I kinda don't like how the self checkout is card only.It's so close to home and the times I need something and only have cash during the hours the registers are closed. I have to drive further just to be able to use a target self checkout to pay with cash.

The location of this target is convenient because I live right across the street from it. However one of the most rudest drive up associate took care of us on Christmas Eve. An older woman with very short cut hair. She walked up to the car with an unpleasant look on her face and attitude. I asked how she was doing no response, no greeting just asked for the confirmation code. Threw the items into the trunk with no care and left it open without asking if we wanted her to close it. I assume she doesn’t like her job very much or simply doesn’t care. This is the second negative experience I have had at this target. The first one I felt prejudice. I am an Afro Caribbean/West Indies Woman with an accent. Honestly I have had several experiences such as these after moving to Colorado from Florida. I’m really disappointed because I visited A year before I moved here and thought the people and place was beautiful. I’m fairly new to town and most of my experiences at other targets ( in Florida) have been great! I would not recommend this target.

I was surprised there's no self-checkout. However I had the best experience with the employee Bernard! He made the two minutes checking out so much fun. I need him to get a raise, because he truly knows how to make the guest experience phenomenal. I will literally go out of my way to come to the target again just for Bernard. Thanks!

I don't really leave reviews, but had too this time. There is this young man at Cafe name Randal. He definitely knows how too make a customer smile (: he made sure I had my food on time, and sometimes when I go in and he's all out of food I always walk out with something. I really enjoy coming by Cafe and seeing Randal working hard. Good job Randal! Wish I can have you at my store.

Convenient place, but Target has joined the current price gouging effort. What's worse is 2 attitude-y, older cashiers. They refuse to bag my items then act put-out because after doing my own bagging, I have to fire up my Target app to get my whopping 30 cents discount from Circle. Let's recap...✔️ Overpriced on most items✔️ Bring your own bag and bag your items✔️ Have cashier act like you work there and aren't moving fast enough for themSkip it if you can.

Can you hire some more cashiers please? It takes me longer to stand in line than the shop every time unless I come around closing and then not too close to closing because there won't be anyone to check me out. Maybe you could take out those express lanes that are never open and put in some self-checkout Lanes??????

This is my second review about Target’s hard working and very dedicated employees. This morning, Saturday August 6th, due to Gina’s wonderful help at the return counter, it was so easy for me to receive a refund on a few returned items. Gina was also a pleasure to deal with. On Friday July 30th, I received outstanding assistance from Nicole at the check out counter. Target has a huge variety of items for sale at excellent prices, and I always appreciate the great help I receive from Target’s employees.

I got discriminated at this target. I was paying my items at a register not a self checkout at a register the security guard came, stood in front of me and made sure I paid for all my items (which were only 3 item) he did not do this to no one else just me walks behind me and goes stand back at the entrance. As I go put my cart away an elder women (employee from target) comes and asks me very rudely if I’m done with my cart as I’m grabbing my items off the cart and tells me “I know you’re going to grab your drinks, I didn’t ask you that I asked if you’re done using this cart” while she rolls her eyes and yanks the cart from my hands. Very disappointed in this, I love to shop at target it’s my favorite place but I never thought I’d get discriminated at a target. Very disappointing.

This is my go to Target due to proximity, and some of the cashiers are just delightful. Unfortunately, this location lacks the variety of larger Target stores, and the checkout lines are often long.My biggest issue with this location is the fact that the already tiny section of women's plus sized clothes has been reduced to *almost nothing*. It's now a handful of racks crammed in front of the clearance section in the far corner of the store. They have massive departments for EVERY OTHER type of clothing - but plus. For a company trying to present itself as inclusive and diverse, this location is seriously lacking.

Gross store with absolutely awful customer service. I've never seen Target cashiers that are so rude. There are a few friendly ones but the vast majority of the cashiers are rude, snippy with customers, and seem like they are genuinely upset when you have to buy bags. I really hate to leave negative reviews like this because I've worked customer service jobs and I get it isn't the most fun thing - but the least the employees here can do is not be snarky and rude to customers. The store is also consistently dirty, with very little inventory and constantly empty shelves.

I was helped by the most amazing associate today. I was overwhelmed and didn't know were to find my daughters school supplies. She is my first child and going to preschool and I paced around the store for over an hour and finally asked for help at customer service. A lady by the name of Karen helped me and I was done in less than 5 min. Am so so grateful and will remember her kindness for the the rest of my life and pass it on.

Please get self check-out lines. 10-25 minutes every time to check out and most of the cashiers that I've seen here for years are very condescending/rude. You can tell they hate customers and hate their jobs (they make it very obvious) and no matter how pleasant anyone is to them, they don't care. Worst Target around.

This Target is so close to my house that I visit frequently, and overall I usually have a good experience. The cashiers are always nice, and work hard to get through the lines that build up as quickly as they can. But the store definitely falls behind due to its lack of self checkout; sometimes the wait is just too long and there's nothing that the employees or customers can do about it. The grocery section is also pretty rudimentary - lots of things that I can get from the Highlands Ranch Target near my job that aren't available at all here. From what I understand all of the targets are supposed to get the big "makeover," that expands their grocery inventory and implements self checkout stations; I hope that happens soon! This location has a lot of promise and kind, hard-working staff.

If I could give this store negative stars it would be deserved. Employees have the helpfulness and knowledge of a slug. Half of them are scalpers, and 90% of them probably don't know where they woke up at. What a joke.

Stephanie at the guest services counter was so helpful and kind to me today. I had a little hiccup getting my promotional gift card with my Target circle savings, and she took the time to really help me and resolve the issue. She truly went above and beyond for me! I came into target to return 2 baby gates that I had purchased.They asked me to put my card in that I used so that they could find it.I very clearly told the associate I would like an in store gift card- as I could utilize that $80 for groceries today instead.She completely ignored my instructions and said oh I’m sorry I pressed the wrong button.Now I’m out $80 while I wait a whole week for it to return to my card when I simply didn’t have to be.They made a mistake and refused to fix it.I’m really in disbelief right now.If I could give you 0/10 I would.

More than doubled in price, and you can get two 32oz for $2.00. Get your prices in order thats a huge fail on your part target. And its not the only items with this kind of price differences.

We went to two other stores another one being a different target, none of them had the item we really wanted. Finally we found everything we needed at this location! Plus my cashier Kristin was so friendly! She was positive from our first encounter and a friendly hello! Very positive attitude and sweet!

I was staying in a hotel nearby and went in to get a Starbucks and a few items. I’m from Chicago area and this was by far the best Target I’ve ever been to. It was so neat and clean. The displays were really set up nicely and made you want to shop there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good job!

I like Target, but not this location. Checkout is always very slow here. Having express and returns at the same lanes make smaller trips highly impractical and the regular lanes are often faster even if there are people in front of you with full carts. I've also been verbally harassed by groups of teenagers numerous times at this location and staff doesn't seem concerned about this problem. Not coming back to this store if I can help it.

This is a great Target in a lovely Denver suburb. My review is specifically for Anik in Guest Services. She went out of her way to help us with a purchase issue we experienced. I had some issues with my food, which totally happens and wasn't the fault of the workers, but the guy who helped me at guest services deserves a fat raise. Seriously was the kindest anyone has been to be in months. I know this sounds dumb because it was just me returning some food, but I really needed and appreciate that interaction.

I have such a love hate relationship with Target. Target products are generally good I love living so close to one, but the customer service at this particular store has a tendency to dampen what I typically hope to be a fun shopping experience. So often while patronizing this location, I end up feeling like I am the focal point of displaced customer service frustrations. The customer service folks seem overwhelmed and understaffed. I think I'll drag myself into this Target only when I have a return from an online purchase because interactions with certain team members are THE WORST.

I come here probably a few times a month for the last year and a half when I really don’t wanna deal with the chaos at Walmart. I like that it’s usually quiet and easier to get around and get what I need compared to other stores. The things I hate about this store however, is the fact that they’re pretty much guaranteed to be out of at least one of the things I need. It’s about a 50/50 chance if they’ll have milk stocked or not, and if it’s not that then it’s salad, or eggs, etc. On top of that, half of their meats are usually expired and not removed, and the cashiers always seem like they would rather be anywhere else in the world than try to summon enough enthusiasm to greet you at the register. If you just need s couple things and are lucky enough to find them in stock here then it’s not so bad.

I needed receipts reprinted for work. Anik was super helpful. She took the time to explain that the Target app can save receipts from all purchases. Unfortunately, I didn't use my phone number for the business purchase. I will from now on!! Anik was not able to print them out for me at the time, but passed it on to a coworker that was able to. She called me later in the day to let me know they were printed and ready for me to pick up. She went above and beyond and I am very thankful.
