This is the most well stocked Walmart I've ever been. It was absolutely huge and must cover every possible department. Walmart has access to. There's lots of staff to help you find things. They were also unofficially dog friendly. That gave me a lot more time to shop because I knew the dog was safe and wasn't cooking in the heat created by the asphalt parking lot. The parking lot had a few trees which provided shade for the vehicle.

Since I started using the pickup service I'm happy. I thought I was going to have to quit shopping there because the new electric carts you have won't carry a battery charge. And I had to use four cards just to get through my shopping list

Can't figure out why Walmart hates it's customers so much. It's hard to even shop there with all of the personal shoppers running around and they don't care how rude they are. This place has really went down hill on the last year. Now they're moving everything all around so you can't find anything. Used to buy everything there, but now I have to use the local stores instead.

This Walmart seems to be consistently dog friendly, which is nice for those of you traveling with dogs. I prefer grocers that follow health and safety regulations, concern for customers with allergies, or who just don't want to interact with other people's pets. This is no longer my go-to store.

Ms. Nonna's expertise surpassed two prior optician's adjustment efforts attempted at the optometrist's office! I highly recommend seeking assistance from this location. Thank you so much!

Honestly the best walmart I've ever been to. Store looks beautiful as soon as you enter the doors. 2 seperate employees Walked me to where an item was vs saying "is over there" 10/10 would recommend going here and they got rid of plastic bags which is amazing!! And they are dog friendly!!!! Literally the best walmart

Worst experience ever. My order is over an hour late and no one can tell me why. I have no vehicle at the moment and Walmart is doing absolutely nothing to help me. Keep transferring and transferring me. Worst customer service ever. City market or Safeway from here on out. They lost mine and my family's business f on her on our.

I'm always getting harassed be a Walmart self check worker.I spoke to a supervisor he was nice but nothing seems to work. I don't understand why it ok to bully and harass customers that don't cause any problems. I just want to shop in peace without being bullied. The female supervisor was just rude and did care to hear what I had to say.

Excellent customer service. The grocery pick-up department is exceptional. I spoke with Theresa on the phone about an order that i was very delayed in picking up and she helped to make sure my produce was still good and replaced anything that may be expired or going bad. Walmart pick up is a godsend for working parents. Hands down the best thing to come out of Covid. Thank you!!!

Pretty big Walmart, nice and clean. Workers seemed friendly. Only complaint I have is they don’t have bags. Well they do but you gotta pay for them. But it is Colorado so makes sense 😬😑

this is the most horrible grocery store ever possible. the workers are terribly rude and inpatient.(even tho they're the slow ones) one time i was excused of stealing a bag of cheetos because the idiot worker didn't know what the abbreviation was on my receipt. Ken, the cashier accused me of my card being declined after he put in the wrong numbers. no wonder these people have absolutely no useful careers so they're ending up working at the local walmart. they re-arrange isles all of the time so it's always a mess trying to get what you need.

Overnight stay in our 5th wheel RV. Very friendly manager when we called ahead to see if we could stay. They just requested we stay in the upper lot with the other RVs.It was a very popular stopover as we counted at least 15 other rigs with us and even someone that slept the night in a sleeping bag next to the curb by our trailer. Felt bad when we saw them in the morning because it was below freezing temps overnight. But it was quiet and safe. Great overnight stop.

Honestly, everyone here is very helpful. It takes a while to get someone's attention in electronics sometimes, but that's common everywhere. I think I'm also in awe just going into a store that big, as I live in a very rural area.

It has been 5 years now that the Walmart in Durango cannot figure out how to process Walmart gift cards. The Walmart in Cortez does just fine with processing Walmart gift cards. The employees at the Walmart in Durango, Colorado are sometimes helpful when it comes to the gift card situation, but it mostly ends with them calling a manager over then saying "welp, sorry, your gift card just doesn't work!" Even after showing them the balance on the gift card and having the receipt of purchase with me.

Walmart Supercenter in Cortez Colo.. was good.. went in just for tie down straps n a soda for me, n a chocolate milk for my grandson, we found the straps, n g'son says.. Oh I always wanted one of those.. I say what? He says those big balls.. so we grab a big red ball w stars.. he says Oh cool now I can bounce it around.. we kept walking, I said let's look for a sweatpants for u, we found one, and he see's a Mindcrafe night slippers, he says can I get these? I said Yes, since u helped us a lot loading up woods yesterday (he is 7 yrs old) and he says, oh yea, and im gonna put in extra work today too.. just cute.. so we spent 59.99 and G'son says HOLY COW, thats like $60 dollars!! I said well we can put 1 of your things back? He says only if u put yours back.. I laughed, and said all I got is Straps. You got a ball. Sweatpants and slippers.. and he says NO u got straps n you picked out the sweatpants, and adds its okay Mom n Dad will be happy I got them.. kids so cute..

This was a clean, and well stocked, store. We like checking them out as we travel across the country. It’s interesting how different they can be from state to state. This one had a decent sporting goods section. They don’t even lock up their pellet guns. At the one, by our house, in Arizona, you can’t even buy pellets or CO2 cartridges without getting them to unlock the cabinet.

Decent Walmart, good place to get provisions. Store was fairly clean and stock was limited, quick to get what you needed and check out. Staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of parking with easy access to store.

I often get hassled for my receipt when leaving. This is absolutely unnecessary and is not appreciated with "greeter" titles. (Bob continues to harass me) I am a guy that now says no thank you when beckoned for my receipt or I tell them I am stealing all of this...they go so far to read the bar codes to see if its the same on the receipt. Get the heck outta my way jokers! I also get frustrated when checking out...$200 + in groceries and only self check outs are open....

This is for the optometrist/Vision center in Cortez Colorado. We are RVing and I totally flattened my prescription glasses. I was sure they were totaled. But the ladies in the vision center were able to fix them almost as good as new. Saved me hundreds of dollars & wouldn't even take a tip or any money for fixing them. Thank you so much.

It's Walmart and had everything I need, except cashiers. Seems we should get a kickback if we have to check ourselves out. Getting old. And bring back the bags. Another big money mistake IMO

I'll give credit to it being clean and stocked as others say and the greeters are fantastic. However.......We always notice that food clearances are always all gone even as clearance tags get put up. There's no items to buy on clearance in the food sections. Well someone we know worked at the Walmart during remodel and had a chance to speak to employees. They said they keep first dibs on all of it in the back amongst themselves. Why tag it then? Nobody's getting any buy y'all

Seems to be the best place in the area to get groceries. They've had most of what we've needed and prices are pretty good. Even the produce has been pretty good. Quick checkout but usually only self check stands are open.

SO NEAT AND CLEAN. I love the fact they don’t use plastic bags. It surprised me because I’m from tennessee and they still use plastic bags over there. The employees are also great at their job and very professional. They’re very kind. Overall I’m fairly pleased by the experience.
