Paws n play is the best! I love how they care about what is in the products they sell. The staff is always knowledgeable about the products too. They have the cutest toys for dogs, always festive. We especially love their self service dog wash stations. The shampoo and conditioner comes out of the water pipes which makes it so easy to lather your big dog.

BEST of the BEST selection for toys, enrichment, treats, grooming supplies, you name it! This place is my dream pet store for real. All the variety of products from Kong, West Paw, etc. will make your jaw drop. 🤩 The store is always clean and well organized. Also, the staff is always helpful and kind.

31 minutes left until they close, the place is completely empty with 2 employees. After we described we are anxious to find a place close to home and need a dog wash they said no, that they want to be home at a decent time. We are long time dog owners and know it to takes about 20 min. They mentioned they need to disinfect after and clean and we offered to help. We want them to be home at a decent time which they would have but their lack of customer service, pious disposition to work through their shift is terrible service. Just go to Dog Wash at Autowash Northfield super close and you don’t get a No with 31 minutes left.

A great North End neighborhood pet store. Their price is competitive with Chewy and PetSmart. Owner and staff are professional and friendly. We enjoy their community events, and the self washing dog station is convenient and easy to use.

A great place to go for your pet that is not named Petco or Petsmart. Lots of unique and specialized items there along with dog washes that allow appointments in advance.

They do a great job of hosting events that encourage the community to attend. The owner / staff at the store are very thoughtful and friendly. I really appreciate their amazing support of Big Bones Canine Rescue, which is the rescue that my son and I foster for.

I love coming here! Staff is so friendly and they keep the shelves stocked with the best products! Self service dog wash is great!For the dude who left a one star review about a door hanger, get over yourself. You need to leave the company who distributed the flyers a one star review and not paws n play. That’s just unfair. Great way to support a small business

After boarding my Aussie always get super dirty, have to wash and dry him every time. Paws n Play served wash service is the perfect place for this. Got the job done quick and painless for myself and my dog. They’re also very affordable and the service is great! On the way out i got my dog a knuckle bone to buy his love. Everything was done in 30mins. :)

This is one of the nicest pet stores i have been to! They have a self service dog wash with the right temperatures and even blowing table. Their dog wash has a frequent buyers program along with the food they carry. Staff is also very kind and very helpful. I will return for more food and more dog washes! The owner and his dog arw always in the syire to greet you!For the gentleman who left the one star review about the door hangers, you need to give the company who distributed the flyers a bad review and not paws n play Get over yourself.

Customer service is terrible, I've been hung up on constantly. People will not answer the phone. And I've been lied to constantly. The way these employers carry themselves is terrible and do not belong in any customer service position. I've repeatedly tried to call the store for three days just to get hung up on and ignored.

I absolutely love their dog wash! Super easy to use. The shampoos smell great. It os always clean when we use it unlike other dog washes in the area. Staff is always so kind and my pup always gets a cookie when we're in there!

Took my large, super hairy dog, there for a wash. It was super easy. Then did some shopping. Would recommend to 10/10 people that want hassle free DIY dog wash station. I would recommend to bring your own towel if you have a 70lb dog like mine.

This is a great neighborhood business to support! We came for the first time today and were very pleased. The woman who was working there kindly listened as my young son told her how sad he was that our dog recently died, and how he was shopping for his new rescue dog. She then let him pick out free treats for her and he couldn’t have been more excited. Great selection of toys, bones, food and treats. We will definitely be back!! They won over my son, so won over our family :)

Friendly staff and always love my greeting from Cierra! They have an amazing selection of toys food amd supplements. Their dog wash is awesome! I have a bigger dog and it always seems like i run out of time to bathe him. I get the time i need and never feel rushed. They provide towels to use which is great! Its always so clean when i use it.
