Whatever you’re paying Maxx, it’s not enough. Nobody has ever been able to trim my dogs nails down to a manageable length until now. Miss Beans has never looked or smelled better and I am very grateful to have found someone who can handle her with gentle care and still be able to get her nice and clean. Thank you, Maxx!

There is a perfect gentleman that works in the aquatic section and he's very helpful. He gave me useful pointers on plants and animals for my tank. Everyone I met was lovely. I forgot something in the store after the store had closed and the lovely manager lady was kind enough to help me with the purchase even though she didn't have to.

I have a Havenese, small dog with lots of hair!! Max did an amazing job!!! Most places would just shave your dog( if slightly matted). Max made my dog look so good and my dog has hair!! Thank you Max!

We have been going to this location for about 2 years now and we always book with Sam, and up until this experience it has been pretty good. We scheduled with Sam again but she is not the one that did our pups grooming, we when we picked him up that were overbooked, even though I booked over a month out. My partner didn’t receive a call so about 5 hours after dropping our dog off, he went to see if he was ready and they hadn’t even started, but they said he would be ready in an hour which is not possible from past experience since he is a 50 lb. golden doodle. They called two hours later and said he would be ready in 10 minutes, it took me about 30 minutes to get there and he still wasn’t finished. When he came out, his ears were shaved and there was a big chunk of fur cut out on the top of his nose. We asked them to keep his ears and face as long as possible, and I mentioned that to the lady but she said she wasn’t the one who checked him in. Since they were double booked and she wasn’t communicated with, it sounds like poor management and communication to me. The lady that groomed him was very apologetic and kind and asked her manager if they could give us a discount, the manager said “I guess you can give them 20%”, and was pretty rude considering what an awful experience this was, for our dog mostly. Additionally, it’s annoying that I specifically booked so far out to have Sam do this grooming but she wasn’t able to do it and that wasn’t communicated to us.When we got to the car, he drank two full bowls of water which is very unusual for him and makes it seem like he was dehydrated and not given water after being there for 8 hours.I understand being behind and double booked but they could have given us a call to let us know, and we would have picked him up until they were ready so he didn’t have to spend the day, where I assume he was in a cage all day and dehydrated. Not to be dramatic, but how sad for him and other dogs that have had this experience, they must be so confused and anxious.

I have been bringing my dog to this location for several years and the grooming staff here is outstanding. My dog is never stressed coming or going from appointments and they always make her look so adorable. Highly recommend and be sure to tip well because they deserve it!!

Love this place. I used to shop at petsmart. When I found Petco I was thrilled. They have twice the supplies for dogs and fish. They even have salt water fish.... You can definitely find Nemo here:)

I've been shopping at PetSmart for years, Petco is my new go to for dog supplies. They stock probably twice what PetSmart does. The aquarium department is awesome as well, not only do they have all the supplies you need but they also carry salt water fish. One thing I love is that if you need an exotic fish that they don't stock, they'll order it for you. That's how I got my tire track eel

Terrible service. No one knows anything about their products. Everytime I asked for help the employees acted irritated and wanted to be left alone. Waited for 20 minutes to get a snail for my fish tank and ended up just walking out.

No point in making an appointment for grooming here. Kept my dog for3 hours before starting on her and then said she was too stressed to finish. Well yeah, you KEPT HER FOR 3 HOURS!!!UNACCEPTABLE. Will never come here again...oh, and they cut her leg !

Went there with high expectations, given its size, but left pretty disappointed. While the store itself is massive, their dog section was surprisingly limited. Few options for beds and food made it hard to find anything suitable.It seemed like the store's focus wasn't on dog supplies, as there were more options for other types of animals. To be fair, it could've been an off day, so I'll give it another shot at some point. But for now, not impressed.

There's a employee that is gender fluid or whatever it may be is very rude and entitled. They call them self "Rain" or something. Watch out for this person. Next time there's a issue I am recording and reporting it to their corporate.

We took our poodle in for grooming. I am 7 months pregnant and took our 10 month old puppy because my husband had a prior engagement. Amber could see my struggling but was pretty rude and refused to take the puppy so I could fill out her paper work. Also the price was $30 more than what was on the website. When we received the dog back, someone had shaved a giant spot out of his leg, a place we asked her to leave alone. When I called to complain and finally reached someone Sam, the grooming manager, said he came in like that. I told her he didn’t and that I had a picture from shortly before showing that. She refused to acknowledge our concerns and was unreasonable and defensive. I would encourage going somewhere else. Top picture is before and bottom is after.

I haven't been anywhere but petsmart in years, but when I inherited an old lab who hadn't had any shots for 5 years, I wanted to try the vax clinic here to get it done ASAPThe pros here are truly professionals - we got the full new pup package AND new toys/treats in under 30 min. We need a real vet still, but feel SO much better knowing my new buddy is a bit more protected.Thank you for offering affordable care to pet parents!

I have just recently been to this Petco and had yet another nasty experience with the cashier David. I’m not surprised that as I was considering reviewing this store, the first review that came up is a negative story about David.My story isn’t as offensive, but I can attest to the fact that after numerous visits to this store when David has been working, it’s always a battle. He manages to take simple situations and turn them into crises. My last experience was a simple return of an online dog bed order. When I told him the reason for the return was I got the wrong size, he assailed me for not noticing the size difference when I placed the order. He wanted to spar with me, to which I just said, “ Drop the attitude!” and told him this was not the first time he was unnecessarily combative with me as well as with other customers standing in line ahead of me.He’s a real jerk, and needs to go!!

I had no idea there was a petco so close! I feel like these chain pet stores never have what I need anymore, and their prices are insane compared to online retailers or even some family owned shops, but the store itself is still nice and mostly well stocked. I've noticed they've also started charging a ton for adoptions, so go to the Humane or dumb friends league because they're not marked up there.

I’m an autistic women obsessed with animals so I usually spend most of my time wondering the aisles looking at the animals lol. My experience was pretty great up until getting to the register. My partner and I are from out of town so we aren’t used to the change in prices yet (getting there). Our cats favorite food was a lot more than we are used to so we decided to grab something else. An older man with medium length straight hair was at the register and continued to make rude remarks at us for not buying the food we first picked up. Then after getting the new food instead of offering us some advice (it seems like he may not have liked the food we got) he made another rude statement then walked away from us. This is the closest pet store near our home so unfortunately we’ll continue to shop here but I will report this man if he makes us anymore uncomfortable.

Cannot recommend this location enough!Naomi helped us and thanks to her diligence and expertise she immediately pointed out a lump on my pup's leg that seemed abnormal. Turns out it was cancerous and will be getting removed asap but without her careful eye, could've continued to spread. Despite being a big box chain they operate this store like it's a small, locally owned shop. Kind, genuine people who actually care about their clients. We are forever grateful! His grooming was top notch too!! Thank you Naomi!!!
