Beware going to this family dollar just went there with my daughter and I feared for our safety can’t go in your guy car without someone harassing you and trying to clean your windows without your permission keep your kids close especially your daughters

If you are around 47th & Pecos, you should check out this Family $! The outside does nothing for the inside! The employees are ALWAYS friendly & helpful! When shelves are being stocked, it can be a bit of a mess. But, there is nothing left on floors to go around ( or over )! This is a plus, as safety is #1, and as I mentioned, the floors here are clutter free! I have made this store my new Family $! Try it! I think you'll like it!

This store is huge. Well stocked and friendly staff. If you haven't been here in awhile please come back you'll be happy to know the manager (Nicole) has done a wonderful job. I was really impressed. Thanks the neighborhood needs you.

This store has very rude employees. you really need to teach your employees how to approach customers when they're asked to leave their book bag /purse at the door they are called manners. I walked into the store with me & my 2 little ones and my book bag which is my purse/diaper bag. I understand that it does say on the door no purses or backpacks but I think that's kind of ridiculous so obviously you have a problem at this store with theft which means you can't see above your shelves or your customers. So that means you guys have too many blind spots in your store so that's probably why there's so much theft. So a little bit of advice is that you need to reorganize your store because if you can't see from the front to the back and above the shelve at eye level then you need to reorganize your store. Believe me it can be done, I've managed a lot of stores and my theft was always low no matter how much merchandise I had. So with that being said I will not be returning to this store as well as many other I know who shop there too. Very disappointed customer.

Went for hotdogs, shredded cheese, and hotdog buns for chili dogs. Grabbed everything quickly since I was in a hurry. Got down the street and realized the hotdogs were expired by 2 months and the cheese was also expired by a month and a half. Turned around and ran back in the cashier seemed lost since I had no clue where my receipt was even though it had been less than 10 minutes since I had checked out. I offered to just go back and find items unexpired to do a quick exchange. I was shocked to find only one type of hotdogs unexpired which were chicken barS and I originally purchased beef ball park. The only cheese I found was also a cheaper brand. I got to the register and the cashier told me to call it good. I’m too exhausted from work and in a hurry to feed my family so I didn’t argue the price difference. I won’t eat the barS brand hotdogs so I went Nextdoor to save a lot to get hotdogs we will eat. I guess my dogs will be happy to get the batS hotdogs. Ugh

This place is a mess!! If management (Sydney) would have employee update planograms and price tags, maybe there wouldn't be an issue with getting the correct pricing, right Tim?Its more like a bunch of friends running the place.

I go here specifically for water flavor add in. The packets you add to a bottle of water to flavor them. Family dallor has the best selection of flavors.

Family Dollar has completely gone down hill. New management is terrible. Store is never properly stocked. Floor looks terrible and there is always a line.
