I went by the shop and picked up 6 pinecones for the office. The donuts were amazing, one of the best specialty donuts I've ever had. The price for these specialty donuts was less than I normally pay for regular donuts. I did call in and make a special order. This shop knows their regulars and makes the exact amount of donuts they need each day. But ordering ahead is easy since they are open pretty late, and are super friendly when you call. Trust me the pre-planning is worth it, these are great donuts.

This place is sold out of doughnuts literally every single time I pull up no matter how early. The place is a joke. The lady that works there is rude, says you have to call in to order doughnuts... every other doughnut shop has doughnuts available from open to close. Why can't this place? You shouldn't have to call and "pre-order" doughnuts at a doughnut shop.

Stopped here one morning. Really early as they opened on a Friday to get a dozen glazed donuts for some of the people I work with. She would not sell me a dozen because she's like that's a special order, How is a dozen donuts A special order? I can walk into Dunkin donuts and get two dozen donuts now and they'll give them to me, I have not gone to this donut place in a while. Her donuts give me heartburn, So I stopped going here. I just figured I'd pick some up for the people in my building won't be going back. The funny thing is QT up the road. They're donuts are truck in from Kansas City with other stuff I guess Maybe Frozen. I'm not sure how they do it but they taste fresher than this lady's donuts.

Every time I come here they have old nasty doughnuts. Or they don't have any at all. I would definitely not recommend this place on there best day. Also the employees are rude and very pushy. FYI I have never ordered anything from your place.. I would walk into the shop. And like I said everything was gone or old and nasty. Your 2 female employee's seem to hate there job the way they talk and treat the customers. Also a little tip hire more people to work so you can accommodate the demand. The place needs a good cleaning also. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. I would recommend driving into longmont or greeley.

I have to write this review. I've gotten donuts here a few times, and they are good dont get me wrong but the customer service is trash. The owner (older lady) is so rude. She doesn't know how to talk to people with respect or will just straight up ignore you and talk to the customer behind you.You have to catch her on a good day to get treated right. So sad.My family and I will not be returning here for donuts. I'd rather go somewhere else and get donuts and not get treated like this.

Stopped here in the morning on a road trip to use the wifi. Got a few donuts since we were there. Donuts were fantastic, wifi worked perfectly. Would definitely go back.

Some of the best donuts I’ve had in recent times, and I get donuts every Sunday after climbing. Got there just before closing, super friendly and helpful staff, even sent us home with a few extras as they were closing soon. Nice crisp on the dough, but super fluffy inside. Not overly glazed, or dipped. Very happy we went the extra town over to try somewhere new.

This is a great, local Dacono donut shop with friendly service. There is a large variety of donuts and fillings which is a favorite of one of my family members. There is some outside seating too. Someone kindly gifted my family member with a box of Daylight Donuts by ordering ahead and asking for specific fillings and this gift was a huge hit!

Fast, friendly service. I recommend the pinecones which are almost a meal in themselves! We also tried the apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, and old fashioned donuts which were also delicious.

You know what I love about Daylight Donuts in Dacono? It's not just the amazing donuts - although those are definitely a big part of it. It's the absurdly friendly lady who runs the place. Seriously, she's like a ray of sunshine on even the dreariest of days. From the moment you walk in, she's greeting you with a smile and asking how your day is going. And if you're a regular, she remembers your name and your usual order - it's like a little slice of hometown hospitality. And let's talk about the donuts themselves. They're so fluffy and delicious that it's like biting into a cloud. And the glazes - oh, the glazes! They're like works of art, each one more delicious than the last. I don't know what kind of magic this lady is working back there, but I do know one thing: I'll keep coming back for more as long as she's there to greet me with a smile.

Website and posted sign state hours M-F 5am-9pm. Came here on Monday 5:45pm, made a special trip here and it is closed. Super not cool. Very disappointed.
