It was just after 9:00 p.m. My son and I were stocked around the store by the bald headed jerk cashier, until I felt so uncomfortable that we left!!!

Been going to this store for 6 years. The staff is very friendly and cheerful, always asking for assistance. Itthere areenient because it's close by and there are other stores around that are convenient as well. The parking has been an issue since I've been going there. People just think they can park anywhere they like they fill up the red zone like it's not a big deal.I double parked one time ran in and was out in a matter of minutes and got a ticket.

An elderly woman assisted us, not personable at all. She did not greet is, but rather threw our belongings in the bag. When asked if she liked her job she did become a bit flustered but her CS skills did not improve. We left rushed & unhappy, upon getting home we realized that she did not give us our kitchen mat, or a receipt. I've been calling & they do not answer their phone. So I'm out $10. Will not shop at this store again!

If you have a disability, I would advise you NOT to go to this store! I'm deaf & a gal that works there was walking towards me, talking (I could tell because I hear sounds but depend on lip reading to communicate), I told her I was deaf & she kept talking without either removing her mask or getting a piece of paper to communicate with me. My husband comes around the corner, thankfully, trying to tell this employee how to communicate with me & she continues to talk without means of communication with me. When I said something to her about how she's supposed to communicate with deaf people, she said not to talk to her in that way then threw me out of the store after I tried to get her name but she wouldn't give it to me but claimed to be the manager. I never once disrespected her until I walked out of the store. It was wrong for what she did!! I lost out on $20 for Uber, the stuff I went to the store for and I'm on a fixed income. She disrespected me several times, not even apologizing to me, all over my husband's backpack, he respectfully handed the backpack over to her with his personal items. How are we to know she wasn't gonna steal his money or anything after taking it & walking away???

Aside from the fact that this store is never properly organized or very clean, I recently went to this store and had an associate approach me and my grandma and asked to take our purses away from us because they were "too large". I can understand that this store is in a questionable part of town and that theft is likely very high, but it was very accusatory and rude. I'm not going to willingly hand you over my Kate Spade, which is worth more than anything I could have possibly fit in it. Full offense, I would be more worried about these employees stealing from me.

If you open at 8 why is your cashier still counting her register and have the doors locked. Not good guess king Soopers to spend my money instead just terrible

You have workers smoking cigarettes in front of the door making the whole store smell like cigarettes, your not allowed to bring a PURSE inside. Lady's are judgemental and rude.

This family dollar is usually always on point, last time I visited it was a bit disorganized but I know they are short staffed the guy in there still tried to clean up but this store is busy, give him a break
