginning but when I booked for a trimming on eyes, paws, and butt. They did more than asked, my puppy's goatee was chopped and his tail. Not once over these few times did they mention having trouble trimming his nails until after I gave a sad review of service requested. Even though they messed up I tried again just for nail trimming, now they say they're unable to service my puppy or me. Very Unprofessional, with terrible customer service.

We brought our puppy in for a nail trim as a walk in, and the girl was so friendly. They took her back right away. The puppy was not cooperating, but they were so nice and tried their best, getting all but 2 nails ! I'll reccomend.

Unfortunately, my dog’s hair near his eyes has been cut to the skin which has never happened before in the three or so times I’ve been there. I don’t understand why I can see his skin and why it was cut like this? Wanted to give this place a chance but it’s not a good fit for me in terms of what I ask for cut wise or the paperwork which is always different and am asked to complete each time. I encourage setting up a standard consistent structure to keep track of what we request for our pups and a set of consistent employees with whom we interact, and clear communication regarding the “why” behind these updates/changes. They do a fine job as groomers but terrible customer service. I was 5 mins late for my appointment and was charged a $35 late fee and I asked if there is grace period and they responded I should have called to let them know I was going to be late. I respect peoples time and give people a lot of grace when it comes to just common decency so when I don’t get that in return it catches me off guard.I love supporting local businesses but this one wont be getting my business anymore.

I am more then impressed with my sweet Wookie's hair cut. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Claudio did an amazing job. My Wookie has never looked beter. Thanks again!!!

Today our Dakota was seen by Nautika. She did such a wonderful job! She even sent her home with a cute little pink bow! She looks so cute and we are so happy with a job well done! Previously we have taken her elsewhere and it took several hours longer, for a poor job at twice the price. We're never taking her anywhere else again but here to see Nautika

I just used claudio for both my dogs and he did a great job . My aussie had a few mats and he got them out. He was gentle with the dogs and took his time to do things right. i highly recommend him. The receptionist helped me work out the costs as well. This is my second time there and have already scheduled their next bath, trim,. and de-shed. Thank you

We were first time customers, still trying to find our new permanent groomer since our move last year, and I think we finally found them! Our groomer took the time to cover exactly what I wanted for my mini schnauzer (and introduce her to the other dogs there this morning, so sweet!). But even with all of that personal attention, she was done earlier than quoted. When I saw my dog, I was so impressed, she looked exactly how I asked for her to be cut. Amazing, can’t wait to bring her back again.

We took our dog here in mid-December. The staff and store manager are very unfriendly. The groomer did not cut our dog to the style we discussed, and her nails were not trimmed at all. I called twice during her visit to check on her progress and how she was managing in a kennel-free environment and my calls were neither answered nor returned. Finally, for several hours after we picked up our dog, she was not herself. She would not eat or drink, was not playful, and just wanted to hide in her kennel.I reached out to the owner following our visit to discuss my concerns. I made a point to be empathetic and to structure my email from a place of understanding, yet received an unhelpful and hurried response in return from the store manager, Nautika. She concluded her message by saying she would understand if we don't return, and we won't. I would not recommend BeautyBark for your grooming needs under any circumstance.

I've been searching for a new place and was recommended to try Beauty Bark. I was apprehensive at first because a new place can be scary sometimes, especially when it comes to my fur baby. The staff is super friendly and they were great with the dogs that were before me. You can really tell they enjoy their line of work. Nothing more rewarding than being around dogs all day. My doggo can be a handful at times and they did a great job to accommodate his hyper active behavior. I Will be returning for additional services.

Had to find a new groomer and could not be happier with Beauty Bark. They were able to get us in quickly, in a great location (dog store right across the street for an after groom treat) and my dog left happy and beautiful. I was nervous because of some of the previous reviews but this is NEW OWNERSHIP and all went well!Update: Ended up leaving the salon because of customer service. All my previous grooms were still great but for me the customer service was lacking. Owner reached out so appreciate that but still not the place for me.

I've taken my husky blu here three time. The first two times have been good. Every time they have had great costumer service.But the reason I will not be ever going back and highly suggest you don't go back is because, after blu's third and last appointment I noticed he was very low energy but I thought it was because he might be tired because of the other dogs and getting groomed. The following day I noticed that blu didn't want to eat go outside or do anything.So I took him to the vet. Finding out he was having severe back pain. A week later after blu had been on his medication he was feeling a lot better (thank god).The other reason I will never take him back his because I noticed blu was shredding a lot. Yes I know he is husky and they shed but it has been a lot more than usual. So I brushed him and noticed clumps of hair coming out. (I've added a picture of that below). Blu had build off in his hair not even two weeks after his appointment. This is not okay in any sort of way.I'm not one to complain but over the least two weeks I've experienced problem after problem with my dog. From back pain to build off in his hair. I highly suggest you don't go here. And hope that no one else has to go through this

Quickly and lovingly clipped my kitty's talons. I was so concerned about taking him to a groomer that would get too close to the quick but they were literally purrrfect and there was no pain! Also, great price!! Highly recommend!

og has been injured before you started the service, you should immediately notify the owner about the concerns...not continue with the service and put yourself at risk for being held responsible. At this point, I'm concerned about the safety of my pets with these groomers. They have no accountability and I do not like spending my money with dishonest people or companies. I'm sorry that this happened. I'm hopeful that my dog has not suffered irreparable damage to her eyes. I am concerned about the validity of the company having general liability insurance for these exact instances in which a dog becomes injured while in their care. They won't get my business back, and I hope that potential and current customers have second thoughts. Finding a groomer in Denver with availability can be exceptionally challenging. These people are not a groomer I would ever trust.

I have taken my Berner here 3 times without concern. He was done with being groomed within 4 hours. This last visit I was told it would take 6 hours. I voiced my frustration that it usually doesn’t take that long and that it was never communicated to me before bringing him in. I wouldn’t have scheduled the appointment for the time I did had I known it would be longer. The groomer argued with me when I voiced my frustration and was not very understanding of my position. I don’t mind leaving my dog for that amount of time but how the groomer spoke to me was condescending and rude. She obviously did not value our business so we will not be returning.

The folks at Beauty Bark take great care of my dog Abbie. She's a bit nervous around other dogs but she's always happy to go for a trim at the Beauty Bark. She has long black hair and they do a great job of trimming up her feathers and detangling her spit mats, not to mention trimming up her potty patch nicely. Will be back again!

The girls who work here are so very kind and polite! They had a very very busy day today but were able to help me get my grandmother’s dog looking beautiful again. Her dog was terribly matted and was in rough shape. I knew it would take them sometime to work their magic but I was stunned when I came in! My grandmother’s dog looked like a different dog (in the best way possible) shout out to these girls and the hard work they do!

Our usual groomer shut their business down and trying to find a new groomer was a nightmare. Everyone was either not accepting new clients or was booking out months in advance. Figured I’d try to call. The got me in with in a few days! The staff was very kind and wonderful! My dog isn’t a fan of being groomed and the ladies took their time with my dog and was even able to get his nails trimmed (hate it most) he left a happy dog and wasn’t stressed like he usually was.

My dog Fred is usually very anxious when it comes to getting groomed, but the folks at the Beauty Bark took such great care of him, and I could tell he felt comfortable! He came back from his bath, brush, and deshed looking handsome, smelling great, and with the perfect claw length. And the service was friendly and fast! Highly recommend!

This is place is amazing! My 18 month old Aussie was traumatized of groomers from the last place she was going. If I showed her a hose she would get scared and hide. Now after 6 months of going to beauty bark she loves getting groomed! The staff is so good with her and she always comes out looking like a princess. So lucky to have this place in the neighborhood. :)

This place absolutely rocks! The manager, Kelly, is a dog whisperer who really cares and provides a personal touch. My dog Cookie loathes baths but somehow, Kelly is able to calm Cookie and make her actually enjoy her bath. Kelly is a dog genius and so accommodating - she fit us in last minute today before they closed. Highly recommend and it’s great to support local businesses that care.

Despite a rocky start; Beauty Bark and Nautica have made the grooming experiences with both of my dogs extremely positive and painless. It’s easy to tell that the dogs are well taken care of and happy while in the store. I highly recommend Nautica and Laura at Beauty Bark!

Very pathetic service. We asked for a winter cut for our Goldendoodle and they ended shaving him without even asking us or calling us before doing this to him. They mentioned he was matted where in we brush him almost every alternate day and I didn’t see any sign of severe matting. My point is, in any such condition they should have called us before doing this to him. We have the right to make the decision.It’s his 1st b’day coming this week and we were excited for him to be all groomed up for his pawty but now he is traumatised and all quite since yesterday after the grooming session. ***NEVER GOING BACK****
