Love love this store! They helped me resolve my issues with a picky lab puppy (I know, I also didn’t think picky Labs existed)… and today Killian helped me switch up my pups food. Very knowledgeable and friendly :-) I know they deliver food in area but haven’t utilized yet. But that’s helpful when needed! Go now your animals will thank you!

The absolute best place in Denver to buy everything I need for my pets! Nicole and Killian have both spent loads of time thoughtfully walking me through solutions for my fussy and toothless elder kitty, my ravenous younger kitty, and my rescue pup with allergies. They are incredibly knowledgeable, love animals, and best of all - the store has a generous return policy. If something doesn’t work, I bring it back and all that product gets donated to local rescues and NOT put in dumpsters like every other chain. My only complaint is they no longer ship to Santa Fe, so my Mom has had to find a new place to order her supplies from. Can’t say enough good things about Nicole and Killian’s vast knowledge and passionate customer service!

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a great variety of products from food, toys, treats, grooming, and supplements. I love their loyalty program and that they have my information saved in their system so I can recall the brands my dog prefers. I highly recommend this store if you live in the nearby area!

I love Chuck & Dons. Their buy 12 get one free is an amazing perk. Very knowledgeable love all animals even my wild child pup. They helped me find a food that didn’t result in my little monster having an allergic reaction which was not an easy task. Every time I ask for samples to take camping they throw a bundle at me (not literally). It really feels like you’re part of the family here. Chuck and Dons carry everything to keep your dog healthy and great treats. They are very helpful too. My Cocker Spaniel needs more fiber in her diet and they helped me find the right pumpkin supplement that also tastes like a treat. My Baylee is very finicky and she will eat the Finley Happy Belly Bars. Baylee is doing much better thanks to the people that work at Chuck and Dons. This will always be my go to store for leashes, food, treats etc. Thank You For Keeping my Furry Friends Healthy!! I tell all my friends and family to go to Chuck And Dons. My store is the on e in Littleton on Kipling Parkway!! Come check them out and They do Grooming as well.

On the plus side, they offer a decent range of dog food that met our needs. However, their selection of toys, accessories, and gear was underwhelming.The staff was polite, but the high prices made it hard to see this as our regular spot for pet supplies. Good for food, not so much for everything else, and a bit too pricey overall.

Shopping for my hairless cat. Store seems to have quite a variety to choose from for being Not a very large store. I can tell what they sell is good quality food , good quality litter etc. They do have a lot of toys fresh baked goodies For doggies And the employees were very friendly. The food the clerk suggested was a little pricey $32 for a 3 pound bag , but it smells really good it smells human Grade. my partner even mentioned the same thing this smells good enough to eat. My cat has not thrown up at all . We bought him farmina ND digestion The 1st ingredient is lamb it does have quinoa and pumpkin It works perfectly for his sensitive Stomach. Our last visit we bought the same brand of kibble but salmon with pumpkin and he loves that too.

I love Chuck & Don's. I will only shop for my pets at these stores. They are always so nice and helpful. They also have a frequent buyer program where you buy the same items repeatedly and your 12th one is free (or 13th?). When I have forgotten exactly which item I bought before, they looked up my account. My only adjustment is I had to buy my puppy a harness online because their smallest option here was 2 x the size I needed, otherwise, a perfect store!

I have been to this store 4 times and each time the staff are super helpful and friendly. One of the employees (Staci) is an absolute gem and gives me great tips and support with my new puppy.I moved to Denver from Seattle a month ago and this is the only pet store I would recommend. I have been to several in the area and I will go out of my way to go to this store.

Amazing and high quality selection of food. I was also pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was with their inventory. Nicole was extremely helpful in choosing a new food for my pup. My pup hadn't been eating her food at all due to food boredom and Nicole helped me right away, was extremely knowledgeable on each food brand/nutrition/specific pet needs/and possible recalls. I was super impressed and now my pup can't get enough of her new food! Highly recommend!!

I went to Cherry Creek Chuck & Don’s with several issues concerning my cats and dogs. Fortunately for me and my pets I was helped by Nicole. Nicole was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she was able to give me several options on each issue I had. Nicole is a great example of what a customer service person should be. Chuck and Don's, in Cherry Creek, has been my go to for years now. A huge shout out to Javelin and Nicole (as well as the rest of the team) for always providing a great shopping experience. They go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service possible and their passion for pets is obvious. Javelin and Nicole have been wonderful at keeping up on the ongoing special order food for my dogs - their commitment and communication surrounding this process puts me at ease as I know my dogs will always have their favorite meal. Filda and Kevin give everyone two paws up!
