You would think human decency would be a core value of this brand. After I made a purchase I asked where the bathrooms where and I was informed that there is no access to the bathrooms for the costumers. One staff member I talked to even told me how “they” had only let his dad in the bathrooms in the past because he was crippled but that was the only exception. He told me access to the bathrooms would need to be approved by management. When I asked the manager and told her I needed to use the restroom she denied me access.I don’t know if this is normal at every Kings Soopers, but denying access to public restrooms in a business should be illegal. Specially a business that makes its profits from in person shopping. I experienced a lack of human empathy, kindness and decency by the staff in this store. -5 starsI hope to hear back from management.

Worst experience for the pick up every time they never find anything to replace out of stock items like something simple as eggs they said none available or milk just goes to show when you have teenagers working there that are lazy they don’t want to even look for items to replace the out of stock they just mark it as complete and no substitute. Don’t go here for pickup never had an issue anywhere else. They need an adult to retrain and supervise them.

I'm so grateful for all the staff at this, King Soopers! Everyone is so helpful, and I am especially grateful for Chris who always delivers groceries to my car in rain or shine with a smile and Damita at self check out who is such a hard worker. Her joy is contagious. I especially love the fellow that shares rapid fired jokes at me. You guys keep up the great work. You are truly essential workers.

Sunday morning everyone standing around while the express lanes are the only thing open and all of them are alarming. Yet somehow not one of you could figure out how to help. Walked over looked at it and walked off. Dude is just trying to buy a mountain dew. How are you still in business. I feel dirty every time I walk in your store. I know why you were voted worst grocery store chain in America. I used to like King Soopers. I don't even have a King Soopers card anymore

No public restrooms as many have mentioned, but beyond that they're seriously falling apart as a store. Products constantly out of stock, barely any checkout lanes open, and the app doesn't know which aisles half the products on my shopping list are in lately. The staff are friendly and clearly trying their best, but Kroger needs to get it together.

The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE & unprofessional when I was shopping there for the first time, cause I asked to use the bathroom and when I asked an employee to let me in cause I have a disability and need access to a restroom, they said “cause of drug use” I will not shop here again!!Only nice person at this store was the security guard, I’ve shopped at king Soopers stores from brommfield to bear creek & golden to Aurora- and seen worse theft and worse drug use. I understand it’s By the light rail but it’s not an excuse to deny disabled people or shoppers access to lavatories

Was there this week, learned that they no longer offer public restrooms because of difficult customers. I was appalled this means they 1. Don't care about client comfort, snd 2. Have urine all over the parking lot. 3. Have no civic awareness. Suggesting another nearby store that does.

This is the most unprofessional customer service I've ever seen in my life all the staff is clueless and rude accuse you of stealing check your receipt check you everything checks out just fine they don't even apologize. Every time I go there is always something rude from the staff that happens they slam your groceries around and don't even bag your stuff this manager should be fired. Even if you go to self checkout there is a worker making women feel uncomfortable this store should be shut down. I'm taking my complaints to the corporate office. And I will be wearing a body cam for my own safety strickly because of the offensive rude and inappropriate staff shame on you all

The more I read the reviews saying no restroom entry and then seeing it face to face when it's an emergency is crazy. I'm stuck in the parking lot because my car died its 10 min till they open (sorry can't hold any much longer) and asked this worker nicely if I could just use it that I would be quick in and out. I have my 6 month old dog with me in freezing temperatures and he said "were closed" not even saying sorry or anything nice. It's just childish that there's no helpful people in this world anymore.

NO restroom for paying customers!!!! Just waited in line with $200 worth of groceries trying not to p3e my pants. That wasn't right. Definitely won't be going to this Kings anymore. I get having problems keeping it clean with slobs but for upstanding customers scr3w you guys for that....

This place is getting more ridiculous by the minute. First, they deny restroom service to their customers. Even those with disabilities like me (diabetes, heart disease). And today, I was getting cough syrup and they asked me for my ID. Which I didn't have with me at the time. When I told the lady employee that I didn't have it with me she took the syrup out of the bag in a very rude way and said to me: then you can't have the cough syrup. Isn't this ridiculous? I'm 45 yo. This is the last time I'll purchase in this ridiculous and frivolous store.

I now consider King Soopers absolutely amazing. There are so many genuinely helpful people here that it makes it worth it to come back again and again. Thanks Andrea, ( customer service station ) for your help and guidance. My family and I will always remember King Soopers because of you. This location Deli is the best. Cynthia knows what she is doing and super personable and friendly.

This grocery store is a hopping place no matter the time. It's organized quite well and is stocked better than most. The staff while harried, still do their best to be helpful. The fruits and vegetables are mostly fresh and that's a good sign. Lastly, sale items are clearly marked and usually available.

Came mid day and had a cart filled of groceries. Absolutely no cashier lines open, just self check out. Freaking ridiculous. There were numerous associates standing around. I think your profits are high enough to afford at least 1 cashier, good grief.

Anyone wondering if it is illegal for a store or restaurant not to allow even customers or the general public to use the restrooms. I don't know about other states but in Colorado it is very illegal. Even if it was not it is at the very least unprofessional. The smug attitude of the employees. It would be better for them to just ignore your question than what comes out of their mouth. It is very shameful indeed. Their employees are gonna catch someone on the wrong day. They will probably will not take any of the blame. The headline will read the headline of the poor King soopers employee was just minding their own business. No mention of the pompous attitude towards customers over a basic human necessity. I hope they are shown more compassion if they are ever in need of something so basic of having somewhere to relieve themselves. I personal know how hard it is to maintain restrooms for the public. I've been a janitor and worked fast food prepandemic. Just because something is hard doesn't mean we get to shy away from it. I know we are never going back to "normal". What we can do is start treating each other like we are all human again. Treat others how you would like to be treated.

Associate in the front end were rude, got food from the deli no one greeted me and I had to flagged down a person who was standing there the whole time while the other lady ignored me, they guy who gave me my food was nice thank goodness cause he was dealing with my food, one older guy was really sweet when I checked out, thanked me for coming in. asked where restroom were associate managing the self checkout was rude said by the milk, first time in the store could have just pointed in the direction, then failed to tell me you needed a code and the bathroom were out of order, when I let him know he basically went ehhh as I got back to the front wasting my time. I understand the unpaid unhappy workers but act like you are at your job actively engaging in customer service or just go to stock where you don’t have to interact with customers, that simple.

I don't go to king soopers any more but if do, I will remember to go to yale/colorado store. I asked for the bathroom, instead Of telling me, they don't allow us to use the bathrooms anymore. They just directed me to a bathroom with a sign, stating there's no public restaurants. The female of seafood dept is who I asked forst, just look at me dumbfounded then looked at the other guy worker, who stated "by the orange juice." No compassion for people who have genuine issues in that area. Don't like king soopers anymore, they are over priced and employees are so stressed they take it out on customers.

I typically avoid this store because I don’t like the layout. But after this morning I am done. Two employees literally yelled at me about where I stood in line. King Soopersdoes promotions to shop on Fridays and they clearly were not prepared for more than a few check out stations. I was scolded like a child for no reason because I couldn’t see the line of people extending down an aisle. Of course I would let those people go to the newly opened lanes first. But the employees could at least be polite about it. “Excuse me ma’am these folks were waiting” yes obviously! I’m a polite person. I don’t need “hey! You need to wait!” From an adult.

This place needs to clean up the riff raff, i visited tonight and there was a guy directly outside the only front door trying to fight people including myself. Inside it is okay your standard king soopers but they need security who will actually ensure that problems don't happen. I do not feel safe at this placeSerious line issues. This king Soopers will not let customers use the bathroom. If I am going to shop in this store I should not be expected to pause my shopping to leave and come back in order to relieve myself. If you need to escort a person for bathroom safety, do so, but to deny access for a necessary means such as grocery shopping is ridiculous!
