I shop here a lot. I've never had any issues with customer service, nor any other issues. Depending on deliveries, this store might be low on some items, but that is corporate's fault as the deliver what someone in another state thinks this store might need. The store manager has no input as to what the store needs or sells.

So before left the family Dollar in Del Norte Colorado. An employee there harassed me and threatened me to kick me out because I politely asked if he could scan a certain item first before be scanned the other items I was buying. Just asked if he could start with this and then he side eye me and showed nothing but disrespect. Not only was I waiting at the cash register for an extended amount of time to the point where I had to ring the bell. This heavy set guy that works there comes out of where the bathrooms are walking so slow and irritated I guess because I rang the bell I don't know. Then tries to start a fight with me. and to kick me out of the store oisteadof causing a screen I left. HappenDecember 12th at 6:00 P.M.

Just bought some Eatz brand chips from this store today for our picnic. They expired 3 months ago!!Since I've moved to this town, I've had to return expired food products to 2 different stores. I will be bringing these back in for a refund. Selling expired food is UNACCEPTABLE

Only because the people there are not always the nicest, but they almost always have what I need there. I do like this store a lot though. I love it during Christmas because they always stock up on wrapping paper and usually never run out. I like that every thing is very cheap and nothing is to expensive. They also sell drinks which is good. They sell some very helpful things. I like this store.

Most of the name brand items you find here you can find at Walmart for up to a buck or two less so most people only shop here out of convenience rather than Family Dollar's low or discount prices. The store itself is usually well maintained but they often run out of certain items like Family Dollar's version of Kibbles & Bits a lot and don't restock those items for weeks, even months sometimes. The staff can be rather rude and unwelcoming. There was one young lady who was always friendly and helpful but I haven't seen her in weeks :( The older ladies who work there behave as if you're bothering them when you ask about specific items and can be very rude when you check out. I asked one lady if I could toss an empty cigarette pack into her little trash can behind the counter and she very rudely directed me towards their restrooms (in the middle of checking out with people behind me) and then when I realized I didn't have enough to pay for everything I removed one item from my bag and she VERY rudely took it from me and THREW it off to the side like she was pissed off. I'm truly sick of this staffs rudeness and I wish our little town had more options to shop at because this staff often makes my shopping here feel very awkward and negative. Just be warned.

I was immediatly followed in this store.. I never go into a store without money to pay. I dont even go into a store unless I need somwthing from there.. A few different times being followed on different days and the manager or someone tells me to never go into there store again because they will call the police. They never gave me a reason of why I'm not allowed. The employees are disrespectful. Store is dirty and unorganized.

Horrible visit. Stock carts bloking many isles, I had to move them t get what I needed and the cashier, June, was about the rudest person I ever met. I'll just go to the Dollar General in South Fork next time instead of bothering June.

We weny to check out and we waited 10 mins due to the only person working was counting inventory in the back. Then I lost my phone in the store, I asked if I could use their phone and they wouldn't let me use the it. I was a traveling single mother at the time. It was highly inconvenient for me.
