Customer service lady this morning looked and acted like i was bothering her asking for a money order. The long redish haired lady at self checkout was rude to me and other customers like we shouldn't bother her for her services period! Makes us fill like never shopping here in Bear valley King Soopers.

**update**I didn't know where to leave a review, here or King Soopers so I left one on each. I placed my very first delivery order tonight. It was out of necessity. I have been working a lot of hours at the hospital due to covid. I hadn't had time to "shop" due to my hospital hours. I was nearing being out of dog food; I will always make sure my pups have food. I decided to try and order for delivery, too exhausted to drive and shop and very little time. I was apprehensive at first. I placed my order and received notification that a couple of my items weren't available. Blake my shopper sent pictures and options as alternatives. Comparable in price and size. With this being my very first order I would normally shop for in person, this experience was very positive. It was as if I were in the store, seeing my choice wasn't available and making another decision. Knowing this shopper provided options, which was so important in this situation, I thank King Soopers, Instacart and the delivery driver for bringing peace of mind to me during this hectic time. I appreciate it all!This is by far the best King Soopers I have shopped. The aisles are wide enough for people to pass. The shelves are always stocked. It is a very clean store and the associates are so kind. They welcome you and thank you for shopping. I appreciate them being open so early as I can grab a few things before I head into work. Shopping here provides me with a sense of comfort and acceptance.

A great store. I love the layout of the produce and deli area. It feels big and open. They also have a very big wellness section. I can usually find everything I need here. It can get very busy. The east entrance closes after 8pm. We usually will try to go shopping at night. Less crowded and we can get in and out quickly. If you go after a big weekend or holiday they maybe out of something due to the high demand but don't worry they get restocked quickly. They also have a section by the meats with pre-made meals that is frozen that you can easily take home and make. Simple and healthy. Also don't forget to use your Sooper Card and APP to get digital.

Store is fine but most of the carts are in horrible condition. Most people have to try several different ones before finding one that works. Its time to upgrade to new ones.

Fantastic floral department!!! Flowers are in great condition with a huge variety of flowers and lovely potted plants. The florest was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She helped us find the perfect flower arrangement and a xupple potted plants. Thank you.

I love this KS. The deli drags my rating down to just average. Zero consistency in slicing deli products. I can ask three different deli employees for Boar's Head thin sliced provolone cheese. I will get 3 different thicknesses.

There are a lot of nice employees here and I know they do a phenomenal job when they're not being beaten down by the managers. I do love coming here since its so close and is such a big store, but I've found myself going less and less due to how the employees are treated by managers. The management team doesn't seem to have an ounce of respect for their employees whatsoever. I'd rate 5 stars once there is some significant improvement in this field.

Long time customer but about fed up. No public restrooms available any more due to drug addicts is what I was told and 1 cashier on a Sunday and 5 of 6 UScans available for a whole neighborhood preparing for the next week. The employees have been there for a long time and they're always friendly but they deserve better from their employer too. Get them help people need work! Hire some cashier's and take your store back bring life back into the experience!

They forced my online order shopper out of the store when they refused to help them when the got errors checking out. Then they made them leave without my order when the store closed while they were trying to get help. The shopper started shopping at 9p for a 9-11p arrival window.Of course King Soopers doesn't have contact support open even though they have deliveries available this late, so they can't even help me. Chat and the call center are both closed.Of course their 24 hour stores never expanded back to 24 hours after the pandemic so I can't even shop for my trip tomorrow like the last time they cancelled my order and forgot to notify me.This is ridiculous customer service. Absolutely horrendous. Their chat support is usually unhelpful and will just disconnect on you if they don't want to help you anymore.King Soopers went from my favorite grocery stores to one of the worst in the area.

Not a great experience this King Soopers produce less-than-stellar. The floral department is nothing to write home about if you want to bring something to somebody that's in need of a pick-me-up.Deli selection was all half off and help for new selection from the deli. All the salads were wilted or looks like they've been sitting out for at least five or six days.

Stopped on my way home from work this evening to get some chicken for dinner . The side dishes in the deli case where dried and crusty hard . So just got a 8 PC order of chicken, I got some frozen side dishes. I was disappointed. .I asked the deli clerk how is day was and I got a rude well I'm at work it's just work . I was in shock at his response. When I got home and started serving dinner at time realized I only had 6 pc not enough for my family .i called talked to Justin he said when I come in next time I can get two PC of chicken .I'm indisbelief .

We found out you can clip coupons online on the app, and we saved around $50 bucks. They even had free items in the coupon collection, and we look forward to trying the yogurt drink we got. Free is free. No strings attached. That's why we went tonight, haha. It's our favorite grocery store, compared to H.E.B. from home.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I thought King Soopers had class but I was wrong! I will not shop here anymore! I bought $500 worth of groceries and the cashier didn't help me bag 1 item! They just stood there and watched me bag everything by myself! You guys are more concerned about how fast you can check customers out then provide customers service and help them bag! That is crazy! You guys should do better than that! I work retail and I would never make my guests bag their own items!

I spend nearly $200 a week here, and after asking management if I was able to exchange baby formula, and being told yes, I was turned away anyhow. Little girl running customer service acted like I stole it. I hope she feels powerful about telling me no. I'll drive further to grocery shop now. This store lost my business today. How dare you make it harder for me to feed my daughter.

I feel like this location is all about helping the next single shooter by locking up all the customers so they can only get in and out through one door! Had the most unpleasant experience today in self check out. I had a large order and I decided to ring it up myself as I have to bag my own groceries anyways when I go thru regular check out. There was a Beau running self check out and instead of telling me that they prefer bigger orders go thru the regular lines, he proceeded to stand over my cart watching everything I was ringing up. I must mention my daughter was ringing her groceries up at another check out. At one point the scale was messed up so he had to come and clear my order. I was only half way down checking out and he went through my entire list making sure I had rang everything up at this point. He said the chicken is not rung up.. and I told him yea it is and pointed it out on the receipt…this Beau got mad that he didn’t catch me not ringing something up… he was mad that I wasn’t stealing. He was also mad that I called him out on it… he cancelled my whole order called the manager and made me Otis regular check out.. at this time my daughter was done with her order and he cancelled hers and made attempted to make her go to another checkstand. The two assistant managers came over and they were incredibly helpful. I felt bad because they were embarrassed because of him. He continued throwing a hissy fit because they were helping me. To the point that he said he refused to work the self check out if they allowed us to checkout. He was completely unprofessional… telling my daughter that she wished she had a job like his…lol.. arguing with a 22 year old. Made a complete scene in the store because I hadn’t stole anything. Ridiculous!!! My whole check out time was over 45 mins because of this nonsense.

The main reason I go to King Soopers is to buy my energy drinks. This location kind of disappointed me, as it appears they do not carry 4pks of my Rockstar punched flavor. May not seem like much, but those are the only one I enjoy, and having to carry a bunch of cans out makes for a waste of plastic bags, and makes for a difficult armload around the store. They used to keep them up front on a side display, but the end cap display has changed product. Also, the prices at this location are inflated higher than most other locations, variety being the only saving grace for this store. It's out of my way but I enjoy the shopping center around it. Needless to say I won't be here much, adverse to other locations.
