Easy in and easy out. It was my first visit and I was trying to hurry. Loved the samples, I was hungry. I usually don't try the samples. Great employees. Still a new Costco and easy in and out. 4/16/24 My favorite Costco.

Costco was very clean and not too busy I usually for a Friday. They were down to two lines and was they were getting long then opened a lane. Yay!I would suggest all Costco's that they go look at the Sam's Club because the do-it-yourself stuff moves a heck of a lot faster than a person can have a lot more lanes. Open at the same time and having two people run the management of all of those Lanes.I prefer Costco over Sam's but I'm not unopposed to shopping at either. I just like the checkout of Sam's over the checkout of Costco. Plus their software is a lot cleaner.Costco, if you're listening it probably be worth the investment.It's Kirkland products who can go wrong right? Store again was clean and the people were decent.Selection was good.I think you'll be okay shopping there if you like Kirkland style products.Blessings to all...

New Costco. Best Costco. Just Costco.What else do you need to know? The light coming off Peña is a pain to turn from but that isn’t their fault. It’s a super nice Costco with great employees as always. Don’t forget to order your pizzas ahead!

We went on opening day, the store is very well organized, everyone was super nice. We had Kevin as our cashier he was super nice and awesome. He let us know about a deal, that we actually got out of line and went back and got. Costco lived up to expectations and was amazing as always thank you for providing us such a great value and entertainment. PS. The pizza is amazing!

I love Costco in general, but I have enjoyed this new location. The lines are always moving quickly and it is always stocked extremely well. I love the variety of items offered and their ready made food is great. Their food court food is quick and good quality. Prices of items are always extremely clear and they provide excellent prices not available at the common grocery store. I wish they had more boxes available for the items to go in at the register, but I know that is dependent on how many customers are going through at that time and how many boxes are available. Overall, great experience and I would recommend shopping at this location.

Definitely would appreciate it if you had a sign on the door or left an updated "We're closed today" on the phone message, if you're closed on a random Saturday. It wasn't a holiday nor was it after store hours. Lot of people of people were driving up confused besides me. I thought about going to another Costco, but wasn't sure if it was all stores and if I'd make it before closing.

This location seems a little off. I don’t know if it’s the management or if it’s the owner. More professional team members please. Shouldn’t feel like I’m being watched. All money spends the same. I will travel outside my local area just for great customer service.

Perfectly located for when we had to fill up our rental car's gas tank right before heading to the Denver airport. We forgot to bring our membership card but thankfully, the gas tanks accepted our QR code on the Costco app woohoo! ⛽

Let me preface…I love Costco more than anyone elseThis one has the most unreasonable employees I’ve ever seen. Don’t go here unless you need whiskey or gas.Between the snowstorm unannounced closure and the fire/sprinkler alarm where they did not tell customers this might take hours before reopening, this store has wasted 4 hours of my life just this monthGod forbid I walk in at closing for a pizza order I placed, the food court said fine, knowing I was going to show up at closing… WHILE YOURE STILL CHECKING PEOPLE OUT…and you say I can’t enter the open exit lane…wasting another half hour of my life for your 5 seconds of policy and wasting your own hot wonderful delicious pizza.Completely unreasonable.If this Costco wasn’t 4 pumps deep I’d never go back.

Fairly new coming to this Costco but I definitely found myself liking this Costco more than any other I've been to. Does Costco seems to be pretty clean have not had any issues here and is a new place.This Costco also has many gas pumps with lights in the entryways to tell you which pumps are open and which ones are not before you even get in there. Also to my surprise I've yet to see a line to get gas here. Great place glad I'm able to come here

Excellent parking, a brilliant variety of stuff to pick from. It is very large and clean. The food court is alright but for faster time pay with a card. Cash takes longer in my experience.

I recently had the most disappointing experience at this location due to the behavior of one of their cashiers. This review is aimed at shedding light on the unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service skills I encountered during my visit.Firstly, upon approaching the cashier, I was met with an uninterested and half-hearted greeting. It was evident that the cashier had no enthusiasm for her job or serving customers. Nevertheless, I proceeded to request a simple accommodation: splitting the payment between my dad and myself. Shockingly, the cashier blatantly rejected my request, citing the absence of a membership card in my dad's name.This policy simply does not make any logical sense. Both my dad and I are from the same household and are allowed entry into Costco using my membership card. However, when it comes to payment, apparently, my dad is suddenly rendered incapable of using his own card or paying with cash. This inconsistency is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on Costco's management and their ability to establish coherent customer policies.What truly infuriates me is the cashier's rude and condescending attitude throughout the interaction. Instead of offering a reasonable explanation or showing any empathy towards my situation, she displayed an appalling lack of respect and professionalism. It is clear that she does not appreciate the importance of her role in customer service and the impact she can have on customers' experiences.Costco, as a well-known and reputable establishment, should prioritize hiring individuals who genuinely value their jobs and understand the significance of exceptional customer service. It is disheartening to witness someone with such a negative attitude and poor demeanor representing your brand.There are numerous individuals out there who are actively seeking employment and would be grateful for the opportunity to provide exceptional service to customers.

Really happy that they opened this Costco in northeast Denver. I’m surprised when I went. It wasn’t super packed. They say it does get very busy. I just got lucky gone early. I guess when I went. No lines for gas, and store was busy, but still plenty of room for people to maneuver around each other. Feel like you’re stuck at the airport going through customs or something. This one seem to have plenty of lanes open even though there wasn’t too many cashiers to check out people making us waiting in line I guess they must have some kind of formula to determine when to open up more lanes. Anyway, the staff very friendly and polite overall. The only two guys checking me out though weren’t friendly, which was weird. 😆no hello nothing & just all business. Definitely will utilize the store more often, compared to some of the other Costco‘s that are a little further out.

I got a Costco membership but i have only been going for gas. Today I decided to take my time and go into Costco to see what they have to offer. I went up and down each aisle and picked up a few things and found out there are some other items that I could buy at a better price per unit. When I got ready to check out this very nice young lady came over to the self checkout and asked if she could assist me with scanning the items. Although I know that this is only a system that Costco is using to stop people from walking away without paying for every item in the cart, I was still happy just to have some assistance. I ended the shipping trip by going to the food court to get a couple of strawberry sundaes for me and my daughter and a smoothie. Overall, I think it was a great trip and I'm happy that I took the time to research for myself.

We’ve been costco members since 2006. In that time I have never been treated the way I was at this location.I dropped my handicap mother off with my wife at the doors. Went and parked the vehicle. When I came in the door person yelled at me saying they need my card. I informed him my wife and mom were in the inside. He told me he doesn’t care. I said it’s not like I can buy something without a card. I was chased down in the store by a member of management. He came and asked me for my card, I had found my wife at that time and asked her to show him the cart. He said no no you don’t need to show me the cart if I really didn’t need to show the card why did this all have to happen?

Sad. Huge lines. Only two registers open. Had to walk through the main entrance and around just to eat before shopping, which forced us to navigate through a huge crowd of people. Whoever is managing this Costco needs to go work at the Costco on Havana and learn how it's done.

This place is a zoo to be expected. The aisles were clean & organized, paying for your items was easy. Here is the however/but.....they need to organize the line when they need to check your receipts _ have someone that can look at your items faster. It took over 15 minutes to walk through that line.

Came here today to pick up a few items. Before my Costco visit I was having a pretty tough day. That was until I was leaving. I went my entire visit without speaking to a single employee (which I wasn’t mad about because I wasn’t in a great mood), but as I was leaving the store I was stopped (as usual) by Angelia to check my receipt. Her kind, positive, and uplifting personality really shines through. You can tell she truly loves her job and the people she meets everyday in her role. Thanks for turning my frown upside down. Keep up the great work, Angelia!

Very nice store that looks very new and was very clean. Location is convenient to get to and had ample parking. Store was well stocked and staff were friendly and helpful. Found a good amount of deals at this location and would stop in again if I was heading by the area.

I finally saw that the stop signs have been placed over a month later. Thank you for doing this. The store is excellent otherwise..Very convenient location by Pena boulevard. Megan & Greyson do a great job out in the cold by the gas pump with genuine smiles. Please give them a raise!

Doesn't take my mastercard. Store Loses a lot of business I think. Having to pay annually to spend my money there is an abomination. Check out lines always understaffed. I only renew for my spouses wishes. Gas prices are the only positive.

This location has a nice selection of product they get in on a weekly basis, and the staff are continuously ensuring that the store is well stocked, organized, and clean. Very friendly welcome into the store, and their gas prices are very comparable for the membership price alone. This location is my first impression of obtaining a membership and shopping at one of these stores, and I have no regrets after doing so. Our household loves Costco!

I just picked up two huge pizzas for dinner for my family of five. The pizzas were hot and delicious, enough food for three growing boys plus us parents, and it only cost $21. This deal cannot be beat!

Veronica took 15 minutes to count our cart 3 times and held up the entire checkout lines. Is theft a big problem at this particular Costco? Is $472 not enough spending there? Glad she is diligent at her job but counting 3x is ridiculous. I almost wanted to just return the entire cart cause it would have been quicker. It was insulting

The new Costco has plenty of parking spaces along with wide alies for social distance. The staff were visible and willing to assist as needed. I will drive the distance based on my initial introduction.Update: Returned on 11/10/23 18 days ago and I found the service was kicked into first gear. The store is clean, product's are organized and the tasting service is positive without attitudes. I'm enjoying this location for shopping...great job Costco!!

Please remove salespeople from the store. It's not pleasant to be asked everytime I visit whether I need new phone provider or solar panels or massage chairs. It's actually quite annoying. Everything else is great though.
