This is a caring place for pets, they are super nice people that seem to really love animals.Would highly recommend looking at them for the kennel service, we travel alot and they have always been good to our pets.

Grooming services are excellent. My dog was handled exactly the way I would want, gently. I watched most of the process and could not be more pleased. Absolutely outstanding!

I took my almost 10 month old Yorkie for her first professional grooming. I returned to pick her up to the rude owner telling me she won’t be my groomer that she my puppy didn’t behave and she is a dog for me to treat her as such. I was mortified at this behavior out of the groomer. She also informed me that she should not be riding in her dog carrier I have as again she is a dog. The cut is below average as I have done her grooming and I didn’t like how it turns out so I took her for a so called professional grooming. It is cut choppy here face is still dirty and not the correct Yorkie hair cut I asked for. I let the owner know it was fine to just let me pay and take my dog and that I would do a review on the service I received. After I paid and turned to walk out the door she was very rude and said okay Karen! She needs to do better and I am sure with her saying it’s just a dog that she treats the animals as such and not with love and compassion. 27 years or not the service I received today was very low quality and down right rude! And a waste of money.

This was the 1st time we have left our 10 month old chocolate lab with anyone other than family and close friends. This kennel took very good care of our fur baby. George, the owner was clearly a pet lover and checked in on our girl every couple hours to make sure she was doing OK. Helped her learn how to use the doggy door to go outside. Will definitely use them again.

I've used this kennel exclusively for 20 years. No one matches the care, compassion of the owners. The kennels are clean and the dogs have their own indoor room with an attached outdoor play area. My dogs are happy, I'm happy. Thank you for taking the guilt out of traveling!

I purchased a puppy obedience class as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately the owner of Falkenhoff must be better at dog training than in taking care of people clients. My mother is older and had a medical condition flare up which is very dangerous to her. If she doesn't take care of it then she ends up in the ER due to a fast moving infection that can go into sepsis if not treated. When she contacted the owner of Falkenhoff to request delaying to a later puppy class, the owner was inflexible and said Mom was forfeiting her fees for the class. I knew that the fees are non-refundable and I was ok with that. But it seems to not be a good business practice to have a policy of inflexibility if a person has a circumstance beyond their control and no to allow them to delay to a later class. Beware! If you have a medical condition or a death in your family, this owner will keep your fees with no further recourse!
