One of the few times I wish I could give six stars.My dog has IBS and he can’t eat chicken or beef without terrible results. I ran out of food and needed a quick resupply. I found Luke’s shop and he helped me immediately find a good quality brand that I could use. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have an amazing selection of both dry and wet food, dog treats of every caliber, dog toys, and dog accessories. Great shop! I cannot recommend it enough!

It's such a cute pet store with a wide variety of food and supplies! All of the employees were very kind and attentive, answering questions my partner and I had. Originally, I came in to see if there were supplies for small rodents (rats in particular), but the store is primarily made for cats and dogs. Though, I did come out to buy a few cat toys and treats that are safe for rats! They absolutely loved it when I hand fed them from puree tubes! Definitely will visit again in the future.

Great place for a self- service dog wash. They have private rooms for your pup to have a peaceful bath without distractions, and they provide everything you need.

Ever since the first time I visited this wonderful pet store I have loved it. The employees are great ( not the we have great service kind of great) the kind of great that makes you feel like you already know them and they know you. I usually come in and see the same person at the desk and forgot her name but she is awesome and always remembers Leo's name and offers him a goodbye treat.

It is a cute store and a Colorado-owned company. As first-time pet owners, we felt right at home. The staff is so nice, prices are about the same or even less than what you pay at any other store. You can even wash your pet yourself!!!

I went in on Tuesday afternoon to buy presents for my friends' new puppy. The saleswoman recommended a ton of toys and treats based on the puppy's breed. And let me tell you, it was a hit. The puppy was absolutely enraptured by the chew toy and totally devoured the treats. My friends say it's the first time he's actually played with something! Thank you kind saleswoman (sorry I didn't catch your name) for helping me become this puppy's favorite aunt.

My favorite pet store in Denver! The have such a great selection of high quality pet food and treats, and the employees are always friendly and happy to help. They are also so awesome about letting you return things that dint work out for you. My pup loves joining me in, and especially loves when he gets to try a new treat! Got his birthday bone here and he loved it.

I want to share my recent purchase and discontent with Luke & Company. I recently purchased a 12 pack of Simple Solution, Disposable Diapers for my female dog in heat. The cost as $ 29.00. I felt it was unusually high cost. I however needed them and purchased. I just checked the same item in Amazon and the cost for a 30 pack was $ 12.49. I would recommend anyone looking for pet supplies go on Amazon. Luke & Company just another example of a company ripping people off. Shame on you.

We used to live a block away from Luke’s, and now despite living 30 min away we find ourselves coming here still because we trust them. We are sad that one of their groomers moved states, but are so thankful to have had a gentle and compassionate groomer for our fearful rescue. Jade was very skilled! We still plan on bringing her here for grooming. Luke’s also has a great variety of food, treats, toys, and apparel, and staff is knowledgeable in helping us make decisions.

ive used the self wash twice now and here are the high points: it’s very clean, and the dryers have enough power to dry big hairy dogs. if you have a large fluffy dog that is time consuming to wash and dry, this place might not be for you. the first time we came it was wonderful! the second time we visited, i paid for my wash when i came in. the employee asked what i might need (towels, brushes, shampoo, etc) and noted that my dog is so fluffy that they gave us two towels. after we had finished up about two hours later, they chased me down in the parking lot and told me the self wash is usually limited to 20 minutes and I would need to inform them if i planned on taking longer. i have a rough collie in full coat, and when i was asked if i wanted an extra towel, i mistakenly assumed that it was evident that it takes a good amount of time to wash, brush, and dry all the hair my dog has. i also checked their hours before we came in and we left about an hour and a half before closing time.

The kindest, most knowledgeable staff at any pet store in Denver. If you have pets with allergies, itchy skin, digestive issues––this staff is do damn helpful. We walked through the entire store looking for a dog food with no poultry products OR alfalfa, and found a great one! Honestly, even more helpful than my good vet. Their return policy on food is amazing (as long as you have more than half the bag left, they'll refund you and help you pick a replacement!), especially when you're trying to isolate and remove animal or plant products your pet may be allergic to.

I love Luke & Co but most importantly my dog Lucy loves Luke & Co. The staff is always so friendly and very knowledgeable.I really like the selection of toys and food and I feel like anything I get from here is always her great quality. Lucy always gets a treat when she is there. We walk past the store often so Lucy is used to getting treats on our walk. However, they are currently moving to a new place nearby and we walked past the old location and Lucy was confused as to why we didn’t go in. When we passed the new store, Lucy stopped and was sniffing because she realized that they moved. Two staff members came outside and said hi to Lucy and gave her treats even though we couldn’t go into the new store until tomorrow. It was so nice of them to come outside and say hi to Lucy and give her treats. Always so welcoming and it is very much appreciated!!!

I took my first little monster man in for a shower. The staff was kind, everything you needed supplied and I was able to dry Oreo and fluff him right up! He smelled fresh and I didn’t have the hair mess to deal with! They even gave my old guy treats.Update can’t express how much I love this store! Amanda is a life saver so much knowledge and kindness in a bundle! They’ve taken such good care of my new beautiful boy ‘Trane.

I wish I could give Luke&Co 10 stars. Where do I begin?? First, their store is always clean and they have an incredible supply of food, toys, treats, literally anything you need— Second, their staff - man, do they go above and beyond. First off, they deliver, which is amazing. The owner, Luke, usually does the deliveries and he is the nicest and friendliest guy ever.Today I found myself in a pickle - I’m having car trouble and didn’t realize it until late in the day, and am out of my pup’s dog food. I called to see if there was any possibility they would/could still deliver. The associate I spoke with (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name), said although they had already gone out for deliveries for the day, that she would personally drop the food by my house since it’s on her way.Man…..talk about going above and beyond. Luke and his staff will never disappoint you; and if on the off chance they do, they will do everything in their power to make it right.Also, when one of my pups was super sick with pneumonia a year ago, he refused to eat and I knew I had to find something he couldn’t resist. Luke took about 20-30 minutes one day to discuss all his recommendations and it was a success! Got the little sucker to eat!So….extremely long story short…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Luke & Co!!! And these two boys (Murray and Turbo) definitely agree!

I love this place and staff! I feel like family whenever I come in with my pup! I started coming in a year and a half ago when I adopted my puppy Ollie who had terrible stomach issues for the first year I had him. The staff and Luke worked with me the entire time giving me samples of different foods to try until we finally got him on some thing that seem to settle his diarrhea. I appreciate them so much and recommend them to everyone I know!

Our dog loves bully sticks, and Luke &CO has a bunch of sizes! Pricing is a smidge high, but not unexpected in Denver. Quality products though, and that's worth paying for. Staff is always super helpful and really nice. Here's our dog enjoying his bully!

Emily was so helpful! We are looking to transition our kitty to some new food and eventually start feeding her a raw diet and Emily answered so many of our questions and sent us home with samples. The store was clean and well organized with so much variety to choose from! We’ll definitely be using Luke & Company as our new pet store.

From experiences with Luke's and it's staff in 7 months of relationship as a customer, I can really feel this neighborhood store deserves its reputation, volume, respect as it's own brand. I've been coming here for many months for it's single source protein Nulo's Salmon & Peas, which is hard to find in bigger and generic stores such as Petco, Petsmart. To get it out of the way, many online shop - ship to your door like Chewie would hold this brand of food. Yet the costumer service, the first experience with Luke coming from $120/25lb bag of hydrolyzed protein Vet's prescription goods to the discovery of Nulo and journey to the presence has been phenomenal. The care, contemplating, 7-8 questions of Luke asked me in doggo's section before his judgement of recommendation of the Nulo. My husky Remy, she since has been showing signs of gaining healthy weights, coats richer and finer, and healthy behaviors with great improvement over the months. Amanda is such a wonderful manager at the store when Luke is not presence at the site. Today, before I opened the door, seeing her, Amanda, grabbing that usual bag of Nulo to the counter before I walked in was an eccentric experience and quite frankly felt such a personal level on amount of care; given I've called 2 weeks prior asking to keep a Nulo's bag pulled aside. Side notes, their specialized training equipment is hard to obtain from other stores such as 3ft rezctivity leash. If any company deserves my business and health decisions for my Husky- Remy it is Luke's Company and it's staff.

This is hands down our favorite pet food store in Denver! Their customer service is exceptional, and the products are top notch. They stock very high quality brands, and many of them are certified humane which is something I look for. We stop by every day on our walk for bulk treats, and we even got a birthday cake this year. :) (photo included!) We feel so lucky to have them in our neighborhood.

I have been coming to Luke & Company for about a year and a half. I initially came in to check it out and get some snacks for our two pups as I work in the area. I'm now a regular and refer a lot of my friends to Luke and Company. While the products are great and I enjoy going there with our pups, it's the customer service I have received that I appreciate the most. The care of our dogs by groomer, Val for nail trims is worry free. That may seem like a small thing finding someone that can do nail trims but for 6+ years, we have never had anyone clip our dog's nails without it being a huge ordeal, especially for one of our dogs who has very high anxiety. Val is kind to me, and to our dogs and takes her time with our one dog who is quite anxious. I feel like our dogs are in good hands with her, and I appreciate that.Speaking of our dog with anxiety, during different visits and getting to know about the products Luke & Company offers and talking to one of their employees, Amanda about our male dog's severe anxiety, she suggested that I try a sample size of Suzies CBD oil. She explained the benefits of CBD (I admittedly knew nothing about it and had no clue they even made it for pets) and I felt I had nothing really to lose so took a chance and purchased the small sample bottle of the oil (Amanda had told me I could return it if we weren't pleased with the results). One of the things that our dog had been experiencing in addition to the anxiety was seizures. This was terrifying for our dog and us to watch him go through that. His body would lock up and his eyes would dilate. We felt helpless! Our vet did a battery of tests and could never find a cause for why this was happening. When Amanda suggested the Suzies for anxiety relief for our dog what she didn't know was that a daily dose of Suzies made his seizures stop! I'm forever grateful for her recommendation (and never let us run out of the oil or the bites). Our dog is a happier pup because of not dealing with these seizures and it's helped his overall health and well-being. I have referred friends that have dogs with anxiety to Luke and Company for the Suzies (and other goodies they offer). I have two friends currently whose dogs are suffering from cancer who have also put them on Suzies for pain management/anxiety relief and have said they notice a difference. Amanda may not know it but her recommendation truly has changed our dog's life and frankly ours from not having to worry about him!

We have been taking our aussiedoodle puppy here for grooming and love it! Jade is very patient with our puppy and does a great job every time! Highly recommend Luke & Co for grooming, especially for longer haired dogs. You will not regret it!
