This is great little pet store that has a large variety of foods and toys. There are tons of snacks for cats and dogs too. The location is also great if you live in the Baker or Speer neighborhoods. Also, if you can't find your brand here they will order it for you so that is nice.

Our cat had a really bad hot spot we spent months trying to improve including going to the vet and nothing was helping. Danielle got us a bouquet of things, including different food, some CBD treats for stress, and a diffuser. I don't know what specific thing or combination worked, but the behavior stopped very quickly and she's on the road to recovery. Thank you Danielle!

Extremely disappointed in the poor customer service. I am a regular customer who comes in a few times a month and have spent hundreds of dollars here. I recently purchased a bag of expired dog food from here. I trusted that the dog food would be up to date. I didn’t even think to check the date before giving it to my dog. My dog was sick the entire day. I brought the food back to the store showed that they sold me expired food and explained that my dog got very sick. All I was offered was in store credit, or a refund on my purchase. I feel that was an unacceptable response to what could have been a more severe situation. I will not shop here again.

We love coming into Quality Paws. All of our toys and chews come from here. The staff is great! They are very patient with my oversized puppy who LOVES attention, offer great suggestions, and seem to have every weird item I'm looking for.

Outstanding pet store for both cats and dogs. I have found food items and toys here that have completely revolutionized my cat's life. In fact, I get everything for my cat from this store except litter. They also have the best leashes, harnesses, and accessories for dogs. Support this place or you are missing out.

Quality Paws has the best selection of products, many of which are local and of the best nutrition and quality for my pup. Their staff is super helpful and truly care about every animal. Great location on Broadway makes it convenient, and I highly recommend.

The manager is the best! So friendly and cool. She knows a ton about pets and supplies. I went there hoping they might soon carry an insanely durable chew toy, made in Erie Pennsylvania, called One Leg Up. I left feeling hopeful about life! That's in part what a great small business can do. This one reminded me to shop local and be happy and supportive to others! Thanks to the team at Quality Paws for taking time to educate me and just for being so awesome! You rock!

5+ stars. After my dog was ill for two days I went for help with changing food and helping her settle her stomach down. Just amazing customer experience. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They genuinely cared about my pets well being. My dog is loving the food change and feeling much better. I will most certainly be back for more and recommend this store to any and all that ask. Only place I buy my cat food, Natural Balance. Not only is it cheaper than big box pet stores they have a rewards program for that brand and they are so nice. Also remember they do have parking in the back alley so no need to worry about meters.

I go here all the time and work with a super awesome person. Yesterday, I was helped by another associate and while helpful, she made me feel unwelcomed for attempting to get my cat a vet's prescribed remedy. I told her that my cat could've been stressed which caused loose stools and lethargy. She kept probing me about why my cat was stressed inferring that there was some type of abuse occuring. This was a horrible feeling considering i take great pride in making my home hospitable for my feline friend. As much as I love this place, I will not be going back moving forward.

QP is a gem! Great pet food, toys and people. If you are looking for unique pet items, this is the place to go. My dog eats a "hard to find" diet and they carry it. I have never been disappointed, you won't be either.
