This place is great. The personnel are fantastic and helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for they will help you get it ordered. When I have ordered stuff online and had sent to the store they have offered to deliver it to my home. Just great staff and good selection for things where we actually live. Set up to compliment the area we live in.

First of all, I have to say that I love small town hardware stores and Cripple Creek Ace has always been one of my favorites. When we started coming out here, we would need "things" to make repairs to our house and we were always able to find them at Cripple Creek Ace. Besides having a large variety of items to choose from, if there's something that you need that isn't carried in the store they can (most likely) order it for you. The staff is also very experienced and helpful, so if you have questions, be sure to ask them.

The people are extremely helpful and there's a pretty good stock of products (since they're the only within 15 miles ) including products that Ace Hardware alone would not. Like a cat! But, no; not live fish bait!

720ish on a Sunday morning I walked to their door to check store hours.Two gentlemen were there, one came to the door. I asked when they opened, and he said," We're open now" and unlocked the door.After checking out, I had spied their hours for Sunday....8am opening.Over a half an hour early!!!Thank you for valuing my time!YOU HAVE WON MY BUSINESS!!btw....I stopped by a tire shop that opened at 8am. I needed a nail removed, and a patch, he told me at 5 minutes till 8, that he would,"fix it when I get the gumption. .."REALLY??THANKS AGAINACE HARDWARE CRIPPLECREEK!!!

Always has either what you need, or at least something to get or fixed. Never crowded, and the people working are always willing to help you find what you need.Nicely located at the end of town, so if you're running up from the Guffey area, you can avoid all the down town creek traffic, and pick up groceries at the same place.Cripple creek ace also delivers if though have a larger project, and will special order items they do not stock.I will always do business with Cripple creek and Florissant Ace Hardware.

Always a good experience here. The staff always willing to help. You can still buy nails by the pound and they just have just about everything you need from a local hardware store

Kind of pricey but it's close and they usually have what I need. Has that old school hardware store feel, staff has always been super helpful with all of my project needs.
