Update: Finally was able to speak with someone from Pampered Paws, they were able to give me a partial refund since they were unable to bathe her. They do have really nice staff members, so I appreciate that.The shock I had when I got home and saw how was cat was .. groomed..? She was really matted when I took her in and has underlying skin issues but the "lion" cut she got was just so uneven.. I've taken her to other groomers in the past and they did a good job just shaving her down completely, was always told she did well while getting groomed and bathed.. but once I got home , I was soooo sad with how she looked. It was uneven and was told they couldn't bathe her because she was not cooperating and they also did not do a waterless bath because might irritate her skin.. I understand that completely. But I was charged $120 for an uneven cut???? Very disappointed. I recently moved to the Denver area So Was looking for a new groomer in the area closer to me, but this was just very disappointing and not worth the money I'm very disappointed that I was even charged the full amount when she didn't even get a bath. I am giving two stars instead of one because the staff was nice enough, but honestly I don't know why I was charged the full price.. don't mind the red marks around her neck that was just from a little collar she didn't like and would scratch at, but the last photo is from the last groomers I took her to, very Even very clean, not a lion cut, but definitely better than whatever happened at pampered paws lol. I do also have a toy poodle that I was hoping to bring here and I would like to continue being a customer, but I am just not very sure if I should. It looks like the dogs groomed have good reviews. Maybe it was just a one time thing with my cat?

Pampered Paws has been my groomer of choice for the last 2.5 years! Their customer service, care for my dog & grooming skills have kept us coming back & never in search of another groomer. While my dog, like many, does not enjoy bath time - he leaves clean, trimmed & happy!I’d like to also note that unlike past experiences at other groomers out of state, I’ve never found that my dog with nicked with trimmers or injured in any way. There’s a difference between a dog not wanting bath time & not wanting to return to a groomer where they were hurt - happy to share Pampered Paws has always been reliable on all fronts for us!! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service and grooming for our Mini Schnauzer. She smells like cookies, its great!! We have been to several groomers and this is by far the best! Susan, Kinzie, and staff made us feel welcomed and went over and beyond! Olive loves her new toy she's been playing with it since she got home!!I would definitely recommend Pampered Paws to anybody. This place is top knotch and you can tell they truly love animals and take pride in their work.

We would never bring our dog anywhere else! Once we found Pampered Paws - the staff, the care they give our dog, the fun treats they add in during holidays - we love it so much! Worth the price.

My time trying out different groomers here has been a bit of a rollercoaster, but everything took a turn for the better when Chelsea started taking care of my pup. Chelsea is not just on the ball when it comes to timing and respect, she's also incredibly consistent with the groom. And get this—my pup actually gets excited to see her! That's a first. I've never seen my dog look as good as after a Chelsea grooming session. If you've got a doodle, you've gotta check her out. She's the best!

We brought our beloved puppy to Pampered Paws for her first groom and they far exceeded our expectations! She has truly never looked better and she was so happy after her groom with Carter. Great pet groomer in Denver. They have a team of highly skilled individuals that take care of any needs you could possibly need in your pet. As the saying goes with how difficult it is to find the right person to trim your own hair, we were finding the same issues with our own pup. She was finicky and squirmy when we would try to trim her. We have been taking her here now for two years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! The staff is friendly, quick, and very attentive to the requests that are made.

Have been going here for 3 years and the staff have always been great to me and my dogs. Always ask questions to better understand what’s needed and wanted for the grooming session, and are conscious of whether your dog has any allergies. Will continue to get my dogs groomed here.

Amber does such a good job with Lexie every time we come. This is her third cut with Amber and each time she listens to our feedback and adjusts, I seriously can’t get over how great this style looks!! The customer service at Pampered Paws is amazing too, they’re so nice. I’m addition to the groom package they offer a blueberry facial that really helps with the eye crusties, and she smells so good afterwards. If you’re in the market for a true spa day for your fur baby, I highly recommend Pampered Paws! Ask for Amber :)

It’s really hard to find an amazing groomer and I love this place. They always do an amazing job with my dog and she is so happy when she comes and goes. The prices are reasonable and we are always able to get an appt in a fair amount of time.

I love pampered paws! After looking at places around Capitol Hill, I found they have the best reviews and for good reason! They always do such a good job on my doodle and she is so happy and well taken care of here. The staff is sweet and you can tell they love doing a great job!

We always have a great experience at Pampered Paws! My dog is very nervous with strangers, but they do a beautiful job helping her feel more calm. The groom always comes out exactly as requested! The best part is, they always start and finish on time- groom takes exactly 2 hours, so there’s no time in which my dog is waiting in a crate.

Every time I bring in my goldendoodle Louie, the staff is very welcoming. The groomer always comes out to ask about him and what type of cut we want. Louie is a big baby and sensative to the blow dryer and people touching his paws but the groomers (no matter who is working) is always very patient with him and he leaves happy and calm. After so many groomers we definitely found our forever spot!

Started out well, pretty downhill after a handful of grooms. Do Not Recommend.I’ve had a heck of time finding a kind, consistent, reliable, quality, reasonably priced, conveniently located dog groomer in Denver metro.PetSmart injured one of my dogs (never going back), Dog House (prior groomer Hannah, left after a few services and got a call after my dogs were scheduled to update on what happened), Pampered Paws (terrible customer service, high groomer/staff turnover, a lot of weird issues with scheduling, aggressive ‘charge your card’ policies when they don’t always pick up the phone or respond to messages/emails, inaccurate pick up times then try to charge you extra, couldn’t do nails, ECT)… I even offered to get my pups nails done at the vet and keep trying out the groomers, but they refused to offer any kind of discount and said it was a package deal. Unfortunately, I can’t accept split and overgrown nails as a good enough deal.I came across this another initial/seemingly awesome experience via Google after giving up on this place. Furry Family LLC off Colfax. Our first experience from scheduling to finished outcome was really inspiring. Dogs were happy and looked awesome! They are working out of the Dog House location, hopefully a much better experience than last time (location is ideal and super easy drop off/pick up).God luck out there! :)

Although we didn’t receive any actual services today, we did though. My 6 year old beautiful pampered Belgian Malinois, Max isn’t that fond of nail trimming… so I included a spa 🧖‍♂️ day. HahahaEmily and two other individuals were super welcoming, friendly not fast by no means. But in short my Max wasn’t having it.Was super appreciative of being encouraged and invited to come back as much as we’d like in the future to help Max relax and get comfortable. Ooh and without charging us. Thank you for your kindness, recommendations, education, friendliness.We’ll be back 💯!

They did a fantastic job with our pup who had gone waaay too long without a cut. Everyone was really kind, and we were SO happy with the results. Happy we found the place and looking forward to going back.
