They force you into self checkout even if you prefer to wait in line. Produce is so-so. It's hard to get down aisles sometimes because they don't pay employees to stock overnight, so they're taking up half the aisle space restocking and scanning items. That's how all 3 grocery stores are in this area though.

Great staff 💖 The entire store needs an upgrade. Come on Kroger! You know you can afford it. People might be inconvenienced enough to go to Safeway & find better meat. Even find products they've been missing out on. New discoveries. New flavors. Kroger might think that's too much for Delta. Wrong. Some people will b* & moan at first. Change is hard. $ is tight. They'll like it when it's done. Or keep going to Safeway. The underdog. Quality counts.

Super impressed with the clean store, super friendly and efficient staff! We drove from Montrose to buy a pallet of wood pellets. As soon as we walked in the door Jimmy greeted us, got our purchase rung up and asked us to drive around back. Robin was ready to load our pallet and off we went. We were so pleased with the customer service, my husband returned the next morning and received the same GREATservice with the early Saturday morning staff. (wish we had gotten their names)

City market is always easy to navigate. The prices are pretty good for everything. We shop here quite a bit. Coupons are always great when we use them. The employees are always wonderful and deserve tons of praise and love.

Laurie in pharmacy was exceptional. Had issues with my prescription. Not because of anything on the pharmacy part's. She spent time making phone calls and getting the issue settled and help me get a discount. City Market should be pleased to have such a fine employee

My wife and I Got covid, very sick, went to drive thru at 12:30 to get meds, lady said not ready yet come back just before 1pm. Waited in parking lot went back thru drive thru at 12:53 and they had already closed for lunch. HOW RUDE!! All we can do now is go home, 35 min or away and try to get the energy to go back later. We will never shop or get a prescription filledthere again.

I came down from Ouray a couple of weeks ago and stopped by the Delta store. While I was there I witnessed a young lady (employee) by the name of Misty being belittled in front of customers by her superior. The poor girl was about to cry. There is a place called an office where lecturing your staff should take place, not in front of customers. It's so unprofessional and I can only imagine how that girl felt. I also witnessed two other employees standing around gossiping about how another employee wasn't performing their job properly. This place needs to bring back professionalism. I won't be shopping there again.

I go in every Friday evening ,cash my part time weekly payroll check and get usually around forty fifty $ in grocery's and $30.00 in cigarettes and chew. Many times the staff is nice and professional and call me by name. This last month the service desk employee was rude . To here times last night I was glad to see the nice one working and stood in line for 20 minutes and was told that they out of money and codnt. Ash my One hundred and fifty $ check .third ti.w in a month.

Always a great place to shop. Fast friendly clerks, and easy self-checkout if you prefer to do it yourself. Fuel points are a plus! The produce department is the best in town, and they always have great sales. Plus they have a nice selection of gluten-free grains and flours, better than the nearby competition.

There's rude rude attendance in there very rude and I am a paying customer and they like to follow me around the store and think that I'm going to steal something when I have cash or I have my food stamps and this lady she just bothers me she won't leave me alone I'm about ready to call corporate on her but other than that the stores are right but I have ran into some some problems with it like the bathrooms aren't up to tie that guy that pushes around the the cleaner thing the wax your thing he's always following me it's just like I walk in the store and it's nothing but a joke so yeah that's all I can say for City market and I love going there a long time ago but now now I won't I won't go there nope I'm good thanks but no thanks 🙏

Our family just moved to Colorado. We are used to Smiths so we chose City Market as our new home store because they are affiliated with Smiths. They never disappoint! Always amazing selections, great produces, and top notch service. Recently, we went in looking for little balls. I had ate them once, but didnt know the brand. Two different gentleman helped me find my balls! They knew exactly what I was talking about and where they where. One man even found us on a different isle to give us ideas on how to cook the balls! Keep up the good work!!!

I love shopping at city market . Great store until the other day. I was overcharged for some mtn.dew .called ,they said just bring in the receipt. I did and the guy at the counter made me feel like a thief and he was quite rude. I even told him I hate to complain because I really like this store. I don't think I should have apologized I'm the customer and I did nothing wrong . I'm really disappointed.

Purchased spicy sausage Kroger Brand. did not see the word spicy very small letters. my wife has Crohn's disease and cannot eat spicy food, so I tried to return the item the same day with the receipt in my hand and I was met with hostility and was told we do not take Returns on anything perishable. The store manager said she would talk to someone and call me back later that night but she never called back. I waited two days to call back and was hung up on. I then waited 20 minutes called back once again met with hostility and was told we do not take Returns on perishable Goods no exceptions. My family and I will not shop at the store anymore and i do not recommend shopping at the store

Love this place for the pharmacy drive-thru & groceries. They also have gas, if you collect enough points you can get yours at a discount. Friendly staff.

Always short handed. Had to request another check stand be opened. Our cashier didn't seem to happy about it. She never said a word to us. I even helped her bag the groceries. Still not one word. Living in a small town it's our largest grocery store so what are you going to do but shop there. I go for things I can't get somewhere else. I do not give them all my business.

Friendly, helpful staff. Selection is usually pretty good with the exception of City Market brand breads. Always seem to be short of or out of those breads. I've complained but it does not improve.

Able to find the items I needed easily. Staff willing and eager to help me find items when I asked for specific items and was not able to find the things that I was looking for myself. Clean and bright. Very good shopping experience.

Why does the deli have different hours? It seems odd to have it shut down at 6:30p midweek, and without any signs for operating hours.
