I could go without the guilt trip sales pitch at checkout. Not only once for dental chews but again for a donation. Don't tell me how to take care of my dog and if you believe in a charity then you donate to it. It's always about passing it to the consumer.

Great location, but they only sell dog and cat products, so not a true pet store. No basic small animal,fish or reptile section found. Doesn't need to be a whole lot but a few options would make this a one-step shop. :/

I wanted to apologize there was a young woman who I wasn't assuming she stole but I have my suspicions on everyone at all times. Anyways I thought I gave her 2 20s but I gave her 1 10 and a 20. As I'm going back in my head to wear it went I had forgotten in the moment I spent it else where. Either way if I'm in the area will come to get what I need for Ziggy!!!

Although they were closed and we got there a few minutes past due to Google maps not having the correct hours of operation, they still helped out and were extremely helpful! It was raining that day and this beautiful rainbow showed up we just had to take a picture! Very satisfied with our experience and product!

Awesome spot, they have a shower station for your dog for $12. They give you everything to make your pup smell good. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, ear cleaner, perfume for your dog and treats. I’ll fully recommend this spot

Small, clean Petco, but very attentive staff. Joe helped me, but Eric also added some helpful info. They were also attentive to a few customers that came in after me. There is parking in the rear. They also have a doggie self wash area ($20/pet) available.

I encountered an extensive delay of more than an hour while awaiting access to the dog washing facilities. The root cause of this delay was attributed to two individuals, who had already occupied the stations. While I am cognizant that there are no prescribed time limits for utilization, it is deemed unacceptable for my dog to conclude the wash before the aforementioned parties. It is noteworthy that this facility is intended for quick dog washes and not intended to function as a personalized dog grooming spa.Moreover, the staff on duty exhibited a marked lack of professionalism and proficiency concerning the operation of the dog washing station. I am remunerating $20 for the use of the products and was even inquired by the staff regarding the availability of towels.It would be advisable to provide better training to staff and select more capable personnel to preclude this issue from arising in the future

Fantastic Store! Their Dog trainer Skylor is very knowledgeable, and help me train my 8 month old german shepherd. He went from a wild child to a very well behaved Dog. I couldnt have done it without her.

The staff was friendly but the experience wasn’t great, I went to this location for some cat items at about 4:00 on 3/7/2023. I overheard an employee say how there’s not a lot of inventory for cat stuff or items and that there’s more dog stuff but she said this- “no one wants cats” and the other employees laughed about it. The manager did say something along the lines of “don’t ever say that in the store in front of customers again I don’t want customers to fight me about it ” the girl then said something along the lines of “ I’ll fight someone about it” and that was that. It didn’t sit right with me others can have Opinions on what animals they like or dislike but working in a pet store and saying that out loud just sounds awful and really hurts people like me who love cats and all animals for that matter. It was insensitive and uncalled for.

I walked in with my 16 year old dog, and she took a $h!t on the floor... all over... they could not have been any nicer or understanding about it. I am sincerely sorry for that, I walked her before we came in.... Thank you for being so kind to both of us.

Excellent customer service! The staff is actually fairly knowledgable beyond the basics when it comes to pet nutrition and they are eager to stop what they are doing to help with whatever it is you may need! I have been greeted upon walking in the door and offered assistance (sincerely!) every time I visit. I can't say enough about the staff. I will have to get their names to send in to corporate for a little recognition.The loss of a star is for lack of selection. They have a lot of cat foods, but due to their smaller square footage are missing a lot of the brands and products I prefer. For the most part what they have is reasonably priced and decent. They could have more treats and toys for the kitties, but like EVERY pet store in America, it's geared to canines.**Update: while service is still acceptable, they've taken to advertising backyard breeders right at the cash register. This is really not what I expected during my visit, and it certainly isn't what I support. I won't be back until management takes down the signs and notifies me of such a decision.

Don’t order same day delivery if you live a busy life and are looking for a convenient way to have your items delivered. It WONT be delivered same day and the reasoning is “They’re too busy” or “The driver showed too late” okay? And I had to call customer service to find all of this out when I could have easily walked in and got my items if I would have known y’all don’t honor your own policies. Thankfully, it wasn’t a medication. Won’t be using PETCO again. I would have been fine had communication been a thing or an update that my order was delayed not “in progress” for 24 hrs.

Easy to run in for a litter refill. Clean, great staff. Parking can be a little tough around lunchtime with Chick-fil-A next door, but it's manageable.

Great little store! Not much selection because of the size. I used vetco for my dogs vaccination and it was very seamless! My only complaint is there is no small animal section. Go elsewhere if you have little critters at home

Great dog wash area.I took my daughters female Siberia there. She cried the whole time like she was being abused.I know it was annoying for others to listen to but people were polite enough regardless.I won't bathe her again. Her partner is next.Can't wait to see his reaction 🤪
