I ran across this place while walking a dog. I kind of felt out of place at first. Like I wasn't really welcome. Trying to figure out if I was supposed to have the dog in there. I bought Mills a cookie. I definitely pulled him away from another dog. This is totally force of habit as I don't typically let any dog I walk go near other dogs. I was asked if he is leash aggressive. He's not. Not usually. I just like to play it safe. I do appreciate being asked that.

My favorite pet store in all of Denver. The staff is tremendously helpful, more so than any shop I’ve even been in. Lots is specialty food options for animals with specific dietary needs, and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they can order it in. They’re also very generous with sampling product before you buy! This business has been around for 20 years and their love for animals and great service is indicative of why. Top recommendation for all pet needs 🐾❤️

Chew's is a super store because it has super people to help you. After a hard day of bird hunting, my lab loves to get a bath at Chewy's before going home to see Mom. Also, he LOVES the bison bones!

Truly had a great experience today and will be back! All of the employees were so nice and helpful and were so friendly and welcoming to my nervous puppy. Came in for a quick nail trim, and left with a bunch of awesome toys and treats!

We've been happy customers of Chewy's for several years. The staff are all extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful and have helped keep our pups healthy, clean and entertained. There's always a great selection of toys, food and treats and the groomers are compassionate and kind, which is especially helpful with one of our anxious dogs. There are frequently events and demos with samples. Chewy's Bonetique is a great local business and we love having them in the neighborhood!

I cannot say enough good things about Chewy's and every single person who works there, especially Niki! When I moved to Denver I really stressed about where I could take my very anxious golden retriever to be groomed. He has been going to Chewy's for almost 3 years and I am never disappointed. They handle him with such love and care and are super understanding of his quirks. When I needed help evaluating vets and trainers, they had so many thoughtful suggestions. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable about food choices and other products as well. No matter what part of town I live in, we make it over to Chewy's!

The vet told me that my 45 pound dog needed to lose 10 pounds. I was perplexed, but the team at Chewy's Bonetique had answers and were extremely helpful. I so appreciate their ideas and suggestions. I also use the self-service baths which are absolutely fantastic. I don't like fragrance so there is a low fragrance shampoo. The supplies are fantastic and the baths are great. Thank you!

Even though this store is not at all close to me, I go out of my way to buy my pup supplies here. The staff are so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve talked with me for 20 minutes on multiple occasions to help navigate the recommendations my vet made and choose the right food plan for my dog, budget and lifestyle.

I’ve been given a lot of valuable information from them on products such as probiotics and other dietary supplements to help my pup be happy and healthy. Neighborhood store with a good collection of pet-related things - toys, grooming, food (raw and processed), peripherals.Slightly on the expensive side. I was browsing the store to see the variety of items they carry but the staff stopped by every five minutes to check in on me which was somewhat annoying.

My husband had to wait an hour and a half to use the doggie baths even though they said 30 minutes when he paid the $20 per dog. When it was finally his turn the water was cold. The cashier told him that it was the end of the day and that’s as warm as it would get. It was way too cold out for that. This place is happy to take your money but cares very little for dogs or customers.

Great place! Always so friendly and clean. LOVE the east walk in tubs and all the supplies they provide for u to use. Merchandise is overpriced but overall a cute little place for your pet needs.

Very rude employees on multiple occasions. Judgmental and stuck up. I also had an issue with them charging me for a nail trim and not even being able to trim my dogs nails… when I asked for a refund they told me that it’s not their fault my dog doesn’t want her nails cut. I highly doubt any of these people at this business own animals themselves. I would not go here. Down the road about 15 minutes, there’s a place called the pet station. Go there. They are always friendly, professional, clean, and respectful for any business transaction.

Went here for the first time today and from the second I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and an organized store. I brought my dog in for a nail trim (who can be touch to handle for these) and the entire staff did great with him and even gave us some samples of treats to try since he has food allergies. Will be exclusively coming here for treats and nail trims moving forward, would definitely recommend you try them out!

My pup and I live close by so of course we stop in for a treat or toy from time to time. Honestly we would go more often, if we felt more welcomed by the staff. On multiple occasions lately the staff has been unwelcoming and stand off ish. A female employee made a comment with a attitude in her tone about by dog being "sort of cute." It's unfortunate but convience is not enough to return to be treated poorly while spending hard earned money. Will not be returning.

Love the offering of the self-service baths, but holy moly the person helping us lacked any sense of thoughtfulness or kindness. Did not feel welcomed from the bath tech.Cool idea, though ultimately not for our doggo. Rest of the store is filled with some great stuff.

TJ has been such a blessing! He always leaves my Kuma Bear soft and majestic. I would definitely recommend Chewy's! In fact the entire staff loves Kuma! We always feel like we're seeing friends and family when we go.

Been coming here for years because the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Today the tall male staff member with long hair and a beard helped me out. My dog has been having some digestive issues so he took about 15 minutes to explain some of the products they carry to combat them. He also explained in detail the types of food that could also help the digestive system. All in all it was great conversation and experience. Thank you.

I was very impressed with this store. I came in to use the self service dog wash, and usually my dog is very nervous and keeps her tail between her legs at bath time, I chose to go during a time they weren’t too busy to help her with her anxiety, we had the bathing room to ourselves, and were helped by a nice employee who set up our station. I loved the idea of having treats at the station we used. They also provided soap, facial wash, ear cleaner, and plenty of towels. (My pup is scared of the dryer) The whole experience was great, and my dog remained calm and actually enjoyed her bath. They had cute Halloween treats at the register that I got my pup for being so good today! They also gave me free samples of a few items! I will most definitely be back! I loved the small quaint shop and the small business feel! I love helping smaller businesses! Can’t wait to come back!

This is a clean shop, the staff seemed very nice compared to others reviews, pets are welcome, and they have a large variety of pupookies on hand. I only wish some of the prices were bit lower but they do have toys, supplies, and food at all rice ranges. Thanks for allowing my kiddo to pet the pooch behind the register.

Been going here for years for the self serve dog wash. They provide all kinds of shampoos and towels with this service. They also have a nail trim service, which is convenient. In the the boutique they have bandanas, leads, collars, beds all kinds of dog and cat food, treats and toys. I went in recently to grab a dog bowl and they didn't have very many options but I love the one I got. Overall great store, helpful staff and a fun place to bring the doggo.
