They saw my pup as a walk-in for a nail buff and paw pad shave. They also asked if I wanted the top of his paws trimmed (yes please!). I am always very anxious to take my dog anywhere due to his dog reactivity and I’m even more anxious to hand him off to someone else. I feel comfortable taking him to Petco for nail trims and I will continue to take him. I am very appreciative whenever they can make time for him because I understand how busy they can be.

I go to several Petco locations, but Chari at the Mexico & Colorado location is the best by far. She's pleasant and accommodating and does great work.

I absolutely love your groomer, Sammy. Molly is a nervous Cavachon and Sammy makes her feel relaxed. Sammy is very efficient and follows all my grooming requests along with her suggestions. She schedules ahead of time for me and updates me if any shots are needed. Sammy is a role model for all groomers.

My dog looks great and is so happy. Staff is lovely and caring. I just wish someone had told me when I dropped her off that I need to be able to pick her up as soon as she is done, as they don’t have much kennel space and it is a hard floor, and that they’re not allowed to take the dogs outside to pee.We had a 9am appointment and were told 3-4 hours. She was done in under 3 which was awesome, except that I was across town at my daughter’s class and couldn’t get back until 1:45.Now that I know, I’ll make sure to schedule our next appointment accordingly and will be nearby with more flexibility. Just a heads up for anyone scheduling for their first time!

Augustine was very thorough in explaining what would be included in my dog’s grooming service. Augustine did a really great job with my dog’s groom. We will definitely be booking our dog’s groom with Augustine again.

We had Cheri to groom our samoyed and Keeshond, and she and her team did a wonderful job! Our dogs look great, smell good, and their furs are so soft. Cheri was also professional and pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend Cheri and her team!

My girlfriend and I brought our dog Rosie here for her first grooming appointment since we adopted her in May. We had been waiting to take her until she was doing a bit better with separation anxiety and we didn't know how she would do with being groomed. Amber talked with us when we showed up for the appointment to find out more about Rosie and our specific concerns, and told us what she would try to do and what situations would mean she's unable to complete the appointment or some part of it. We had scheduled a bath and haircut since Rosie needs a trim, but she was very scared of everything so no trim today. She is so soft and clean and her nails were clipped which was very important to us because they were getting long and I don't want her feet to hurt. I'm very happy with how Amber treated Rosie and I definitely appreciate that she cared so much about making this a positive experience for Rosie! We will definitely keep coming back to this location and to Amber, we actually already scheduled Rosie's next appointment!

We loved the experience! Super easy to make appointment on line. The groomer was lovely; thorough, warm, caring. It only took 90 minutes (none of this 3 hour grooming we experienced in other locations). Our pup looked great and did not seem traumatized (as he sometimes does in other situations). Huge thanks! We will definitely return!!

Staff was being excellent at discussing needs and approaching my dog upon check-in. My dog can be skittish at times with new experiences, yet I was surprised with his comfort, which I definitely credit staff with. I left with knowing of the possibility that my dog would not allow for full services. I returned with not only him allowing staff to fully groom him, but he looked fantastic. Couldn't be happier!! Also, the cost was far less than other groomers.

I was extremely pleased with Sam, the manager, who trimmed my dog Lily's nails today. She was incredibly kind, especially to Lily, who is learning to trust humans again. I was able to walk in and out within 15 minutes and Lily left with her tail wagging. Thank you so much Sam!

Ariana does a fantastic job of grooming Elle. I used to go to PetSmart where my dog did not want me to leave and pulled away from the groomers. Elle gladly goes with Ariana which means besides doing a fabulous groom she also treats my wonderful 13 yr old girl in a caring gentle manner. I will bring Elle to Ariana for grooming until the sad day she goes over the rainbow bridge.

I've been going to Sherri at Petco for 2.5 years. She groomed Bodhi, my Pekingese right after I adopted him from DDFL, which is located in the store. Knew she would remain our go-to groomer from then on. Sherri also grooms, Tashi, my all white Himalayan cat. I would follow oil w her anywhere for her grooming expertise!

I have been bringing my dogs to Andrew at the Colorado and I-25 store for years......we love Andrew and wouldn't even think of taking our pets anyplace else. Grooming can be so expensive but the prices at PetCo are reasonable and they really know what they are doing!

Bug was EXTREMELY matted and dirty, but his goomer was able to get through all that fur, bathe him, do his toenails, ears, paws etc. quickly and efficiently. It's been a full day since his grooming, and he's still strutting around. I was also able to set up a schedule with the groomer for future groomings.

Difficult to get ahold of anyone if you call. I've been left on hold a few times. And they didn't put my dogs collar back on. I had to wait a week until they found it, and then return to pick it up. I'd say it's worth it if your in a pinch.
