On a business trip to Denver, I went to buy a raincoat and a chew toy for my cavapoo dog.The 2 ladies (I guess 1 is the owner) were very helpful and helped me choose the items I needed.Very pleased with my purchases. My dog especially love the chew toy.Thanks a lot.

This is a cute little dog boutique. They have adorable toys, collars, etc. The customer service was great as well. I picked up an orange hedgehog dog toy for my future dog.

I had shopped here a couple of times previously and always found really cute items and had a great experience, but I brought in my dog for grooming a couple of weeks back and was so impressed.Not only does he look better than he has ever looked following a grooming session anywhere, but he is a mini Aussie who certainly has some separation anxiety, and I have never felt more comfortable leaving him with a groomer. Both our groomer, Sammy, and I believe the owner, were so kind and reassured not only Indy, but also myself. All my friends and family have also raved about how much better his haircut looks than normal too (and the bow tie they sent him home with couldn’t be cuter). Highly recommend and this will absolutely be our regular spot for grooming :)

When I had my senior dog Ruthie, I would take her here. The staff is always so kind and the groomers did such a great job. Everything from her coat to her toe nails looked perfect when I picked her up. My Ruthie could not do stairs and they would carry her where she needed to go and I really appreciated that extra care.

Meghan did a phenomenal job with Clementine!!! We have been coming to Dog Savvy for maybe ~8 years now. The folks here are always super kind, communicative and patient with our pup. Meghan gave our doxie probably her best haircut yet.

We have a wooly husky so she's got a TON of fur (and she's very playful). We come to Dog Savvy every 2ish months and they do a great job every time. I know we could not knock out her undercoat as well as they do, plus the drying time alone would be ridiculous so I appreciate how quickly they can dry her. She always is excited to visit (and do a little shopping herself) and is in a happy mood when she leaves - pretty sure she loves visiting as much as I enjoy her soft, clean, coat afterwards!

Dog Saavy is the one of greatest places you can get your dog groomed in Denver. I have never seen grooming and extra services of this exceptional quality. My dog Charlie loves to go.Beyond that they literally have ever dog or human accessory related to dogs you can think of. Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Robb has truly made not only grooming but a must see site to visit and take care of any of your product needs! They look forward to serving you and your fur babies! 🙂🐕😎

BEST. GROOMER. EVER. dog owners this is the one! I’m personally more worried about the safety, comfortability, and happiness of my dog over how her haircut looks. Unfortunately, there are plenty groomers out there that aren’t so gentle/accommodating to our fur babies. We had a very bad experience with one at our last groomer, so this place was new for us! My dog had lots of anxiety and so did I. The groomer was immediately comforting to my dog. I mentioned our previous experience with another groomer which, in turn, resulted in the groomers, store manager, and grooming manager being EXTREMELY helpful with the situation and very accommodating. They not only reassured me, but the groomer even sent me a picture of my dog in the bath and of her cuddling with my sweet girl to let me know she was “doing great”! They also let me know when I mentioned that she was reactive and would bark at other dogs that they do one-on-one which DEFINITELY made a huge (good) difference in how anxious my dog was. When I came to pick her up, she not only looked and felt amazing, but was also not doing the typical shaking and whining that she does after the groomer usually. Wasn’t anxious or scared at all! And it all only took about an hour and a half instead of 4 like other places! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you dog savy for caring about the anxious dogs too!

The owner of the shop was very nice and helpful. He even cut our dog's nails on the house! (Normally a $10 service!) Definitely would recommend this place if you are downtown or live in LoDo.

I have taken my golden here a few times. The last time we took him, I asked for his coat (mostly his butt and tail) to have little trims because it was getting a little long and stringy. They cut him way too short which made chocked up to being a miscommunication. I was frustrated, but I could see how they could have been confused. We took him in again today and specifically asked they do not cut him at all outside of his feet. When I got him back, his long butt fluff - or what we call pants - were completely cut off. Gone. His chest was also cut all the way down.I feel like a crazy person crying about my dogs hair, but I love it and SPECIFICALLY asked for them to not to cut him. I asked to cancel future appointments to which he replied “I’m sorry you can’t understand a miscommunication”. I didn’t realize that “don’t cut my dog” wasn’t clear enough?? So rude.My husband called after and only then did they offer any sincere apology and a partial refund - not the woman standing in front of them raising legitimate concerns.I do not recommend coming here at all, it’s a lot of money for something that will take years to grow back.

This is a lovely place for the doggie lovers. My fur baby loves the cookies and baked treats from here. They have beautiful and long lasting sweaters. I bought some 2 years ago and she still wears them. Compared to other cheaper ones I've bought at other per stores that didn't even make it after the first wash.

I love this dog shop in Larimer Square. I wish I'd had my dog with me and if I lived in Denver I would take him there all the time. The staff and customers were friendly. I bought a cute little bookmark that make my heart smile. I may have to take them up on their offer to ship things!

Wonderful grooming experience! Debra did an amazing job with my standard Bernedoodle and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I know a lot of groomers don’t like to work with doodle mixes because owners don’t always properly brush enough (I could be better). I had a bad experience with another groomer at a different business in the past when I first moved to Denver that resulted in an unnecessary (and unwanted) shave down so I started grooming my dog myself but felt like I didn’t have the time or skill to keep doing so. Debra took the time to discuss my expectations beforehand and gave me the confidence that she would do a great job and I am thrilled with the result. Happy to be in walking distance to a great shop!

My boys have been getting groomed by Erin for probably nine years now. She is wonderful and my veterinarian compliments her work it is so meticulous! Was in desperate need of a groomer for my toy poodle. Since Covid forced things to closed all the other groomers were booked three to four weeks out. They were able to get my dog an appointment about a week and a half out. The poodle cut was done really well! He looks great! Customer service was great and everyone was really nice. Their text and notification system was helpful too. I will defiantly bring my dog back here for his next cut.

I love this dog boutique! Everyone on staff is so wonderful and friendly. I had questions about a tincture for my dog to help with her anxiety when we travel. They gave us great recommendations that really helped with our pup. The location is great and easy to find on Larimer.I definitely recommend getting the homemade dog biscuits too. My pup adores them and they're always adorable! They have way more than just treats and toys too, if you're looking for a gift for the dog lover in your life.
