Did our monthly shopping for our family here yesterday and what an awful experience. DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO THE KING SOOPERS IN BROOMFIELD. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!Not only are they not stocked properly and are out of stuff but there's open meats just sitting sound and 2 dozen of broken eggs just sitting in cartons 𤢠not clean.The workers here are rude, not helpful and flat out disrespectful. They changed the self checkouts to 15 items only yet won't open enough registers to even check people out who have over that.If that's the new policy and weight limit fine. But don't be rude about it and treat people kindly especially when they obviously aren't going to understand what's going on š Learn better customer service skills instead of belittling people.Put up signs or explain things clearly and with some respect. That's your job!A group of these nitwits literally stood around while they watched us finish our 15 items each like it was an inconvenience to them instead of checking other people in line out with over the limit or at least making themselves useful. Maybe go take care of those open meats and broken eggs that are just sitting there rotting š®āšØ. CLEAN SOMETHING. Paid to just stand around. Must be nice.So after this clown fest we went to the King's in Broomfield and wow what a difference!!!Not only did they have bags, were fully stocked and had respectful employees but they simply waved the 15 items limit nonsense and let us get our bulk of groceries with no issues through self check out.No fuss about it!!! No wait in line with our big purchase. They walked over and scanned their ID letting us finish checking out instead of wasting more energy arguing about the weight limit than actually doing their job and being helpful.Thank God for decent people. You won't find that at the other location. You'll get talked down to like it's your fault they changed the policies and should just knowš.I like making sure my stuff is done correctly and my family isn't treated like crap so I will be going to the other location for now on. Do better guys cause most of you shouldn't have a job in customer service AT ALL. Gain some integrity.

Stopped here to stock up on some breakfast food snacks and beverages. We were staying at a rental house. Found everything we needed and then some. The store was clean and organized. We were amazed at how the bags of snacks were puffed up. The staff helped us with a small problem at checkout.

Bought a Caesar Salad on April 18th evening and ate it right away. About 6 hours later I got one of the worse food poisoning episodes of my life with vomiting and diarrhea lasting 2 days.

At the pharmacy picking up meds,in the drive through & a blond female sent my card back with my medication. She stapled my card inside the bag. Taking out my card to put it away, she stapled the magnetic strip really it ruins the card since it was through the strip. I pushed the call button asked why she did that it ruins the card. "Her response was," Oh my bad, I'm sorry". REALLY Are you freaking SERIOUS. Went in the store and talked with the front end Mgr who took my info. Said he would have the Pharmacy manager call me. So freaking pissed š¤ I was too pissed to go back to the pharmacy.

Bought a flower from the florist stand. The florist gal was super nice. As I left an older female employee accused me loudly and rudely of stealing it. "ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THAT? YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THAT, MAN. SECURITY!"Armed security ran over, hand above his firearm. They have these new gates that only open one way. I couldn't jump the gate because I'd look guilty, or get shot.The woman employee accuser hobbled over to the florist to see if I actually bought it, being loud and waving her arms.Armed security vigorously studied my receipt, making sure I wasn't ripping the joint off for $1.99, plus local sales tax.I don't need to get shot for spending 2 dollars. I'll go to a normal store for normal people from now on.

If you call this store expect the most horrid, obnoxious music, with a static sound, like it's from blown out speakers, to be played while you wait on hold. Often for seriously extended periods of time. If the hold times out you'll hear a click as they put you back on hold. They avoid customer service by torturing anyone trying to get service by phone with the most hideous sound possible. I believe it's on purpose to get people to hang up so they don't have to help them over the phone.

I have had neg comments on this store in the past,but i see a smaller store with limited capacity doing a pretty good job having to deal with so much drama from customers who as people tend to be now,in a big hurry and angry at times.The staff are good people+are there earning a living doing a job,servicing the area the best this store allows them to.I do understand the heightened security which is becoming the "norm"now.

Iāve been shopping here regularly for 3 months. I usually come with my family but in recent times I have come myself I had been accused of theft 2 times. The first time I was bringing in a defective item and met with a manager who by the way was awesome. But as I was in the store asking for the manager I had a associate harassing me very loudly that I didnāt pay for an item. Thankfully I called the store ahead of time. The manager cleared everything up. The 2nd time i purchased my groceries and went outside and opened my truck to start loading it. A security guy with long blond hair aggressively grabbed my shopping cart and pulled it away from me causing a large scratch on my truck and started running across the parking lot. After chasing the security guy yelling at him to stop he called me some names referring me to a thief and I asked them to check the receipt. The security guy and employees stated they didnāt see me. My response to that is not only is it not my job to make sure ever employee sees me but they needed to ask for a receipt instead of violently snatching my cart and damaging my property.I met with the manger the following day where the incident was reported and damage photographed. I have yet to receive a call from the security company for damages and I saw that they put the maniac back in his security position after 2 weeks. Now I have anxiety every time I walk into the store and see that man and I will never bring my family into this store again because I feel i have to protect them from this store.

Old bag from self check out associate was following us & we felt harassed ( yes im very upset!). Very disappointed but the cashier that we ended up going to Arianna R was very fast & kind, she made the experience a lot better.

This King Soopers is very, very dirty. Things are on the floor there's no shopping carts for customers to use. You need to hire a manager that puts in some effort.

I have been coming here for 10 years and long ago got used to the fact that they never have any checkers and have do self check out myself for my weekly groceries. But now I am told store policy is large orders can only go through the regular check lane. There is never more than 1 regular lane open and we have many elderly and disabled people who genuinely need this service. There are always long lines and veeery slow checkers. I have been told that my large order is making the other customers have to wait. How about not having enough staff available for checkout is causing the other customers to have to wait? That sounds like a staffing/management/ organizational problem, not my problem as a consumer since I am essentially giving you my free labor to scan and bag my groceries. There are some wonderful employees and some truly awful employees at this location, but I will be taking my business elsewhere, I am truly offended my your awful new policies.

The staff here are unprofessional Snyder's of Hanover pretzel bags on sale for a $1.99 the display was actually 15 ft away from the Express checkout and I mentioned it to the clerk that the price is 1.99 she said that she would do one for $1.99 and the other bags I would have to pay full price she also went on to tell me that she cannot send anybody over there to verify the ad it's 15 to 18 ft away.. then she calls a manager over, you think i could get either one of them to go look at the ad...

This store feels like a prison now - one-way gates at the entrance and exit and rent-a-cops hovering around the self-checkout area. Hostile and unwelcoming as a customer. Retail corporations like Kroger have been lying about the extent of shoplifting and doubling down on security theater because they refuse to admit to their shareholders that self-checkout and other strategies to eliminate labor costs have been expensive failures.

The meat department employees are the rudest I have ever encountered. Don't bother asking the young lady or tall man questions as they will not respond and look at you with hate.

Bring your own cart. The carts at this store have been on life support for years. Three years ago I wrote the store manager an email begging them to get new carts because something is wrong with every single one. Squeeky, loud, hard to push.. they just really make the experience even worse and lawd help me if I have to run in with a kid or two. Nevermind that the buckles on the kid seats have not been functional for years. Have you ever tried to buy groceries with a wiggly toddler and a cart that stutters instead of rolling? Anyway, they fixed the cart problem by letting them all go - now there are just never any carts available. I guess you can bring your own? Doesnāt matter what time of day the bay is empty. I am so hopeful that they are just running them down to zero so they can finally make an argument to buy a new fleet of carts. I just need a working vessel to put my $350 worth of groceries I self-checked out in. Damn shopping shouldnāt be that hard!

It's amazing what a good manager and good employees does for a store. This used to be one of the absolute worst King Soopers. Then..I do believe they got a GOOD manager and it was one of the best for quite a while. It took a while to get there.. you started seeing less of the bad (rude) employees. BUT NOW ... and very quickly this place has gone WAY downhill very fast. It is now worse than it was when it was bad before. The new employees are extremely rude, unhelpful and very badly trained. What happened so fast? I notice the few good employees are now gone. It's young kids that haven't been trained and are just flat out rude.

I stood at the self checkout waiting for a coupon to be taken for over 5 minutes. The intercom announcement took two times for someone to assist me at self check out. Why even have these lanes if you cannot service them? Plus the cashier was rude to me telling me why I was annoyed about my experience at the store and that she knew I was going to have a good day in a sarcastic tone, all because one of my coupons didn't work and I said it was too bad that it didn't accept it. I am now upset about the continued poor customer service and the lack of courtesy that I experience at this store whenever I have an interaction with one of your cashiers and will never shop at this store again. I know the job is hard... but if you can't handle being polite to a customer that is having a basic problem that requires you to fix it, you really should get a new job.

Don't order a cake from the bakery at this location. I put in an order last week for a 50th birthday party. They just didn't make it! They first tried saying I didn't put an order in, then suddenly found it and said they did not have any cake decorators in. Told me they couldn't make it until the next day, when the party was. I put the order to be picked up the night before because this was for a work party. I spoke with the evening manager, who put me on hold and never came back. Tried calling back multiple times and no one would answer. I had to go searching for a cake at 8:30 at night. I'm so upset with the service I recieved at this location. Why do you have an option to order cakes in advance if you aren't going to fulfill the order for the time requested?

Terrible shopping experience, unsafe exits, with the addition of their new gate it blocks off entering and exiting the store with ease. All of the carts have dirty broken wheels making them such a pain to push around the store, which they removed all of the shopping baskets so your only options are deal with it or hold your own stuff. Also everything is insanely overpriced for the type of store.

I am beyond sick of being blatantly accused of stealing every time I go through self-checkout by the same employee. THIS IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES PLACE TO SAY ANYTHING TO THE CUSTOMER. This employee needs to involve either management or store security. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO BETTER!!!!

Constant expired stuff. Over a year or two old. (How that doesnāt get you shut down for health reasons Iām lost on) Understaffed and seems to only staff teenagers. Seriously I see 1 adult fir every 5 teenagers. When they bag your stuff they put one item in or bag multiple things in a way that could contaminate or smash delicate stuff. Always have out of stock things that are stocked at every other grocery store. Only have been forced to go here so much over the years because it was closest to my home with no vehicle, now that I have one, Iām excited to shop elsewhere. I have honestly never seen such a nightmare of a grocery store in all my life.Oh and rude af customer service counter person. They also close ridiculously early and snap at you if you approach and arenāt psychic to know they are closed for the evening.The fact they also donāt have a cashier available unless you BEG them at night is ridiculous. Then get an attitude as you ask them to do their job. Itās pretty funny too when they say āoh sorry we donāt have anyone availableā and you see 2-3 teenage workers standing there looking bored, playing on their phones/ goofing off (Iām sorry what are you getting paid for?)*UPDATE AS OF 11/23-This place needs to be shut down! Months and months the bathrooms constantly have clogged toilets with feces and urine everywhere, no toilet paper in any of the stalls (one time an opened bag of baby wipes was all that was in one stall. Employee put it in there? Customer grabbed it off the shelf? Who knows!) itās absolutely disgusting!!That aside- there are never any cashiers. There are multiple people standing around but never cashiers! Prices are going up insanely and Iām struggling to feed myself with these prices and now since they donāt have cashiers and you have to self checkout a full cart yourselfā¦. Why arenāt prices going down? You have less employees to pay so what gives? Nor are there carts. You always have to go hunt one down outside. This place needs to be shut down.

So let me start off by saying most of the employees at this location are mostly nice. Except for that One Woman named Blanca usually at the self-checkout lane, she is honestly the rudest person I have encountered she obviously so miserable she has to make others miserable around her. I've had a few run-ins with her, but today was just not the day I needed this as my family and I were picking up flowers for my niece who passed, and she just had the worst attitude so completely rude.

Veronica at the customer service counter was an absolute doll!! I was $0.28 short of my purchase and she ended up helping me pay it!! It is extremely rare now n days for anyone to help a fellow human being. Completely refreshing to see such a young generation still having a caring heart. Besides the wonderful employee, Veronica, the store was very clean. The bathrooms were a little weird, solely because they had black lights as the main source of light.. the store is bigger than most locations. They have pickup parking spots as well as handicappedparking spots and an entrance. They were fully stocked and had a great selection in discontinued items. Definitely would visit this store again in the future. Again shout out to Veronica at the customer service counter. Definitely, made my whole trip the best it could be. Thank you!! They also have a Redbox outside

Of all the King Soopers in the area this is consistently the worst.To be fair, they have the same selection as other grocery stores and everything, generally standard in that regard.Their staff? noticeably ruder than other locations.Try to call? Infinite hold, no matter what you're calling for.Pharmacy? Constantly sends "Order Complete" notifications when only one prescription is actually full.Sale Signs? Lies, then you get made fun of at checkout when you ask about it.I really don't know why this one is so much worse than others in the area. It's super frustrating because it's the closest, but in general I'll take the longer drive.

They have a great pickup service. Unlike other king Soopers locations, they've never omitted items I ordered. They bring out the order in bins and then fill up reusable bags brought by the customer - I appreciate the effort to reduce bag waste.
