We are in from out of town with our 2 labs and decided to try the Pet Station to bath the dogs. We don't have anything like this back home and bathing our dogs in the tub at home is such a chore. This place is amazing, from the hose that combines the shampoo with the water, to all supplies furnished for you, to the wonderful staff that made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely pleasant. We adopted Goose summer 2020. One year later, he is still fat (activity restrictions) but his coat looks great and he eats great for less at Pet Station - Fromm's weight control grain -based dry food (and a little boiled chicken for taste and incentivize eating at meal time). My bathroom is so much cleaner because we use the pet wash (also very clean). Goose has hip dysplasia at 7, and eats special fortified treats which I also get at pet station. Love everything about pet station.

Really friendly and helpful service. This was my first time coming to wash my dog here, and the employees showed us where everything was and how to use the grooming stations. They provide all of the soap, conditioners, combs, etc. They even had “incentive” treats to help your pup get into the tub. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend. I will be coming back 😊

This is my favorite place to take my dog to give him baths. It's super low key, friendly staff and they keep the stations stocked. Towels, aprons, all grooming tools.

Today was our first visit - we'll be back for sure! I was looking for a local self service dog wash station, and I'm so glad I found this place! This family run business is so friendly, there are loads of supplies, and nice cleaning stations. We left with a super clean, refreshing pup and lots of treats. Support your local businesses!! (:

Pretty good wash and go. Or if you prefer, make an appointment and they'll wash them for you. Good location and prices. Great food and toys selection too. I'm not going back to my old store. This is it from now on!

Great pet store with reasonable prices and a great customer program where when you spend a certain amount of money you get a discount. They carry a ton of healthy choices and have always been able to hold or special order food for me. The purple haired woman that works there is always super nice, too. She rules.

This place is fantastic! If you want a self wash pet place there's no where better for the value. I have 2 huskies and they love this place, they usually hate getting bathed but here they absolutely love it. The people who work here are equally as amazing, you can tell everybody here loves animals and they are very helpful! Highly recommend this place

Pet Station's staff is cheerful and helpful. Bath stations are cleaned between dogs and fresh clean towels are supplied along with shampoo (3 to choose from) facial wash, and more. I asked for nail clippers which were given to me before I even got the apron on (also supplied by Pet Station) When I was drying my dog I was offered an additional towel. Tubs are deep enough and long enough to hold a large breed dog. Chica and I will be returning often.

Stopped by here for the first time because they had availability for a DIY dog bath— I will be back without a doubt! Incredibly nice people, clearly the shop has a connection to the community, excellent selection of supplies in a very small space, and of course the bath! There are three stations separated by curtains and they provide everything you could possibly need at no extra cost (the price is excellent!!). Is it fancy? Nope. Is it great? Yes!

I love this place. They have everything I need from food to toys to collars. I'm kinda small and they always offer to help. There are multiple flavors in the brand I buy which is nice because I find it hard to find fish flavors at most places. I got a cute Wonder woman collar for my dog there and cbd dog treats to help calm them during storms. All great quality.

Health food for your pet at an affordable price! They have every premium brand of dog/cat food you might seek, including many brands of raw dog food I haven't seen available locally anywhere else. Knowledgeable, helpful staff, great selection, well kept up. They have a very generous frequent buyer's program, too. They also offer great self dog wash facilities. I no longer buy food or treats for my allergy dog anywhere else.

I don't usually make reviews but I had to for this place! They were so amazing. Even with the extra precautions going on, they were still available for a walk-in wash. My pup had gotten really stinky on a camping trip and everywhere else was by appointment only. They showed me where everything was, had everything I needed and they were so friendly! The price is unbeatable, especially for the great service they help provide!

Went there for first time today. Was greeted very nicely by staff. Our doberman was a little scared to get his first wash but the owners were very patient and helpful with everything. Water temp. was just right. Extra towels were available, and also a dryer. We were able to choose from three different was scents. We would definitely go there again not only for the wash but also to look at their variety of pet foods.

Pet wash was great, but I came further and paid more because the website said there were Nail clippers and Furminator brushes, but neither were anywhere to be found. Pretty bummed since that's the only reason I picked this wash. Great little pet shop otherwise.

Food buyers: BEWAREThis store does not do the Frequent Buyers Program, that the brand offers themselves to stores for costumers. You’ll hear about it from other natural food stores, but not this one. Dog and cat food/litter from multiple brands would do: for every number bag of food you buy, you get a bag of food for free. This place does not do that!! Instead they do however much you spend, you get like $5 off your purchase. Well, that doesn’t add up for a bag of food that you could get for free…I’m sure these people are getting your free dog/cat food/litter bag for themselves.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Their dog bathing facilities are always clean and stocked, and staff gives you an explanation on all bathing products available for use. The bath is also super affordable! I wouldn't go anywhere else for this service.
