I'm absolutely in love with this place they carry my specific cat food which I love Premium Fussie Cat and am always greeted with an awesome attitude and a genuine smile. 10/10 customer service4/12/2024 I just always love coming back here it's genuinely nothing but a wonderful place to be and trustworthy place to get animal food from. Big shout out to Bridget and Bella for helping lifting up my spirits after recently getting fired, really couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my little guys food. 💚

I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Simpawtico. I mispronounced the name a few times but I got a fabulous dog bed and my needed supply of food . Friendly and knowledgeable staff . I highly recommend Simpawtico . ( and a Starbucks next door )

I feel so lucky to have this shop so close to my house. My dog loves going in to get a treat while I shop for her food, treats and essentials like cbd and hip/joint pellets. The whole staff is knowledgeable and really seems to care about my old pup. They keep track of my purchases and ensure i get a free bag of food and cbd after a certain number of purchases. Love that and love this shop!

I went in on 12/13 to look for CBD treats for my cat, as we are traveling this weekend for the holidays, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the dosing. They were honest about whether or not it would work for my cat, and told me it’s about a 70% success rate. I appreciated the honestly from them and the treats do work for her! She get very sleepy and I think will be a great travel companion. Thank you for the help!!

Had my first visit to this store recently. Staff was friendly and the prices were great. I was surprised though at the lack of grain inclusive options available. With all the data out there in support of grain inclusive and the studies linking horrible heart conditions and cancer to grain free, I was very surprised to see this. I hope that people who are buying their food here have done their research or spoken to their vet about grain free. Unfortunately this store does not carry my dogs food.

Love this store! Claudia, Kevin and employees are fantastic! This is the only pet store we go to after trying chain stores and other neighborhood establishments. They offer delicious (according to my dogs!), healthy and nutritious treats and food, well made toys and chews, and an overall relaxing and welcoming atmosphere to swap pet stories and exchange information. So happy they are in our neighborhood!

Love this animal boutique! They have good-for-you pet food. I am always asked if I need help to my car with my goods and they treat my pup, Lucy, like family. They have very unique toys for dogs that I haven't really seen anywhere else.

Well, with a 4.9 rating already, there isn't much else I can say about this place. The owners and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They stock a wide range of items in a smaller store but it is all high quality.All I can say is that this is an amazing pet supply store! The staff looks out for their customers and provides advice and guidance on everything.Highly recommend.

This visit was the exact reason I don't go to box stores!I was dog sitting my daughter's misunderstood (insane) pittie & needed some food. Since she needed a walk anyway I took her and my 15 yr olds son with me. Needed him to stay outside with the dog because she wanted to eat every other dog she came in contact with. The woman that was working, I believe she was the owner, was so helpful and understanding. She even offered to close the door so that I could bring this crazy pup inside. Ultimately she helped me pick out a healthy food that was in my price range and even gave her a tendon chew to keep her busy. I'm so thankful for her patience, understanding & advice she has gained customer for life!

Adorable locally owned pet shop with employees that will great your dog by name when you come in. They offer a great selection of premium dog food and treats for great prices. They have a small selection of collars, leashes and other accessories. They also have great dog safe toys! This is our goal to place for food and treats!

I love this place.The owner (I assume it's the owner) is always around and is so helpful with all my questions. Whenever I buy a big bag of dog food, he always carries it to my car for me. I feel like the experience at Simpawtico is a more personal and positive one than when I have to go to the big chain pet stores. I highly recommend that you check this place out.

Phenomenal store. Super small, has tons of different food items. The man working was so nice, started my rewards account ( for Fromms) and carried my giant food bag all the way to my car! Which I just thought was the nicest gesture. Can’t wait to go back.

I absolutely love this pet store because of the caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Selection is good and the brands are top notch. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because of the early closing hours during the week (7pm) and especially on the weekends (5/4pm) I often find myself missing their open hours. Other than that it’s a stellar pet store.
