Possibly the worst bud I’ve had. Tried a couple strains and I wasn’t impressed. Felt dry, tasted off in a way can’t even explain, and both burned extremely harsh. I’ve had shake from other places that smoked much smoother and tasted much better.Atmosphere of the place wasn’t great either. Felt like the people working there didn’t want to be there which definitely soured the shopping experience and made me want to get in and get out.

People are very helpful finding just the right product. They have a great inventory, of everything. Edibles, tried the band they recommended and it work very well for sleep.

Im not sure i could have had a worse experience. It felt like the most expensive products were being pushed on to me first without much consideration for my budget.The stuff i did end up getting were subpar and not really worth the price they were selling for

This is my favorite dispensary in America. I have been to several in Vegas etc., but this was the first one I ever walked in. These guys are really cool, and the house it’s located in is a genuine touch to the vibe.I had browsed the menu online before I left Texas so I knew what I was looking to pick up. You walk into a study and whoever is working checks your ID before going into the main room. Extra points for the fellow that look at my ID and said “Texas?? My wife is from Texas, my BBQ is on point!” Haha I can appreciate that statement. I was in and out in no time at all with exactly what I came for. I stopped again on the way back from Utah and the same fellow took care of me.I will always stop here loyally when in Cortez, Colorado. D.O. Is the bomb!!!!!

Went in tonight for the first time as an out of towner. The customer service was superb. I was greeted with a warm smile by the woman at the reception counter. And the gentleman that assisted me was on point!Till next time 🤞🏿💯

Ritz-Carlton and Nordstrom's should send their employees to train on customer service with the good folks at Durango Organics Cortez. Tanya was knowledgeable, informative and patient as she educated this first-timer. Crystal lent her expertise as well. Customer Service is disappearing in this digital age. This is not the case at DO Cortez! Thank you for a great experience.

Unpleasant people work here. I'm on crutches and they made me go to the farthest register possible just for a can of butane. Poor service and not polite people. So I took my happy self down the street to Livwell where I was much better accommodated.

December 29, I came in to purchase a deal. The daily deal was Holy goat. I paid $64 for small buds. I think I got ripped off. I told her I take an Oz without the shakes. "Please" I ask. I did get the small buds, and lots of shakes. I didn't pay for shakes. Shakes weighed it down to the Oz. Now I love organics, but damn was I disappointed when I got home. I drove 2 hours for bud not shakes.Please do better. Next visit probably be an "iffy".Love you guys and the daily deal u put out.

Miss the pic of the Colorado flag.. This location is a tad difficult to access from the main road, luckily I've been here a few times.. During this Bogus virus Business shutdown and the lack of access to federal banking services it's gotta be tuff. Ya'll carry alot of non flower product that appeal to a larger demographic (80yr old Mormons in Utah, Maybe). Prices are maybe a bit more but you get what you pay for in this world. I live in Deeeep South Texas and pretty sure I'll be back. Plotted. Scouts out. Work on your Gc stock pile.

Best people. Best product. Don't trust the $99 bins from the Front Range. I'm not telling you my favorite strain. I LOVE D.O. They are the best. Period. I am visiting different dispensaries in Cortez trying products and comparing prices. One thing they all have in common is the level of professional staff! Each dispensary has its own character and how they are operating. DO is a chain but the prices are fair and it is on Main Street so you can pull right in. There is also a hot dog vendor in the parking lot!😀

It's a small place but good selection and prices. Different variety from other local places, plus only place I've seen sell seeds. I like the vape selections and editables. Haven't tried any flower yet, but they have a nice menu to go by in the store so you can compare and shop for exactly what you want. The staff is very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. Will be going back.

𓂀 I'm going to keep a secret of what I buy but, it is a 🅶🆁🅴🅰🆃 ​ 🅳🅴🅰🅻 and keeps me coming back week after week. Staff is so laid back and helpful not all in your face overly aggressive trying to herd you out like cattle. Great location only Cannabis Store with covered parking!!!

This is a really excellent dispensary. The staff is very knowledgeable, there is a very good selection of flower, concentrates, and edibles. It's also in a cool, cozy little vacation. They are a bit more expensive than some of the other guys, but the quality of their products justifies this. I highly recommend them.
