I would have given 5 stars normally. This place used to be awesome. Since moving here three years ago they’ve done all my oil changes on both cars. I made an appointment last week to get my oil changed after work today. I am leaving the state soon and driving across the country, so this was an important maintenance thing to take care of. I get there and they let me sit for 30 minutes before acknowledging me, then the supervisor that came to the desk rolled his eyes at me when I told him he I had an appointment. He was rude and basically told me I shouldn’t have made an appointment because they can’t keep up with the work from the day or staff enough people. He was telling me it would be over two hours past my appointment if they would even be able to do it and expected me to wait there for them. He was unprofessional and rude. Balding man with facial hair. Will not be back. Went to Jiffy Lube on Iliff and was in and out in 30 minutes. I’m on my way home now 2 hours before PB said they would even get me in. WITH AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED MORE THAN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS OUT. Go somewhere else. You’ll have better customer service and not have your time wasted.

Came in to get my brakes checked + an oil change. Staff was great, Elijah did the work on my car and everything came out great. Had an appointment for 2:30, left with the oil change new pads and rotors for my front brakes and a brake fluid flush about 2 hours later.

Although I did not get service there, they were very helpful and recommended that I work back with the dealership where I got my tires. I had a nail in my tire and they did not want to sell me a tire if I had a warranty on the one that was flat. They cared more about my experience than the dollar. I will go back for future services.

Aneco was very kind and understanding. He was helpful enough to Uber my husband home and back to pep boys to pick up my vehicle. The downside was that I scheduled my appointment in advance only to find out the person who does the wheel alignment does not come into work until a certain time and then they had my vehicle for 3 hours only to call me and let me know they were unable to remove my tires to put on new ones due to their machine. I was pretty frustrated but I was able to take my vehicle to a different location to have it serviced. I'm giving 5 stars though because the manager was pretty chill.

Normally I would give this place a five star up until now it was a great place but there is serious low key mess going on with the new hires. I took car in, a tire change, inspection and maintenance — back track -my appointment before they only changed 3 of the four tires which is strange because the one that kept running low wasn’t replaced, come to find out when I brought it in the second time now they tell me 2 nails were in it. That’s fine it was replaced. The tech left no new no oil change sticker, and“ oil change soon” light was left on. Ok no big dealHowever, as I’m driving the low pressure light comes on as I’m driving on the highway with passengers and their daughter in the back! I’m calling and calling — the front desk girl who looks quite old gets underhanded smart with me. She is a mess period! Apparently very little air was in the newly replaced tire according to BreaksPlus it was at 24 psi and it should have been at 35Now, it’s not even been a week now the back breaks are grinding — so much for the inspection!! I called again this same chick says I can’t have an appointment for 3 days out!! She tries to be disrespectful in a polite wayI will keep you posted! If I had the Owner or CEO email I will let them know

Ok let me start off by saying this has been the best pep boys I have gone to in my 37 years of life. I came in at 530pm on a saturday with a punctured non fixable tire and no other stores open. They worked with me to find me replacement tires even though they closed in 30 minutes. They couldn't fix it thay day, but they were able to order the tires and get me in as soon as possible. With a teusday ETA (due to Presidents day on monday), they actually found 2 tires for me and got them mounted on Monday. Music to my ears. Nick was super helpful and communicated with mw the entire time. I will def be coming back to this pep boys for all future needs. That's a wrap.

Not great customer service. I made my appt for 4 new tires a week in advance and when I arrived my tires we not ready I was not notified before arrival. Overall I don’t know if I would come back.

This Pep Boys off Parker Road and Valentia St has been wonderful to me. I am older now and not able to work on my own truck. I have a larger Ram 3500 dually. Most service department in the area are not able to lift my truck up due to its size. The manager here has always helped me out when I need it. Including tires and alignments. I have recommended others here and they have been happy with the service at this location. Back in the 80's I worked for Pep Boys in another state as Manager. So, I am very picking about the service I get in any retail store. Keep up the good customer service!

I asked, specifically, for my AC lines to be flushed, and then refilled with R-134a. The service person said that would be extra and I said fine. $400 later they said the AC still blows warm because I need the lines flushed. That is what I asked for and was told that was why they added over $300 to the order. The guy then tells me, "No that charge was for evacuating the old R134a". There WAS NO old R134a in there as I replaced the AC with new parts. They said flushing the lines would be even more money.Why would I pay $400 to have my AC blow warm when I SPECIFICALLY asked for the lines to be flushed (this gets moisture out of the system). So basically that money was completely thrown down the drain and it wasn't because I asked for the wrong thing. This place is absolute TRASH and just stole my money.

I came to Pep Boys without knowing I should have made an appointment but I was lucky enough to have my tire checked out by Justin. They found a huge nail it it and was able to fix it in no time! I took my car to the shop with a blown tire, drove hardly. The lady at the shop told me that they have a policy if you got 1 blown tire 4 tires should be replaced. And the price is gonna be $800 upto $1000. And she said they can not change a tire the same day and I need to schedule an appointment for next day or some other days. And she recommend me not to go to other places because they will tell me same price.
