⚠️WARNING BEWARE ⚠️ if you have to stop here count your money. One employee that is Indian never gives the right money back or over charges extra. The first couple times I thought it was an accident but this last time they shorted over $20. I looked up other reviews and it happens all the time.

This place is down the street from my house and I’ve been coming here for over a year regularly with no issue, always got along great with the staff and never had any complaints about anything until a few days ago when I went with my girlfriend who was wrongly accused of stealing candy. The whole encounter was handled very disrespectfully by the employee, who refused to show us the cameras when the alleged incident occurred, saying they didn’t have the tapes and then treating to call the police. Neither of us have ever stolen anything before, and we were both appalled at the accusation. Goes to show that even places you would think were solid can always let you down. Out of fear of being wrongly accused again, I’ll never come back to this locationEDIT:: after submitting a report through their website I was told they would reach out within 24-48 hours. That was almost a week ago. At least they are consistent in being unsatisfactory

10/17/23 at 12:10 I stopped by before work to cash a 10$ scratcher. He only gave me back the receipt no cash. When I asked he said it ok now go. I said no you only gave me a piece of paper. He then hands me 6 dollars and not ten. He also tried to ring me up for 15$ scratcher I did not want and still did not give me my money. Never come here for lottery or anything else. The 2 running the place clearly are scamming people.

The store is very clean, the Cashier Josh was busy wiping down counters when I entered the store right away Hi welcome to 7-11. He came to the register and stopped by the cigarettes he knows his customers he asked me how many of my cigarettes I wanted. He’s Amazing 🤩 this store is always stocked and CLEAN

I really like this 7-11. The person at night speaks very little English but we always find a way to communicate. Overall the store is clean but the drink stations need some attention. The slurpee station never works and the soda station definitely needs attention. The service is always fast and efficient. No gas but overall very happy with the store

Just had the worst experience! So the cashier asked me for my ID, which I didn’t have and that was fine but how do you serve a #whiteman who ordered about five different types of tobacco, yet did not ID him! #discrimination #unfair #seemsracist

The Indian that worked Saturday 5/19 between 8-830pm tried to Jack my change. I bought something on debit and then a $5 scratch ticket and gave him $20 cash. He straight didn't even try and pretend to put money in drawer. He said ok bye. And I was like and my change. No change in expression, didn't even look at the money to confirm, he put the money away and gave me my change.Sheridan and Warren location.

Never is stocked anymore and workers do not take any pride in there job. The floors were sticky and I literally had only a couple of options for chips because the shelfs were empty and the chip rack at the counter was also empty. Needs new management and new employees.

If I could have given it a zero I would have. I went in not long ago to buy a pack of cigarettes. Charged them on my card. I pressed ok to the $6 they cost. Checked my account after when I was binging dinner and saw that I was charged over $13 for my cigarette purchase. When I went back to have my money returned, the young man that helped me was obviously nervous. Use cash at this establishment! They also charge more for gas then what they advertise per a customer of mine.

I bought some buba luba chocolates there and they were expired for about 8 days already like what!!!! And so I called them and they said they dont understand like who dont understand that I just told you there are expired chocolates there in a matter of fact when i came there again today and there ice machine wasn't working for the soda so they just had a box of melting ice like idk understand that

Came in at around 10:40, cashier was actively on his phone behind the counter, fully in view of customers. Was more concerned with his phone than with the customers in the store.

These guys are my faves...yea sometimes its a lil bothersome when they only ring up 1 pack when I've asked for 2 but Im aware I need to pay attention more here now. Easy peasy and so worth not having to deal with small talk or fake bs.

Dirty. Empty drink cooler. Worker are are unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. The fountain drinks were all empty. Floors and bathroom are gross.

The man who works there has a bad attitude and a despot. He works at night. He has a red pompadour and he didn't even give us a bag for our products. Please change it. He is bad at serving and has a bad attitude.
